Annalise Martin drove past the welcome to Mystic Falls billboard, "Never thought I would be back in this wretched city." she said to herself.

She opened her windows and let her brunette hair blow in the wind. She hoped she was here for an important reason.

Annalise pulled up to the address her best friend sent her. She looked down at her phone just to make sure it was correct. Anna walks into the building making her way towards the apartment. She looked down at her phone and back up at the door in front of her.

Anna smiles and opens the door, she walks in and sees a girl stabbing her leg over and over again, "Oof, that must hurt love." she says walking in setting her purse down on the couch.

"Who the hell are you?" Katherine grit through her teeth as she stabs herself, "Annalise Martin" the girl answers, walking over to the fridge and taking out a blood bag filling a glass up with blood.

"Do you know who's taken up residence here?" Kathrine asks not understanding why the girl just walked in and is now just drinking Klaus's supply.

"Let me guess what he calls himself, the biggest baddest vampire?" Anna said laughing to herself. Kathrine looked at the girl like she was crazy, "I know full well who's here, sweetheart" Anna said, drinking her glass of blood, "He's my best friend." she stated looking at the vampire.

"Klaus doesn't have friends" Katherine spoke, not believing it. "Sh, sit there no one wants to hear your voice." Anna said having a migraine and getting annoyed at the vampires questions.

That very moment Klaus walks in, well in Alaric's body. Klaus/Alaric's face lights up at the sight of the brunette, "Anna, love. After all these years it always does brighten up my day to see you." he says, Anna eyes the male "Jumping bodies are we now Nik?" the girl says smiling as she gets up and embraces her friend. Klaus happily returns the hug.

Katherine sits there completely confused by the interaction. The two friends let go of each other "You better have called me here for something important Nik." Ana said, narrowing her eyes at the Original.

"Of course, little one, I need a spell done and well you're one of the strongest witches I know." Klaus said to her, "Do you mean one that can actually stand you?" Ana scoffed smiling.

"Aren't you a vampire?" Katherine asked even more confused than before "She's a heretic, Katerina, one of the few of her kind." Klaus said, putting his arm around the girl's shoulder.

Anna elbowed him, "You want me to put you back into your own body." she stated. Klaus smiled "It always did scare me how you always knew what I was thinking." he said. Anna rolled her eyes downing her glass of blood.

"Do you even have your body?" Anna asked, not seeing a coffin anywhere in here. "My people are retrieving it for me as we speak, love." Klaus said to the one person he completely trusted.

"Also Maddox!" klaus shouted, the warlock was there in a mere second. "You were right about the witch, she is all juiced up and aiming to kill." the Original said looking at Katherine.

"That's terrible." the vampire groans as her leg bleeds. "We're gonna have to kill her Maddox." Klaus says looking through draws, "Do you think this Alaric guy has anything vintage?" Klaus asks.

The Original opens a trunk, "Crossbows, wooden bullets and automatics? Who is this guy again?" he asks looking through the weapon. "He's the local vampire hunter." Maddox answers.

"Only you choose a vampire hunter to body jump." Anna says, shaking her head. Klaus just smiles at the girl, "Well, that explains the clothes." he states.

"All I could find. Guy likes his bourbon." Maddox said handing Klaus a glass "I knew there was something about him I liked. There's a high school dance and I'm gonna need you to take out witch bitch." Klaus said to Maddox.

Anna raised her brows "Why not me?" She asked him, "Because this role is for Maddox." Klaus stated. Anna scoffed "That's not the real reason." She said.

"Your not going Anna." Klaus said looking at the girl, "Since when do I listen to anything you say?" Anna argued, Klaus went to open his mouth but the girl spoke again "I'm going and that's final." She stated.

Klaus sighed knowing full well she wouldn't listen to him, "Fine, just don't get into trouble." He said, Anna smirked "Oh Nik, have you met me?"

Annalise arrives at the Decade dance and since she looks like a teenager she easily blends in, she sees Alaric/Klaus talking to two teens. She sighs knowing what's going down tonight.

Anna makes her way to the punch, "I've never seen you around." A voice behind her says. She turns to find a raven haired male with bright blue eyes smirking at her.

"I'm new, just moved into town with my mom." She lied, putting on a fake smile. She knew the male in front of her was Damon Salvatore the brother of Stefan Salvatore, she had to be extra careful not to run into him tonight.

"Well if you ever need a tour, I would be delighted to show you around." Damon flirted. Anna wanted to gag but refrained from doing so. "I'll keep it in mind, thanks." She said with her best American accent.

Anna stepped away and spotted Stefan dancing with who she was guessing was the Gilbert doppelgänger, Anna had to hold herself from giving the Salvatore a good rustle.

The last she saw him was in 1922, the heretic never found herself liking the male. In her mind, he was quite annoying. Did she have a valid reason to dislike him? Probably not, but she still found him unbearably annoying. So, she simply hated him because she could.

Dana walked on stage, "Thanks for being here, everybody. We have a special shout-out tonight!" The girl said. "This is for Elena. From Klaus" she says as a song plays.

