~DABI~
"Stand the fuck up, before I do something we'll all regret." Ajiro threatened in a low, cold voice that scared me.
Asides the fact that I was shocked she could make a complete and correct statement in English, without adding pidgin, I knew Ajiro meant what she said.
I knew it was a matter of time before she started to throw hands at Chika.
However, Chika didn't seem threatened.
Not even in the Slightest.
With all due respect, she was being too confident. Ajiroghene was three times her size.
What bothered me the most was that I knew Chika was not going to let Ajiroghene disrespect us like this. She was always generally calm to conflict, but when it had to do with this kind of utter degradation and severed rights........ Well, Chika was a tiger.
And with a calm and collected voice, she lifted her head up to Ajiroghene, and said to her;
"We are not standing up."
The entire Laboratory was a grave yard.
Silence filled all its ends and corners and my head dropped down on the white table in front of me, as the chilly eeriness from the atmosphere consumed my entire being, completely overwhelmed me to the extent that I couldn't even move.
No, seriously.
I was stuck. Completely and utterly stuck and frozen in panic.
I couldn't tell the other reactions of the Sisters, but from the much I knew of them, I was certain that Chika was absolutely unapologetic, the twins were stoic and unbothered, and Soma may have been the only one who was just as terrified as I was.
I wasn't looking at Ajiroghene either, but I could imagine the look on her face.
The look of shock and disbelief on her hard, angry, scary no-nonsense face.
And even in the muteness of the atmosphere around us, I was most certain that the students in the class were feeding off the drama that was pending. In their utter silence, we were the centre of attraction, pulling all eyes onto us, watching with all eagerness, and of course, shock.
If I could meet the author of my life, I would only want to ask one simple question;
Why on earth must you always look for a way to include me in all the drama?
My eyes fearfully and hesitantly looked around the Lab to all my classmates who had their eyes fixated on us; I could literally see the fear and dread in their eyes, as though they were the ones who were standing up to Ajiroghene.
And when I had the courage to look back to the monster terrorising our table, I was shocked to see that the look on her face was far from what I presumed it would be.
Very far.
Ajiroghene had a smile on her face.
A sly smile on her face that was very unnerving to stare out for too long. A smile that made you so damn uncomfortable if you looked too long. Each second I looked at that smile, her face seemed to look more different. Like it was morphing more and more into the creepiest, most rattling shit you could ever see with your eyes.
And that mocking smile stayed on Chika.
Like Chika was a joke to her.
Chika was a joke to her.
That fact was clear enough to me.
Ajiro seemed to me as someone who sized up her prey before attack. She analysed every single detail of the person in her head, and deciphered how and how she would tear them limb to limb, and make them go through the most excruciating pain.
And she must have had the most twisted, fantasy about doing just that to Chika.
In as much as I was a bit scared of seeing what a brawl between the two would turn out to be like, considering that Ajiro weighed about three times of Chika's size, I just had to admit on fact to myself...
She was underestimating what Chika Chioma could do.
Badly.
Figures; not many people knew just how much Chika could do. She had dome well to avoid a lot of drama all the while she had been here in Castron High, and granted that she had a lot of natural respect, no one generally messed with her in our set.
However, Ajiroghene was one girl who gave no shit about boundaries. She boldly messed with anyone she wanted to mess with, irrespective of the Invisible rule. Fortunately for us, we had never particularly being in a position where Ajiro had a chance to be onto us, but I guess today had a different twist coming for us.
And the entire class watched us like a television series. All of them were either scared for Chika or anticipating eagerly what was about to go down.
Kaniru George and his hooligan friends were in a 'give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar' mode - meaning, they did not interfere. I had noticed it with their group; I wasn't sure if it was an agreement between Ajiro and them, but whenever Ajiro was on someone's case like this, they stepped back and let her have her sick twisted fun.
Like it was their turn to have their own pleasure. And thereby, it would be uncool to interfere.
