Annalise stifled a sneeze as she, Rebekah, and Hayley searched some old chests of clothes for an outfit to wear for the festival occurring.
"So the witch is missing, huh?" the werewolf suddenly spoke up. Rebekah nodded as she inspected a dress, "Walked right out of the front door, apparently. Know anything about it?"
"No, although I did tell her that the witch Elders were dead." Hayley shrugged.
Anna glanced at the pregnant girl, "So you're the reason the little witch has run off."
"Hey, I was just telling her the truth. She's the one who realized they were just using her to keep their control over the witches." Hayley retorted. Anna nodded in agreement.
"Yeah well, I've never been a fan of the boys club. Just wait, Elijah will join them and the three of them will be impossible." Rebekah huffed.
Annalise frowned at the mention of her soulmate.
Rebekah turned to see Marcel and Klaus muttering to each other quietly from the balcony, "Used by the witches, lied to by Marcel, manipulated by Elijah, threatened by Klaus. Just like a modern-day Casket Girl."
Hayley quirked a brow up, "Are you talking about Davina or yourself?"
The heretic stared down at the trunk of clothes as the other two talked.
"Does it matter? Either way, us girls have got to stick together."

Annalise pours herself a cup of hot water as she places a chai tea bag into the mug. The heretic stirs the substances and lifts it up to her lips as she takes a sip.
"Hey Anna,"
The brunette turned to see Hayley looking at her expectantly. "Is there something you need?"
"Yeah, just a little question. Who's Celeste DuBois?"
Anna set her cup down on the counter as she narrowed her eyes, "And you're asking because...?"
"I heard some witches talking about her, and since you're also a witch I thought you'd know something." Hayley lied. Sophie put her up to this and said to ask Anna since she was close with Elijah.
"I don't know much about her, just that she was killed for being a witch long ago." Anna answered her question yet leaving out the fact that she was involved with Elijah for obvious reasons.
Hayley mentally frowned knowing the heretic wasn't going to tell her what she wanted, mostly because Annalise wouldn't betray Elijah. "Alright thanks." the werewolf muttered before turning to leave.
"Oh and Hayley."
The werewolf turned to meet Anna's green eyes.
"Don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong."

Annalise pulled her coat tightly to her body. She walked behind Marcel, Klaus, and Elijah who were currently trying to find the young Claire witch.
Elijah glanced back at Anna who seemed to be in her own little world at the moment.
"You don't like festivals?" the hybrid questioned Marcel. Rebekah suddenly appears and joins the group of four.
"I don't see why not. Who doesn't love a street fair?"
Klaus felt a smirk tug on his lips as he noticed his younger sister, "Sister, come to help us find our stray?"
Rebekah faked a smile, "We can't let your secret weapon get in the wrong hands, can we?"
Anna took a step towards Elijah finding comfort in his mere presence.
"For the record, we're moments away from retrieving her." The hybrid proudly smiled making Annalise narrow her eyes down at him.
"I recognize that tone of voice, Niklaus. Clearly you have some diabolical machination. What is it?" Elijah sternly questioned.
Klaus grinned maniacally.

