The next morning Ellie wakes up and looks to see Allison beside her clutching onto her tightly.

Ellie looks towards Allison who was doing the same thing now making Ellie run her fingers through Allison's hair.

After finding out last night Allison made Ellie tell her everything she knew about the fate of the older Argent twin and wouldn't leave Ellie's side.

Slowly and carefully getting up to not wake Allison Ellie went to her closet and started getting ready before she went to the bathroom to do her morning routine and curl her hair.

Ellie sighs as she looks at Allison dressed in a pair of shorts with a zipper hoodie and a pair of shoes.

"Allie," Ellie whispers as she squats down rubbing Allison's arm. Allison groans as she opens her eyes.

"Morning sleepyhead," Ellie jokes as she smiles at Allison who sits up.

"I got to go somewhere but I'll see you at school. Okay?" Ellie informs her making m Allison nods.

"I love you," Allison says bringing Ellie into a hug as Ellie hugs her back.

"I love you too Alliecat," Ellie tells her kissing her forehead before leaving.

Allison watches as she leaves with fear in her eyes. She was terrified that one day that might be their last goodbye. She didn't want Ellie out of her sight because she couldn't lose her.

"Hey I'm right here and I'll always be with you. No matter what," Ellie tells Allison hugging her tightly as Allison tears up and just holds her as tightly.

Chris looks at the two before pulling them into a tight hug kissing both of his daughters foreheads. 

Losing Ellie would completely break her and not just Allison but everyone around them.

Everyone nods agreeing with that. The girl already had left their mark on them.

Allison doesn't know how her dad did it. How he knew and didn't want to wrap Ellie in a protective bubble and never let her leave. How terrified he was at all times.

"I tried to once. She threatened to call the cops on me," Chris tells Allison who chuckles at that as Ellie rolls her eyes.

"It doesn't get easier," Chris tells Allison seeing the worried look as she looks at where Ellie was once sleeping.

Allison looks up at her dad who was looking at a picture of the three of them as they ate some ice cream.

Ellie put some ice cream on Chris's nose making Allison and Ellie laugh as Chris tried to glare but ended up laughing with them.

Ellie and Allison laugh at that as Chris shakes his head. The only reason he started to laugh was because they were laughing.

"Every time she leaves. Every phone call when she isn't here. It's as if I'm just waiting for the news. Ellie accepted it the moment she find out. I don't think anyone else would though," Chris says more like he was talking to himself than Allison.

Ellie held her dad tightly as Chris holds her just as tight. Talia, Melissa, and Stilinski look at the man heartbroken. They couldn't imagine the fear that went through his body.

It's like he was already grieving someone who was alive.

"Maybe that's why I didn't want her to get with someone. Not just because you both are my little girls but because one day he would lose her. Just like we will," Chris says as he sighs shaking his head.

Ellie sighs at that realizing why as she looked toward Derek who was just staring at the screen with no emotion on his face.

Allison nods as she looks at the same picture frame and determination flowed through her body. She wouldn't let Ellie die. Especially for her.

"Allison I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do to change it. This is the fate of the older Argent twin. It is in their DNA. It's their destiny," Anna tells Allison who tears up at that.

Ellie walks down the railroad depot and sees Derek with his betas talking about their upcoming full moon.

Ellie just leans against the wall with a small smile on her face watching.

Derek smelling her familiar perfume turns around as Ellie smiles at him before she begins walking toward him.

The seconds she's close enough Derek pulls her into him by her waist before cupping her face and attaching his lips to hers.

Ellie smiles as she wraps her arms around his neck kissing him back as if she hasn't seen him in years not hours.

As the kiss begin to get even more heated a throat was cleared making Derek sigh as Ellie laughs pulling back and looking over Derek's shoulder.

She saw Erica glaring making her roll her eyes. Boyd was looking anywhere but at them and Isaac was just disgusted making her laugh.

"Really right in front of me?! I'm too innocent for that," Issac says shaking his head at Ellie and Derek making many laugh at the boy.

"Hi guys," Ellie greets as the werewolves nod making Ellie laugh even harder missing the adoration look on Derek's face but Issac didn't and smiled.

"Wrapped around her pinky," Laura teases her brother who looks at her.

"And so are it seems," Derek tells Laura who huffs at that glaring at the screen.

"You are all dismissed," Derek tells the betas who nod. Ellie waves goodbye at them making Boyd and Issac wave back.