"Chi, please let's just stand up and avoid the trouble," Soma pleaded in whispers, but Chika didn't even act like she had heard her.
Ajiro took her throne, and picked a stray empty stool by the twins and sat face to face with Chika, scary smile on her even scarier face as she pulled in close to get a good, amused look on Chika's face.
Whispers started to turn to noise at this point.
"Babes," The slight hint of manic humour in Ajiro's voice as she spoke to Chika caused chills to run through me, and goosebumps where all around my skin in a heart beat.
Chika looked directly at her, unwavering. Held her down in a lock gaze.
"That thing wey you just talk now, ehh," Ajiro scoffed, looked Chika up and down like a dangerous predator to a delicious prey, tucked a hand under her chin as she looked her down in a challenge . "Talk am again abeg."
Saliva thickened in my throat.
It was the way Ajiro dared Chika to repeat her words again to her.
So chill. Unlike her. In a manner that made it certain to everyone that if Chika had the audacity to even repeat herself one more time, Ajiro would go ape shit crazy on her.
And she waited for Chika. Made sure to put an ear closer to her to hear her repeat what she said once more.
There was one thing I had learned to understand about Chika Chioma.
She absolutely hated feeling threatened. I mean, that was one of the things that had driven her into being such an avid activist. If you wanted immediate action from Chika, dare her.
I noticed a sleek brow raise and eyes glinted as though imaginary antennas struck out of Chika's head.
"You heard me clearly, Ajiro," She firmly stood her ground. "We are not standing up. You can choose to take a seat along with us on this table or you can stand for the entire Biology class; All I know is that the last thing I am going to do is let you oppress me and my friends like this. Today, I will show you that forcefully taking what you want from people is not the right way to go about life, and honest to God, I genuinely do not give a care in the world what you decide to do about that."
There were collective gasps everywhere in the Lab.
My heart was pounding like a drum, It was a miracle I hadn't passed out already.
"You have to start learning how to act right, Ajiroghene dear," Chika didn't even stop there; she started a whole ass lecture on the spot. "It's not right to bully people around you, and make them uncomfortable. Just look at all the people you have rendered without any seats in the lab....."
I don't know if Ajiro looked, but I did.
And I saw the girls that Ajiro had driven out from this table, all clustered at the back of the Lab, standing, holding their books and standing, with no other space available in this already very full Laboratory, to sit.
"That is so unfair." Chika was back on track; She wasn't calm anymore, and she wasn't yelling either. Her voice was just bold and loud, how it usually was when she was about to call out injustice, as she called it.
"It's very unfair," She continued, "You don't treat people like that, Ajiro. These people came to class before you and secured seats for themselves, and you just walked in here and took it away from them. That is plain wickedness, and I will not stand to let you or any other soul treat anyone with that much injustice. If you wanted a seat, you should have come early to class. If you come late, bear the consequences and remain seat-less. Do not make others take your punishment for you; that is cowardice. And for a girl like you who so claims to be so tough, this mere act just goes on to show just how much of a coward you really are."
"It's just really sad how far women treat other women," Chika took one look back at the girls who stood there, hopeless and stranded after Ajiro had tried to take their seats, "Whatever on earth happened to togetherness." She scoffed, shook her head, looked back to Ajiro, and said to her with ushering gestures, "Please, do well to leave my table if you are not ready to sit down yet."
Ajiro ran mad.
It happened in a flash.
The girl growled like an animal, grabbed the end of our table, and flipped the entire thing in a fit of maddening, uncontrollable rage.
Our reflexes were sharp. Fast like lightening. In a second, we all jumped right out of the table, shocked to our bones as our table toppled right over and all our books came flying into their air, landing on the ground in one huge mess.
For the first time, I was shocked to see emotions in the twin's faces. They looked shocked. Almost terrified. Almost.
This girl was crazy.
Ajiro; She was absolutely crazy.
