Anna adjusts her shoes as she along with Klaus and Stefan walk in the mountains. Stefan held Ray who was unconscious on his shoulders.

"You alright? Is Ray getting heavy?" Klaus suddenly asked Stefan.

Anna snorted at the hybrids question.

"I'm fine" Stefan replied.

"Well for someone with vampire strength I would hope a dog wouldn't be too much for them." Anna said smiling.

"Do you ever stop talking?" Stefan asked the girl, annoyed.

"Say that again." Anna dared the vampire with a ticked off facial expression.

"Now, now. I'd rather not have a bloody scene unfold at the moment, save it for later." Klaus told the two.

"Tell your puppet to keep his mouth shut and maybe I'll stay rational." Annalise scoffed.

"Why do you hate me so much? Last I checked it was you who started everything." Stefan retorted.

Anna looked at the vampire when Stefan fell to the ground clutching his head as he yelled in pain.

"Should have just kept your mouth shut, mate." Klaus said as he watched.

"Acting like a saint won't get you anywhere Stefan." Anna said then released the vampire.

Klaus smirked, "And you" Anna said turning around to face Klaus, "How much longer until we can stop searching for these dogs."

"Thanks to our pal Ray, we found ourselves a pack." Klaus smiled. The three stop and see the pack Klaus had been in search for.

Stefan entered the camp and dropped Ray on the ground. A women rushed towards him.

"Ray! Oh, my God. What's going on? Who are you?" the women asked the vampire.

Klaus and Annalise rejoined Stefan.

"You're the hybrid." the lady spoke.

Klaus grinned, "You've heard of me. Fantastic."

Klaus and Stefan sat as Anna leaned on a tree. Everyone was looking at the hybrid.

"It's fascinating, actually... A werewolf who isn't beholden to the moon, a vampire who doesn't burn in the sun. A true hybrid." the Mikaelson said.

Ray finally begins to wake up.

"Excellent timing, Ray. Very dramatic." Klaus smirked.

"What's happening to me?" the werewolf asked himself.

"Stefan?" the hybrid said.

The vampire stood up, "Are any of you human? Your friend here needs human blood to complete his transition to vampire. If he doesn't get it, he will die."

"Doesn't take much, just a sample. Anyone? A boyfriend, a girlfriend, along for the ride?" Klaus questioned, he looked at a man. "You" He rushes over him and bites is forearm. Stefan catches him, throws him on the ground in front off Ray. The woman protests but Klaus strangles her.

"If you don't drink it, Ray, I will. Problem is I don't know how to stop." Stefan said.

Anna rolled her eyes and leaned against a tree, Klaus looked at the girl "It's the new order, sweetheart. You join us, or you die."

"I'd rather die than be a vampire." the woman spat.

"Wrong choice" Klaus grinned.

The hybrid gives her his blood. Ray drinks the blood from the man.

"She'll thank me for that later."  Klaus said then killed the women.

"Okay, who's next?" the hybrid asked as his eyes turned yellow and his fangs came out.

Klaus gives his blood to the human and compels him. "There. Good as new. Now you relax, ok, mate? We're gonna need you when the rest of them wake up."

"They're dead. They're all dead." Ray repeated.

"Yes let's continue to state the obvious shall we?" Anna sighed at the transitioning werewolf.

"Ah, he's through his transition. He should be feeling better soon." Klaus said.

"So is this your master plan? Build an army of hybrid slaves?" Stefan questioned.

"No, not slaves. Soldiers, comrades." Klaus answered.

"For what war, might I ask?" Stefan asked the hybrid.

"Oh, you don't arm yourself after war has been declared, Stefan. You build your army so big that no one ever dares pick the fight." Klaus explained.

"What makes you so sure that they'll be loyal?"

Anna groaned at the amount of questions the vampire was asking.

"Well, it's not difficult to be loyal when you're on the winning team. That's something you'll learn once you shake that horribly depressive chip off your shoulder." Klaus said.

Stefan laughed, "That's why you're, uh... you're keeping me around? To witness my attitude adjustment?"

"You'll know why I'm keeping you around when I've decided that I want you to know."

Anna caught sight of Ray who's eyes had started bleeding. "Something's wrong." Klaus said.

"That shouldn't be happening, should it?" Stefan questioned.

"Well obviously not." Anna scoffed.

Ray starts shaking and his eyes bleed more, "You said it was gonna feel better. Why doesn't it feel better?" the werewolf asked.

"Some master race."

"If one more word comes out of your mouth I won't hesitate to shut it permanently." Anna grit through her teeth.

"Lose the attitude." Klaus told Stefan as well.

The woman suddenly wakes up, "Derek, come feed your girlfriend." Klaus spoke.

He gets up. Ray snarls and makes a few jumps and leaves. Klaus looks at Stefan.

"Go get him." Klaus sighed.

Klaus and Anna walked after the vampire and met up with him. "Where did he go?"

Stefan looked nervous, "He, uh... he got away. Forget him. Let's go."

Anna narrowed her eyes as Klaus noticed his arm, "A fatal werewolf bite. Ouch." the hybrid said.

"Yeah. I'm gonna need your blood to heal me." Stefan told him.

"Well, I tell you what. You find Ray, and then I'll heal you." Klaus smiled.

"Can't be serious." Stefan deadpanned.

"Oh he's very serious." Anna grinned.

"You better hurry, 'cause that bite looks nasty."

Sundown came and Klaus watched as every werewolf he turned, became like a zombie with bleeding eyes.

"Anna, why is this happening?" Klaus asked his friend.

Anna thought for a moment, "There can be multiple reason's, but I'm not quite sure which one it could be."

"Well figure it out will you." Klaus snapped.

"Get snappy with me and you can find another witch to help you, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help a hybrid." Anna smiled.

Klaus sighed, "Just figure it out please." he walked away.

Anna sat on a rock when she suddenly thought of Elijah, it was odd for her to even think of him but the fact that she felt the pain of when Klaus daggered him, left the girl wondering why.

Klaus was getting very frustrated, "They went rabid. Some of them, I killed. The others just... Bled out. In the end... They're all dead."

Anna was paying attention to her nails as Klaus threw a tantrum. "I did everything I was told! I should be able to turn them. I broke the curse. I killed a werewolf. I killed a vampire. I killed the doppelganger."

Stefan looked uncomfortable when the doppleganger was mentioned.

"You look like hell." the hybrid told him.

"Last I checked, I'm dying... And you don't want to heal me. I had to take him out. I didn't have a choice. I failed you. I'm sorry. Do what you have to do." Stefan sighed.

"Oh please, quit the dramatics." Anna scoffed.

Klaus takes a bottle of bear. He bites his wrist, put the blood in the bottle and gives the bottle to Stefan.

"Bottoms up. We're leaving. It appears your my only comrade left." the hybrid said.

"Uh, what about Annalise?"

"She's my best friend, there's a difference." Klaus answered.

Anna sighed and stood, "Let's just get going,"