"Be good! Don't go killing anyone or starting a fight. If you do call me! I'll make sure that either the body disappears or they die," Ellie tells them with a smile before she looks at Derek.

Many people look at Ellie who shrugs at them.

"What? It's fairly easy to cover up at murder. You just need the right equipment," Ellie tells them as they all look at her between concerned and a bit terrified.

Derek was looking her over worriedly before he got to her eyes seeing they were a little bit puffy and red.

"Why were you crying?" Derek asks her cupping her face as Ellie sighs.

"Such a concern boyfriend," Cora teases her brother who rolls his eyes at her. 

"Allison knows about the fate of the older Argent twin. You know how she will die for her sister and it was a big crying mess for the both of us. I'm so tired I don't think I slept at all last night," Ellie tells him laying her head on his chest sighing as Derek freezes and tenses at that.

"What?" Derek asks her making Ellie look into his eyes and seeing how his jaw clenched and looking at Ellie in confusion and anger at the same time.

"You don't know," Ellie whispers realizing he didn't know everything about the guardian she thought he did.

"Oh no," Ellie whispers wide-eyed but closes her eyes and tears appearing slightly in them. Allison squeezes Ellie's hand at that making Ellie squeeze it back.

"Know what?" Derek asks her as he takes a step back making Ellie sigh.

"That's not a good sign," Stiles whispers making Ellie glare at him as Issac slaps him across the head shaking his head.

"The guardian has many advantages in life. You know powers and everything but she will suffer the same fate as her ancestor did. She will die for the one she loves the most. Her twin," Ellie tells Derek as she looks down.

Derek just looks at her in disbelief as he begins to shake his head.

"No," Derek says making Ellie look up at him confused Derek walks toward her and looks into Ellie's eyes.

"I get that you love Allison. More than anything but...," Derek begins as he sighs looking into Ellie's eyes with clear tears in his.

"I can't live without you. I don't know how I did before but I know I can't do it again. Do you understand that?" Derek tells her as Ellie sighs looking at him with tears in her eyes.

Derek squeezes his mom's hand at that. Talia rubs reassuring circles on his knuckles before Derek looks towards Ellie who was already looking at him.

"I accepted my fate years ago Derek. I can't change it no matter how hard I try," Ellie tells Derek with tears in her eyes.

"I can't do this again Ellie. I won't lose another woman I love. I can't lose you ever," Derek tells Ellie sternly making her sigh.

Derek looks down at that remembering Paige as his family looks at him sadly.

"I'm sorry Derek," Ellie tells him as Derek shakes his head.

Derek looks into Ellie's eyes and at that moment he knew. He knew that Ellie would always choose Allison over everything and everyone. No matter what the costs were. Even if it was her life.

Allison looks at Ellie with her lip querying making Ellie just hug her tightly to her.

"So that's just it? You fight for everyone but you won't fight for herself?!" Derek asks getting angry making Ellie scoffs at that glaring at him.

"What you think I want to die?!" Ellie yells at him throwing her hands in the air.

"Yes," came from multiple people in the room making Ellie scoff at that rolling her eyes.

"You're careless regarding your life. You do reckless things that could kill you at any moment! Most people run away from death you just accept it! And your death doesn't just affect you, Eleanor! It affects everyone around you!" Derek yells at her as Ellie runs her fingers through her air.

"Oh no full name," Issac mutters making Scott Stiles and Liam nod their heads agreeing.

Ellie sighs as she looks at Derek with tears in her eyes.

"Maybe I am careless! Maybe I do stupid reckless things, but I do it for the ones I love! To protect them! And yeah if I someday die saving them then I will die peacefully knowing they are safe," Ellie tells Derek with determination in her voice.

Derek just looks at her in disbelief before shaking his head.

"I won't just watch as you walk straight to your death," Derek tells her making Ellie freeze at that.

"So what you are breaking up with me? For something out of my control," Ellie tells him as her voice breaks but there was anger to it.

"No Ellie," Derek tells her walking towards her as he cups her face making Ellie glare at him.

"I want you to realize that I want you to live. I want you to fight for yourself for once Ellie. For once give a damn about yourself and not anyone else. Put yourself first," Derek tells her as Ellie glare at him slapping his hands off of her face.

"Its fate, Derek! I can't just change it. It's my destiny from the moment I was born," Ellie tells Derek annoyed that he wasn't understanding her.