The entire class was hysteric, and the noise that suddenly filled the entire place called for attention from even outside. I knew it was a matter of time before teachers started to show up. In the meantime, phones were up videoing the scene, and the window was filled with classmates, rushing in from other parts of the Practical centre, filling up the space outside the windows, watching the starting 'fight' in horror or excitement.
Ajiro was suddenly getting all up in Chika's face now, screaming all sorts of ghetto profanities and cussing her out, pouring in her heart and soul into screaming into Chika's face, and it was by far one of the most horrifying things to watch.
The noise in and outside the class was unbelievable. Ajiro was going ballistic; Her forehead kept roughly and continuously bumping into Chikas', as faces got up close, spit was flying all around the air, and hands were roughly shoving Chika back, and the latter blatantly refused to fight back or retaliate. She was trying more to defend herself by blocking out most of the shoves, than actually fighting back, and all the while, Chika's 'Let's be civilised' and 'We don't need to fight about this' was all drowned out in Ajiro's loud, husky voice.
"YOU DON MAD!? YOU KNOW WHO I BE?! YOU KNOW ME?! ARE YOU MAD!?"
Ajiro was desperately asking to be hit back as she shoved Chika back, over and over and over again, and the class was a loud mess, the noise level threatening to crumble the ground beneath us.
Soma was standing there by me, almost in tears, absolutely conflicted and terrified.
"I'm going to call a teacher!" She told me and the twins, and was was quick to disappear from our side thereafter, sliding through bodies as she ran out of the class, squeezing in through even more bodies outside of those who hung around there, to watch.
It wasn't even up to a minute since Soma left the class that teachers started to troop into the class, appalled and furious, disassociating the gatherings and dragging both Ajiro and an innocent Chika out of the class.
My heart was still beating so hard, as though I was somehow in Chika's shoes, and what shocked me the most was that, all the way, phones were still up, getting every last bit of everything, like this was somehow going to start making the next headlines in the set.
I looked around all my classmates instead of trying to maintain peace between Ajiro and Chika, were putting up their phones the entire time, having excited grins on their faces, and elated glints in their eyes, and I said to myself, "These people are just terrible."
I only wondered what their reaction to this was going to be like, and if it would affect Chika negatively or not.
That uncertainty.
It was very hard to decipher how exactly they would take a various news, because they were unpredictable. Not only so, but my classmates also had a way of turning the most insignificant things into someone's worst nightmare.... And that was one of the reasons I was terrified of them, finding out about me and Marcus Acha.
Most especially, I was scared for Chika.
******
Biology class was put on hold for the next half an hour after what had happened here, between Ajiroghene and Chika, and of course, as expected, word had already spread far and wide.
Our Lab, for one, had Chika and Ajiroghene at the tips of their tongues, like it was the hottest new trend, and for a moment; sharing the videos online, talking about it with others from wannabes other classes who dropped by, and I became irritated at just how desperately this set always wants something to talk about.
Some rumour to thrive on to keep themselves busy. Someone to appraise or someone to defame.
It was absolutely ridiculous.
The girls in question, both Chika and Ajiro, were not with us. It had been almost thirty minutes or more since they were taken out of class, and only God when they were going to bring her back.
Soma was hysteric the entire time, and even though the twins tried to not show too much emotion, it was clear enough to me that they were worried as well.
I was even more scared about the fact that Chika was getting more undesired enemies, than the fact that she could get in trouble for fighting.
In a twisted way, she wouldn't be the one getting into much trouble in the end. Through stories I've heard from the last, people like Ajiroghene always looked for the weakest toy in the group to make their lives miserable as revenge for what one person did.
Someone like me.
"Oh my God, Chika Chioma, are you okay?"
The high pitched feminine voice that reeked of fake concern jolted me to the new presence that was just stepping into the class.
"Omg, Chika, what happened? Hope you're not in trouble, girl!"
Chika had barely even took two complete steps into the class, and a dozen of classmates with the widest and most pathetically fake oh-very-caring eyes were literally surrounding her like a pack of flies.