Anna laughs and meets Alaric/Klaus's eyes who is grinning at her. She shakes her head and decides to listen in on a certain conversation "That was a lame, cheap shot. He's just trying to bait us." Damon said.

"I know everyone here" Elena told them, "Maybe he's not here. Just wants us to believe that he is." Stefan suggested. "It's a party, people. Blend. Let him come to us." Damon said.

"Good idea" Bonnie sighed, Damon went over to Alaric/Klaus's side. Anna smirked deciding to have some fun.

She walked over to where both males were standing, "Hey Mr. Saltzman I was wondering if I could swing by your office for my schedule." She said innocently.

Klaus looked at the girl in front of him and wanted to scowl, "Uh yeah, I'll give it to you." he said. "You know if you want friends you could always hang out with my little brother and his girlfriends band." Damon smirked at her.

Alaric/Klaus wanted to rip the vampires eyes out because of the look he was giving his best friend. "I think I'll pass, they can't be that special." Anna smiled, she turned back to Alaric/Klaus "Thanks again Mr. Saltzman." she said as she walked away.

Anna drinks the punch that's delightfully spiked with vodka as she watches her friend lead Bonnie and Elena away. She downs her drink and discretely follows them.

"Where's Jeremy?" Bonnie asks now worried, Alaric/Klaus laughs. Anna does a simple cloaking spell making herself unseen by everyone around her. "I just had to get away from that dance. The sixties, ughh. Not my decade." he said making Anna stifle a laugh.

"I mean, whose call was that, anyway? I much prefer the twenties. The style, the parties, the jazz" Alaric/Klaus said. Anna shook her head remembering the twenties.

"Are you on vervain?" Elena asked, "Now why would you ask me that question, Elena?" Klaus said grinning. "He's being compelled." Elena stated, Anna rolled her eyes at the human, just how stupid was she?

"What's going on?" Elena asked panicked, "Ok, I'll give you a hint. I'm not Alaric." Klaus said. "Klaus" Elena said shocked. "Surprise!" Klaus announced.

"No, no it's not possible." the doppleganger shook her head, "Just relax, Elena. I'm not here to hurt you. You're not on my hit list tonight" Klaus said then he turned to Bonnie "But you are."

Bonnie raised her hand and sent him flying, Anna cringed at the sight but she knew he would be fine seeing as Anna performed a protection spell on him.

"Now, did I mention that I knew a witch? You're gonna have to hit me a lot harder than that." Klaus laughed, Anna sometimes forgot just how crazy Klaus can be.

Bonnie sent him flying towards a display case, Klaus got back up "Fire away!" he shouted amused. "If you kill this body, I'll just get a new one. Maybe Jeremy" he said.

Bonnie looked at Elena, "Go, Run!" she shouted, they both ran and Bonnie shut the doors using her magic.

"You always did love a good chase." Anna spoke but she still wasn't visible to the eye, Klaus looked to his side at where he heard her voice come from.

"Of course your here." Klaus sighed, "Just making sure you don't get yourself killed, if something happens I will intervene." Anna stated. "Don't doubt me too much, love." Klaus smirked.

Anna shook her head smiling, she had missed the old vampire. Anna sent the doors flying with her magic, "Thank me later." she told her best friend.

Klaus laughed and walked away, going after the witch. He went into the cafeteria waiting for Bonnie as Anna watched him toy around with a knife.

Bonnie walked in, "What took you so long? Now, do you want to do this the easy way or the hard way?" Klaus asked, Bonnie broke his wrist and Anna quickly healed it also focusing on keeping her magic cloaked.

If Klaus could he would have sent the girl a grateful smile but he had to be focused on the witch in front of him, "The hard way. Got it." he smirked.

Klaus gets up and Bonnie breaks his shoulder with her powers, he groans and Anna heals him. "What? You'd kill your favorite history teacher?" Klaus asked.

"It's what Alaric would want. And he'd want you to suffer first." Bonnie spat. Anna watched as the witch's nose started to bleed, she won't be lasting long.

"Look at you" Klaus smirked seeing her bleed "Is that all you got?" he taunted. "Let's find out" Bonnie said.

Anna sighed, new witches always get too cocky. Bonnie fights Klaus again breaking his bones only for Annalise to easily heal him again. Bonnie starts bleeding a lot and Stefan along with Elena start banging on the door for it to open.

Bonnie falls, her body going limp. Anna and Klaus sped their way out of the room.

Anna uncloaks herself and slaps Klaus on the head, he whined and started to rub his head. "Only you would purposely hurt yourself to kill someone." Anna sighed. "I'm still here aren't I?" Klaus smirked.

"Thanks to me." Anna scoffed, Klaus smiled "Oh what would I do without you." Klaus states exaggeratedly, Anna removes the protection spell she cast on him and kneed him in the shin.

Klaus groaned in pain he looked up to a smiling Anna, "Your a cruel little thing." he groaned, Anna flipped her hair "I know." she said as she walked away.

Elsewhere Elena walks down into the basement opening the cellar, she stares at Elijah's veiny body, she sighs and pulls the dagger out sitting next to him.

The human girl was clueless as to what she has done, especially if he finds, her.
