As a criminal, Arabella evidently doesn't care about breaking the law mostly because she feels that her "marks" deserve it. She has a code against killing and only stealing from people who can afford it. She always makes sure her crew follows this code. The majority of her targets are other criminals such as crime bosses and corrupt businessmen. She is the ringleader of her crew, the glue that holds them all together. She is the mastermind, as her crew follows her plans.

BACKSTORY
She's been thieving with her bestfriends since her mid-teen years or so. They have all worked together and she would do anything for them. She became pretty well-known to the people in her field and is even looked upto by some. She thinks of her best friends as her partners and even grew close to Ansel as he looked up to her as a mentor. 

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
She is the leader and the mastermind, though she has Theodore for the brains, her leadership qualities makes her take control of the group.
Her need to save everyone can sometimes tip her off from the agenda.

Theodore is very smart and was the one who came up with the idea to steal the Crown Jewels of Monaco. He also cares a lot about those close to him, especially his mother and his best friends. Together the two best friends can do anything, even stealing the crown jewels.

BACKSTORY
He's been friends with Arabella since they were kids, and met Sophia through her. They all perfected their skills together and he was the main brain for them all.

He is the brains of the heist and can get all and any intel needed. He has his ways.
His caring nature can sometimes be a problem, especially during a heist.

Sophia is spontaneous given that she often improvises instead of sticking to the plan. She is also very loyal that she would put herself on the line everytime, if it meant saving her team. Her reputation as an explosives prodigy precedes her and she is spoken highly of, by the people in her field. She also loves blowing things up and speaks about it with a slight touch of sadism.

She's been best friends with Arabella and Theodore since forever. She even had a tiny crush on Arabella for a while but she likes her as a best friend more.

She is a demolitions expert and is very spontaneous which helps at times but can also cause a few problems when she doesn't stick to the plan.

Ansel is the latecomer of the crew who joined to make a name for himself in the thieving world. When he got the information that Arabella's crew was looking for a safe cracker and driver, he knew he had to join and prove himself in this field. He is insecure and that takes over control sometimes. He is also vain, a bit selfish and loves to posture. He has a condescending attitude at times. But overall, he is someone who just wants to be seen. 

BACKSTORY
He always wanted to be the greatest thief, and seeing Arabella lead the crew with Theodore as her right-hand irked him and he always just had one goal, to prove his worth.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
He is a great safe-cracker and getaway driver.
His envy and insecurity take over his better judgement which can be risky during a heist, putting both him and his team in risk.