"What happened? I hope you're not in trouble. Everyone knows it wasn't your fault, yunno?"
"Exactly, we stand by you. We love you, ehh? Don't mind Ajiro, we'll defend you!"
"For sure! Everyone knows Ajiro is all bark and no bite! She won't do anything ehh? We'll be by your side!"
I visibly saw the twins give the most sarcastic and nasty eye roll I had ever seen in my life.
I was equally appalled, to be honest. None of these girls really cared; none of them were brave enough to do anything to Ajiro when she was screaming in Chika's face like that, yet all of them are suddenly the good Samaritans who wanted to clean all the imaginary dust off Chika's body.
They just wanted Chika's attention, and that was it. I was certain that half of them probably didn't even like her at all.
Gladly, Chika didn't even seem to be buying any of the drama. She wasn't even in their mood, to say. She just walked out, and past the group of girls all around her, completely and utterly unimpressed, and they all stood there like scarecrows, watching in shock and embarrassment behind Chika after she literally snubbed the demons out of them.
Irrelevant. That's what they were.
"Cochroaches." Ebere rolled her eyes at the girls, and I was certain they heard.
They didn't do shit.
What could they do?
All in all, I was low-key relieved that what just happened wasn't to Chika's dismay. The set was still on her side, and not against her.
Chika Chioma was back on our table in no time, joining us to sit down, ever so casually, like she didn't understand the gravity everything that just happened; how she got into a fight with Ajiro, was literally trending on Whatsapp stories, and was probably having a pending school case.
"So...?" A wary Soma butted in close to her, nearly even entering into her face if Chika did not move back to stop it. "What happened, Chi Mama? Tell us! Tell us!"
"Yeah.." Ebere's voice trailed off softly as she seemed to be studying Chika's face in a more observing manner. "Is everything okay?"
I watched... Waiting for her response.
"Yes, Sisters," She responded finally. "Don't be afraid really. I'm not in trouble with the School."
Soma gave an audible sigh of relief.
"It was close though," Chika said. "Really close. Aaron and Casper showed up the last minute, and switched the coins."
"Those boys have a superpower, I'm not believing otherwise," Ebere said.
"Seconded," Ebube nodded. "No arguments there."
Chika laughed under her breath, a soft, somewhat thoughtful laugh, like she was recalling something that was making her happy.
"They're sweet," She sounded genuine. Too genuine. "Especially, Aaron."
"What did he do?" Soma blinked expectantly, with wide big brown eyes.
"Can you believe he actually managed to convince about eleven teachers that I didn't do anything, and after a few jokes and laughs, the teachers were letting me go. It was like they were under a spell by Aaron, honestly," Chika told us.
"It's not even surprising considering a lot of teachers absolutely adore Aaron and Casper," Ebere said, she actually laughed too.
"Seconded," Her twin came in. "Their influence on them is crazy."
Their influence on the entire set of classmates and CH, in general was even by far crazier, if we were being honest.
"And what about that stupid bitch?" Ebere asked, one hell of an attitude rolling off her.
"Ajiro..." Chika answered, "still has her case with them still pending."
The look on the twins' faces glared 'good for her'.
"Oh, and she also 'threatened' me too," Chika air quoted, laughed afterward..... Like it was a joke to her.
"What did she say?" Ebube asked.
The girl wasn't even smiling at all. She wasn't finding the revelation as funny as Chika was.
"She just said she was coming for me after class," Chika told us, absolutely seeming undeterred by it, "In her words, 'We go finish matter after class, na. Me and you.'"
"Hell?" Ebere scoffed in irritation.
"God..." Soma was rather frantic.
"There's no need to be afraid, Soma. I'm not afraid of Ajiro." Chika said.
"I got that, but you know it's never good news when someone gets into trouble with her or any of those boys. There're too many stories, and none are good." Soma said.
I got uncomfortable hearing that...
In the end, wouldn't they just all come for me?
God forbid.