"But you accepted it! You accepted it, Ellie! That's my problem. That's what I can't and won't understand. And if you can't see that then what's the point? What was the damn point of us to begin with if it was on a damn time limit?" Derek asks Ellie angrily who just looks at him in disbelief before an enraged look came across her face.

"Fuck you, Derek. Fuck you!" Ellie yells as she storms out passing Issac who looks at her worriedly but Ellie just ignores him.

No one said anything but a slap could be hard making them look to see Laura slapping Derek over the back of the head with a glare.

"But he does have a point," Allison whispers to Ellie who glares at her angrily.

"Thanks, Allie. You know since I'm always on your side you would think for once you would be own mine," Ellie says scoffing as she gets up and goes to sit beside Stiles.

Stiles wraps his arm around Ellie who lays on his chest just wanting someone to comfort her as she just watched her future self's heart get broken.

Once Ellie gets to school she wipes the tears that kept falling trying to hurry to the bathroom to fix her makeup which she already fixed three times when she bumps into someone.

Chris glares at Derek for hurting his daughter but a part of him was happy they broke up. But he didn't like seeing his daughter hurt.

"I'm sorry," Ellie says as her voice cracks slightly trying to get away from them.

"Ellie?" A familiar voice asks making Ellie look up only to see Stiles in front of her.

Stiles looks at her worriedly as tears begin to flow down her face.

"Hey hey hey what happened? What's wrong?" Stiles asks worriedly and panicked making Ellie's lip quiver at that.

Ellie just goes to him and hugs him tightly as she begins to sob making Stiles look wide-eyed before awkwardly patting her back. 

Stiles smiles down at Ellie hugging her tightly to him as Laura glares at her brother.

"You don't deserve her," Laura whispers to her brother who glares at her.

"Do you want to talk to it?" Stiles asks slowly as Ellie shakes her head.

"No I just want to be held," Ellie tells him making Stiles nod as he holds Ellie tightly running his fingers up and down her back.

Stilinski smiles at that happy to know his son was caring even though slightly awkward about it he still had a good heart.

The two suddenly hear a loud commotion making them look confused before heading over to it. The two see Jackson and Scott fighting as Allison shakes trying to stop it.

"What the hell?" Melissa asks looking at her son wide-eyed.

Ellie rushes to her twin worriedly as Mr.Harris appears.

"What the hell's going on?" Mr.Harris yells as he marches down towards the group which now consisted of Matt as well.

"Hey! Enough! Enough!" Mr.Harris yells making the two stop as his voice made the whole group turn silent.

"What do you idiots think you're doing?" Mr.Harris asks he looks around at the group,

"Mr. McCall, you wanna explain yourself? Stilinski!" Mr.Harris asks angrily. Matt then pops up in their conversation.

"You dropped this," Matt says as he holds up a table making Harris rip it out of his hand.

"You, and you– actually, all of you– detention. Three o'clock," Mr.Harris says as he walks away making Ellie roll her eyes. She just wanted some chocolate cake and The Notebook.

After school ended, Ellie found herself in the library with the rest. Harris stood in front of the group, with a proud smile on his face as he looked at the student's file in.

And all Ellie wanted to do was slap him across the face.

"Please do," Stiles tells Ellie who nods at him.

"Oh, hey, we can't be together. I have a restraining order against these tools." Jackson says as he takes a seat pointing to Scott and Stiles.

"What?!" Stilinski and Melissa yell at the two boys who look wide Rudd.

"I'm guessing you two got caught kidnapping him," Ellie says making the two glare at her as she smirks.

"What?" Ellie questions looking at Scott and Stiles who smile sheepishly at her as Ellie rolls her eyes.

Harris raised his eyebrows questionably at Jackson.

"All these tools?" Harris asks as he gestures to the whole group making Stiles raise his hand tiredly.

"No, only us tools...," Stiles says pointing between him and Scott sarcastically.

"Good," Harris says as he sends the boys in the opposite direction.

"You two, there," Harris says as he points to the empty table where Ellie has been sitting not wanting to be questioned or bothered, but of course what she wanted didn't happen. Like always.

"Stupid teacher," Ellie mutters rolling her eyes.

"I'm going to kill him," Scott mumbles as his eyes stared at the back of Jackson's head making Ellie looks at him confused but just rolling her eyes not interested in knowing why.