The group of three returned to the Abbatoir yet Rebekah was nowhere to be seen. Anna slipped her hands into her pockets as she watched Elijah.
"Where's Rebekah gotten off to?" Klaus questioned.
Elijah pursed his lips, "It's not Rebekah that I'm concerned about. And how can you be so certain that Davina will come?"
"One might think you've forgotten what it's like to be in the grip of an all-consuming infatuation. She'll come."
Anna looked upΒ at Timothy, who is sitting in the rafters, compelled to play his violin from above, "Are the maudlin theatrics absolutely necessary, Nik?"
"Ha! It's a fair point." Klaus looked up at the young boy, "Timothy, play something a little more upbeat, please. That's a good lad."
Marcel waltzed into the compound finally joining the three of them. Elijah clenched his jaw when he realized the longing look he was giving Annalise. It was obvious the vampire held some sort of feelings for her.
Klaus was the first to speak up, "Took you long enough to spread the word."
Elijah looked over at his brother, "Have you met his nightwalkers? Not the brightest assortment."
Anna softly chuckled at the originals statement.
Marcel rolled his eyes, "All that matters is I got it covered. When Davina gets here, you three need to let me do the talking."
The heretic took a step forward, "No offense Marcel, but what makes you think you'll have an easier time getting through to her? You did lie to her."
Marcel met the brunette's gaze, "I can at least try."
Anna knew Marcel truly did care for the teenager, she gave the vampire a warm smile of encouragement.
Elijah clenched his fists to keep himself from doing something irrational. Jealousy coursed through him due to the little exchange between his soulmate and Marcellus.
Klaus grinned as he sensed Davina approaching them, "Hello love," the hybrid looked up at Timothy, "Silence is golden, Timothy. Thank you."
Davina coldly glared at the Mikaelson hybrid, "You got me here. Now let him down."
Klaus shrugged, "Well, first, we have to have a little chat about you returning to the fold."
Marcel turned towards the hybrid, "What did I say, Klaus? I got this." the vampire then turned towards the dark haired witch, "D, what happened? Why'd you run? Talk to me. Hey, I can make it right."
Davina let out a harsh scoff, "How, by threatening my friend?"
"Actually, that was my idea. Apologies. I've been known to go too far to make a point, But I do always get results." Klaus chimed in earning himself a glare from both Elijah and Annalise.
Davina looked over at the hybrid, "You pretend to be so confident, but I know the truth. You're afraid everyone can see what you really are, an animal."Β She casts a pain infliction spell that brings him to his knees, and the original groans in pain, "A beast. Why don't you show us your real face?"Β She magically forces Klaus to partially transform into a werewolf before telekinetically snapping his neck, "That's enough of you."
Anna cautiously spoke to the witch, "Davina, you need to calm down."
"Calm down? I've had enough of staying silent."
"D, please." Marcel suddenly called out to her. Davina turned towards him as her eyes began to water with tears, "I trusted you. I loved you, but you were just using me to stay in power. You don't care about me."
Marcel firmly shook his head, "You're wrong-"
"When you lost to Klaus, you handed me over like some trophy. Maybe I should boil you in bronze."
"I care. I took you in like you were my own blood."
Davina shook her head, "You're just like the witch's."
Anna took a step towards the girl, "I know how scared you are, Davina. I know you're terrified, but you can't let your magic control you."
"Like you know anything." Davina pursed her lips.
"I was exactly like you, used and lied to by witches. I also had my choices ripped away from me. Please, let me help you." Anna pleaded the witch, she saw too much of herself in Davina.
Elijah frowned seeing such a vulnerable expression of the Martin heretic.
Davina's glare faltered, "You're a witch?"
"I'm half vampire, half witch. I used to struggle with control too, I was only 17 when everything I held dear was taken from me. You're 16 Davina, I don't want what happened to me to happen to you. I know it's scary, the voices, the magic flowing through your veins that's screaming to be let out but you can control it. I know you can."
The teenage witch shed a tear, that was exactly what was happening to her.
Elijah frowned, what was haunting the heretic so horribly?
Rebekah suddenly sped in making her way over to her older brother as she snapped his neck. "Rebekah?" Marcel breathed but the original grabbed a piece of wood and plunged it into the vampire's stomach making him double over in pain.
"Come on now, love. Don't tell me you were falling for that. Isn't it time for us girls to have a chat?" Rebekah looked at the witch but Anna called out to her friend.
"Bekah."
The blonde turned towards her heretic friend, "Don't tell me you're siding with Klaus, Anna."
"I'm not siding with anyone, but don't rope Davina into all of this."
Rebekah frowned, "I need to speak with her."
Anna sighed knowing the Mikaelson wasn't going to let the witch go, "Rebekah, please."
"I adore you Anna, and you're my best friend, but I need you to step aside. I'm not going to hurt her."
"I know, but using her in a way to fight back at Nik isn't any better."
Rebekah frowned knowing what she was going to have to do, "Forgive me, dear friend." the blonde sped and snapped the heretic's neck making Davina gasp.
"W-Why would you do that?"
"Now, before you turn on me, I have a surprise for you." Rebekah told the witch. Davina frowned down at Anna's limp body. The heretic was simply trying to help her.
Josh walked through the doors joining the two of them, "What are you doing here?" Davina panicked.
Rebekah gripped the vampire by the throat and looked back at the witch, "Now, if I were Klaus, I would rip Josh's head from his neck, feed it to a nightwalker, and that would be the end of your friend, But hurting people is such a boyish thing to do, like how Klaus compelled your fiddler on the roof. And, while I am many things, I'm certainly not my brother. It's okay, Timothy. You can come down. No one is gonna hurt you." she looked up at the young boy.
"He told me I couldn't climb down off this beam."
Rebekah rolled her eyes, "Then don't climb, silly! Am I the only smart one in the room? Jump."Β Tim jumps down and Rebekah catches him before gently setting him onto the floor. Tim rushes over to Davina, "Davina, how did you do all that? How did I even get here?"
Davina frowned at the boy she held feelings for, "I'll explain everything, I promise." the brunette turned towards the original, "Why are you doing this?"
"Seems to me that you're the one holding all the cards, but you don't know who to trust. I've just proven that you can trust me. Now I'd like to show you one more thing. Won't take long. You can bring your friends."