"I know, Soma. I know what you mean," Chika sounded quiet for a moment. "But, I'll be fine, I promise."
Hopefully.
Hopefully, we'll all be fine.
"At least, one good thing came out of this," Chika said.
"And what's that?" Ebere asked her.
Chika responded by looking back to the girls that were previously on our table before Ajiroghene chased them all away.
They were all still standing and hovering around the spaces there at the back of the Lab.... Without seats.
Chika motioned in gestures for all of them to come back to the table, and they all adhered, a grateful smile on their faces as they made their way towards us.
"At least, they all get the seats that rightfully belong to them," Chika said as they started to fill up the table, one by one, saying words of thanks to Chika who blessed them back with warming smiles.
I watched the entire thing, and smiled to myself, happy for them too.
And I couldn't help, but admit it so...
I really like Chika.
Something about how assertive and strong willed she was inspired me to be just like her.
... But someone like Dabeluchi Orji could ever be like Chika Chioma.
It was honestly too good to be true.
Meanwhile, I didn't fail to note that all of a sudden, there was a little look of empathy on Ebere's face as she watched the girls too, filling up the seats.
Ebube had noticed it too... But did nothing.
And when Ebere turned away from them, her eyes set on Chika, and there was an even smaller hint of guilt on her empathy filled face.
While I was lost, Ebube looked at her sister, and seemed to completely understand what was happening in a split second.
"Chi." She called Chika.
Chika looked to her.
"You're not.." Ebube glanced at her twin who wouldn't look out way. "You're not mad at Ebere for what she said, right?"
I understood.
The literal 'shade' Ebere had reigned on Chika after the whole Funmi saga.
So, that's what Ebere was suddenly feeling bad about?
Chika even looked surprised for a moment, and her look moved from Ebube to Ebere, and stayed on the girl who refused to look at her.
"Ebere." She called her name.
"She didn't mean it," Ebube cut through once more, avoiding Chika from specifically talking to Ebere, and once again, taking the mic. "It's just that we get so angry when we see people treating Dabi badly-"
"Yeah.." Ebere finally spoke, and her sister was quick to shut up and let her do the talking. "I guess I just let out my frustration on the wrong person."
Chika looked understanding.
"It's Funmi that needs a dose of her own medicine," Vengeance reeked in Ebere's tone, and I saw her casting an evil eyes towards Winnie and her group who were mixing up on a table with some Ballers.
"Look," Chika said. "None of us are happy when things like that happen to Dabz, but we have to understand that at this point, the best way we can retaliate is to ignore all these people. Fortunately, mostly everyone else seems to be on Dabi's side, or at least in the open, and making more enemies may indirectly be paving a path for the others to spring up and make life more unbearable for Dabeluchi."
The twins were quiet, and I hoped they agreed on that.
"However, at the same time, beat believe that if it gets to that point where Dabeluchi is being clearly and outrightly being treated unjustly by anyone, and I mean, anyone, I won't hesitate to fight back, believe me." Chika assured everyone.
I felt.... Protected.
It was relieving.
"I get you, Chi Mama," Soma replied instead. "I'm only praying that with the whole Ajiro thing, stuff doesn't blow out of proportion.... I really don't like trouble."
"I am in support of how Chika handled it, Soso," Ebere sounded proud of Chika.
"Seconded," Ebube quipped, nose high up in pride also.
"I mean, after all, we are the Igbo Sisters; We don't stand for people, people should be the ones standing for us."
In as much as we laughed it off, I low-key wondered why she didn't speak up along with Chika, while Ajiro was here.
"Yes, girl," Ebube nodded to what her twin said, pouted her lips in more pride, as she bent down to imitate picking up something imaginary from the ground. "Sis, you dropped this."
"And what's that?" Ebere asked, a playful like she knew exactly where this was going.
Ebube cleared her throat, dropped the imaginary item on Ebere's head, and answered, "Your crown."
The Sisters were a dying, laughing mess by now.