"No, you're not," Stiles says as he sighs.

"You're going to find out who controls him and then you're going to help save him," Stiles says sincerely.

"No, you were right, we're going to kill him." Scott turns back and looks back in his seat.

"You can't kill him when it suits you. That's a bitch move," Ellie tells him making the two look at her.

"Obviously," Ellie tells Scott scoffing at him.

"Have you been crying?" Scott asks making Ellie glare at him as Stiles hits Scott over the head with a glare.

"Dude!" Stiles yell as Issac slaps Scott over the head.

"You never ask that," Issac says making all the boys nod agreeing with him as Scott looks down sheepishly.

The trio sat in silence for a while, Stiles was lost in his thoughts, Ellie was thinking about her bed and cake, and Scott continued to share glances with Allison while also looking at Jackson as if he was a stalker.

"Hey, what if it's Matt?" Stiles spoke suddenly making Ellie look at him.

"I mean, all this goes back to the video, right?" Stiles questions as Ellie nods looking towards Matt.

"Danny said that Matt was the one who found the two hours of missing images." Scott reminds Stiles as he rests his head in his arms.

"Exactly!" Stiles says as he sits down quite aggressively.

"He's trying to get rid of suspicions," Stiles said as Ellie nods.

"Stiles makes a good point and Matt is sketchy," Ellie points out as Stiles smiles at her. Scott turns to look at Matt quickly.

"He really does," Ellie and Stiles say titling their heads and looking at the screen.

"So, he makes Jackson kill Isaac's dad, one of Argent's Hunters, and the mechanic working on your Jeep...?" Scott asks not finding any correlation.

"Yes!" Stiles and Ellie exclaim as they nod high-fiving each other.

"Why?" Scott asks them as the two stare at Matt.

"Because he's evil," Stiles says as Ellie shakes her head at him.

"He went through something traumatic and wants revenge. That's why I would," Ellie says making Stiles look at her.

Many people look at Ellie who now had cake and was eating it.

"Like I said evil," Stiles says making Ellie laugh as she shakes her.

"You two just don't like him," Scott says as he sighs making Ellie roll her eyes as Stiles leans back in his seat without tearing Matt's eyes off.

"The guy bothers me. I don't know what it is. Just look at his face!" Stiles exclaims as he crosses his arms his chest.

"Any other theory?" Scott asks the two as Stiles and Ellie look at each other and shrug.

"I like the Matt theory," Ellie states as Stiles smiles nodding.

When the three stopped their conversation, they realized that Jackson was standing from his seat with his backpack on while holding his head as if he were in pain.

"Are you all right? Hey, you don't look so good..." Harris questions Jackson as Ellie looks surprised.

"He has a heart," Ellie stated as Stiles laughed before covering it up with a cough making Ellie chuckle.

"I didn't think that was possible," Stiles whispers to Ellie who nods her head.

"I just need a little water," Jackson says as he stumbles slightly making Ellie look at him as Harris stood up from his seat.

"Nobody leaves their seats," Harris says as he points to the rest of the group mostly Ellie, Stiles, and Scott.

Stiles and Scott then look at Ellie making her confused as she gestures for them to talk.

"You know everything. What do you know about Jackson?" Scott asks her making Ellie huff.

"Just because I seem to know all the answers. That doesn't mean I actually know them!" Ellie says with a scoff as the two looks at her making Ellie sigh.

Everyone just stared at Ellie who scoffs at them annoyed.

"Fine I know why Jackson's the kanmia," Ellie says with a sigh making the two look at her surprised.

"See," Stiles says looking at the girl who rolls her eyes at him annoyed and missing her bed.

"Jackson was adopted. His bio parents died in a car crash. His mom was pregnant with him. She gave birth after she died," Ellie tells the two as they look at her wide-eyed.

"That is why he is the kanmia. It is a reflection of his inner self. How he sees himself," Ellie says as the PA system goes off.

"That's so sad," Liam whispers sadly making many nods agreeing with him.

"Scott McCall, please inform the principal's office," it says making the group confused as Scott heads to the front. Ellie sighs as she looks up to see Stiles staring at her.

"What happened?" Stiles asks worriedly as Ellie sighs looking at him.

"Derek and I got in a fight. I don't know if we are broke up or what but I stormed out and came here," Ellie tells him as Stiles nods looking at her.

