"Who was that grandfather" Vaenaera asked as she joined the seasnake at the shipyard "Grandfather?"

Corleys looked up at his granddaughter "Vaenaera"

"The ship looks beautiful" Vaenaera states as she asks about the man her grandfather was speaking to before "Who was that man"

"He's a ship steward"

"That you seem close with" Vaenaera points out as she looks at the ship "Let us pray the ships is repaired before Daemon starts a new war"

"Return to Dragonstone granddaughter"

"Without you?"

"I shall meet you and your grandmother there"

Vaenaera nods as she goes to leave.

"Vaenaera"

She stops turning around "Yes Grandfather"

He looks at the two swords in his hands he had one made for his heir Vaenaera then another made for the boy he had adored so much "This one was for lucerys"

Vaenaera nods "Lucerys would have loved it"

Corleys sighs handing the other sword to his heir "This is for you grandaughter"

Vaenaera looks at the sword then back up to her grandfather "Thank you grandfather, I should return to dragonstone now"

Vaenaera sends him a small smile as she walks away from him. As she does her eyes go onto another ship steward one that was sat at the side.

She thought nothing of it as she left to fly back to dragonstone.

A war was brewing and Vaenaera didn't need to waste any more time at her grandfather's dock.