Even me.
I couldn't believe that these girls were able to actually make me laugh, even after everything that had happened.
"I love you, Sisters," Chika had to say. "I really love you all," She said again, looked around us with a satisfied, happy smile on her face.
"Aww, we love you too," The twins chorused back to her as Soma threw us all in for a group hug.
"Forever and always." I added, as I cuddled up in the warmness of our group hug.
They heard me.
"And that's on a Pledge!" Soma screamed out loud, giving no fucks about the various eyes that were casting at our side, watching pleasantly at the one group that they had already long termed 'goalz' in our set.
Us. The Igbo Sisters.
Ms. Antonia, the prompt Biology Teacher walked into the class, that exact moment.
"Afternoon, students. So sorry for the delay and inconvenience causes by unexpected occurrences that came about today...."
As she was talking, the entire class was still bubbling with noise as everyone started to arrange and rearrange themselves properly, setting themselves for the class.
"Especially you, Dabi," Chika whispered to me, flashed me a little smile as the whole class was shuffling with noisy feet. "I love you the most."
I smiled, as my heart warmed with such an assurance.
"Love you too, sis," I replied.
"Sure," Chika nodded, "And never forget that you can always count on us, okay? Never forget we'll always be there for you. No matter what. We'll always support you, okay?"
I smiled in appreciation, nodded to that in gratitude.
Before that bastard in my head ruined the moment for me;
"Chika is lying to you. They'll never support you and Marcus' closeness."
I ignored it.
"You're being too gullible. You always believe anything they tell you, they won't stand by you through everything. Don't forget your place in that group."
I swallowed... Ignored it a second time.
"And for that boy; Marcus Acha. Watch how he single handedly destroys your entire friendship with the Sisters."
"Bloody hell, just stop!" I retorted this time, absolutely fed up by the nonsense.
Chika turned adruptly to me. So did Soma. And the twins.
And the girls who sat on our table as well.
"Are you okay?" Chika asked in concern, as the other Sisters looked at me, worried.
They cared. They cared about me. Stupid voices.
I nodded, a bit too hurriedly, but I nodded.
"Okay, Students...." Mrs. Antonia called attention to her once more, getting all students in the class who were a bit more quiet and settled, turning towards the quiet and nice teacher.
"I do not usually handle Class B and C, but I had already taught Class F about Kingdoms and Phylums during the past week lessons, as it was part of the scheme of work, so I want to believe that Mr. Dan already did justice to the topic for you all..."
Soma conspiringly shifted close to me in the middle of the teacher's speech, cutting my attention hence, and turning it to her.
"You know what Biology reminds me of?" She whispered to me.
"What?" I asked.
"Noble," She smiled as she whispered again to me. "He was so smart, and Biology was his spec."
Her Yankee overseas long distance boyfriend.
I only wondered what that piece of information was doing to better me.
"You know, Lulu?" She whispered again. "Love is a beautiful thing."
Okay.
And?
"That's why I'm rooting for you and Marcus Acha." Soma got to her point.
I choked.
I just stated choking, and Chika was rushing to hand me the twins' water bottle to drink from, immediately.
"Okay, and today, we will be starting off immediately with a little practical to test your understanding on the Classification of Animals and Plants," Ms. Antonia's voice was still being heard from her distance, "Thereby, we will be working in groups today, so that being said, start grouping yourselves into about seven groups, the specimens will soon arrive........"
I was still drinking water, and the class was starting to get rowdy as everyone heeded to Ms. Antonia, standing up and dividing themselves into orderly groups of seven.
"We have to stay together," Chika said to us all, and we kept close, as people either left or joined our group.
"Okay, so we have our specimens here, already..." The teacher started to gesture towards a group of students from Class B who were walking in and holding something in a steel plate.
I instantly got horrified in realization.
What the fuck were those creatures they were holding?
"Please, share the specimens on each table," Ms. Antonia ordered them.
