SYNOPSIS

▬▬ four years after to worst day of her life, samantha carter is living the life she always dreamed she would.

she had made name for herself as one of the few female bronco riders, gaining a small fan base of little girls that wanted to be just like her.

she got to travel, it wasn't like she went far, but she loved being on the road. and the rodeo was just about the liveliest of parties, which she loved.

she got to go out dancing with some of her favorite people – a few people she had met on the circuit.

but one particular rodeo ruined all that. she had been thrown, landing hard on the red dirt. And before she could even process the pain in her shoulder, the horse had trampled her.

a year later, she hasn't been back on a horse and she has more scars then she'd like to admit.

and the very last thing she wants is for her ex-boyfriend to show up at her house asking if she can help him convince her sister to help him with his new business.

despite her better judgement, and the nagging voice in the back of her head, she agrees. and she's in for one hell of a week.

especially when a familiar pair of green eyes pulls into the parking lot with his obnoxiously large truck and that stupidly sexy cowboy hat.