Aaron and Casper instantly appeared alongside with the line of students carrying those filthy things, but they weren't carrying anything, instead Casper was holding up a portable camera, as he and Aaron followed those classmates around like little rodents, actively and ever so excitedly videoing it with so much vibrance.
"So, first day of Saturday Lessons for us, finals, and today, we are onto our Biology Practicals," Aaron was actively following these giggling girls around as Casper filmed them and their specimens.
The class watched them with such an anticipating air all around them, like anything that Aaron and Casper was doing were worth watching.
"Finals, how we be na!" Aaron hooted to the whole class, and they were jeering back with so much energy - The loudest group of voices being the Ballers'.
Casper started doing some bows that the entire class found funny, and he made sure to get a shot clip of the entire class, before they focused on the specimens once again.
"So, we are working with specimens, and as you can see, that's a dead frog over there. And over here, we have a large, furry spider..." Aaron was saying.
"Spiders belong to Kingdom Animalia, and since they are anthropods, they belong to the Class Arachnida. That's a bonus spoiler for the group that gets the spider, aye?" Casper winked at the class and they were little rounds o applause here and there.
"He's the smart one, guys, so he must be right. Listen to him!" Aaron quipped immediately after Casper, and the whole class was springing up with giggles here and there.
Even Ms. Antonia laughed a little and shook her head at the boys.
"Alright, Aaron and Casper, that's enough already, you can have you seats now, and let m have my class back, alright?" She said to the boys.
I jumped in static shock when someone dropped a dead lizard on a plate, right on our table.
Luckily for me, everyone else was too busy laughing at how Aaron and Casper was making Ms. Antonia blush with all sorts of compliments, to even notice me.
Soon, the boys were leaving the Ballers' to start joining groups with the Sisters, and I just wondered why on Earth these boys were so obsessed with us.
And just right before Ms. Antonia could properly begin the class, there was a distraction from someone who at the door of the Lab.
"I'm sorry to disturb, but may I ask a question?"
We all recognized the voice. Or at least, Class B and C students. It was Mr. Dan, our normal week class Biology Teacher. He was the one, standing there at the door.
Ms. Antonia gave him the go ahead.
"We have some problems concerning space with the combined class I'm handling, so may I transfer a few students here?" Mr. Dan asked.
What the fuck was this man implying?
"Students from which class?" Ms. Antonia asked him.
Very relevant question, Ms. Antonia. I wanted to know too.
"Majorly Class E..." He answered.
Okay, they were not much of a threat.
"And about a few other Science girls, and some Art Boys from Class A." He finished.
I stopped breathing.
Art Boys from Class A.
The sudden whispers from various angles said it all.
Marcus Acha was an Art boy from Class A.
Marcus Acha was an Art boy from Class A.
Marcus Acha was an Art boy from Class A.
"Alright," Ms. Antonia nodded, gestured forth,"Let them in."
"Thank you," Mr. Dan was filled with gratitude as he ushered the students to come into the class.
The first set were a bunch of rather peaceful boys and girls from Class E, that didn't ever particularly make too much noise.
And the next set came in.
A whole bunch of Art Boys from Class A trodded into the class, with a whole barrage of noise with them, and one of attention, following them as they all bounced in so confidently.
And right there, in their midst, was the one boy who seemed to have more of the spotlight all around him, a lot more than the other boys.
The one boy who had started making me feel so many, too many things.
Marcus Acha.
That's a wrap🌝♥️
Okay guys, so from the last chapter, I heard complaints that the full chapter did not load, and some of you didn't get to read everything until later on.
So, to avoid problems like this in future; if you notice any chapter does not end with an Author's note, then it is not complete. Leave, refresh, and load the chapter okay.
Always remember, TORI NEVER ENDS A CHAPTER WITHOUT AN AUTHOR'S NOTE!
Now, that's cleared up...
See you on Friday 🌝♥️ (Expect a surprise updates or updates during the week, but if that doesn't work out, then I'll see you on Friday, loves)