"About what?" Stiles asks as Ellie sighs she didn't want another person telling her the same thing.

"Nothing you need to worry about," Ellie tells him with a small smile as Stiles look at her worriedly.

"You should have told me. I wouldn't judge," Stiles tells Ellie who smiles at him nodding her head. 

"I would just research everything I could to figure out how to keep you alive," Stiles says making Ellie chuckle at him.

Soon Harris came back in and begin packing his bag. The group hearing that begins to pack themselves only making the chemistry teacher laugh.

"Oh, no, I'm sorry. Yes, I'm leaving, but none of you are. You can go when you're done with the new shelf," Harris says as he smiles and touches the books that filled the carts.

"Enjoy the rest of the night," Harris says before he leaves making Ellie scoff.

"Asshole," Ellie mutter annoyed.

"I hate him," Ellie says making Stiles nod agreeing with her.

"Me too," everyone who had the teacher says agreeing with the girl.

When Scott returned, everyone had started to work on the re-easing of the books that were left in the cars. Ellie was walking around annoyed when suddenly the roof above them began to crumble.

"Ellie!" The older Argent hears someone yell with a sense of urgency when she looks to see Jackson in front of her but he was half kanmia.

"Well then. I guess my death is coming earlier than I expected," Ellie says whispering as she chuckles nervously making everyone glare at her.

Ellie backs up as Jackson stands in front of her and rubs her cheek making Ellie tense up as she looks into his eyes.

Jackson leans closer and whispers something in her ear before he disappears the lights coming from the ceiling began to shine everywhere in the room and the shelves were destroyed.

Stiles rounds the corner and see the older girl making him sigh in relief as he pulls her into a tight hug.

"Are you okay?" Stiles asks making Ellie nod as Allison rounds the corner with tears in her eyes as she sees her twin unharmed.

"I'm fine Allie," Ellie tells her sister hugging her with a soft smile as Allison sighs in relief being in her twin's arms.

"So are we just not going to mention what just happened?!" Stiles asks throwing his arms into the air.

"It's probably nothing," Ellie says waving it off as Stiles looks at her in disbelief.

After the incident, Ellie headed home but stopped by the bakery to get a chocolate cake before she got in bed and begin eating it watching The Vampire Diaries.

As she was eating the cake someone knocks on her window making her sigh as she looks to see Derek.

"It's open," Ellie tells Derek who pushes the window and walks in.

"Not a good idea to come to a hunter's house. Who knows when guns will go off," Ellie tells him looking at the screen.

"I think she just threatened to kill you," Cora tells Derek who glares at her.

"Really? I couldn't tell," Derek tells his sister.

"Your phones off," Derek tells her as Ellie just stares at the screen.

"Didn't feel like having it on," Ellie says shrugging as Derek nods looking at her.

"We need to talk," Derek says making Ellie sigh as she shakes her head.

"I heard your side. Now you need to hear mine," Derek tells her making Ellie confuse as she pauses the movie and looks at him.

Ellie looks at Derek confused who just tenses realizing what he was about to tell her.

"It starts with a girl name Paige. She was my first love and the reason why my eyes were blue," Derek tells her making Ellie look at him concerned.

Many people look at Derek with that but Talia glares at them making them look away.

"I meet Paige when I was in high school. She hated me at first before I somehow won her over," Derek says chuckling sadly as Ellie just looks at him.

"She knew nothing of the supernatural so it was hard trying to find a balance and not to let her figure it out. One night she came to the school to meet up with me after practice. A wolf wanted to get back at my mom for not letting him kill a hunter for killing his pack member. He wanted a new member so he bite her," Derek tells Ellie who just looks at him before reaching for his hand and squeezing it.

Chris thinks about that remembering during that time it was a war in Beacon Hills.

"But something happen and the bite didn't work on her. It was killing her," Derek says as Ellie looks at him with tears in her eyes.

"You put her out of her misery," Ellie states whether then questions as Derek nods his head.

"I killed the girl I loved and it killed me watching as the life left her. My mom found us later on and just helped me move on. And she told me one day I would fall in love again. I did Ellie. With you," Derek says cupping Ellie's face who had tears going down her cheeks.

"You made me feel something I never thought I would. You made me believe in love again and forgive myself for everything. I love you. I love you more than I have ever loved anyone before and I can't lose you," Derek says wiping the tears that went down her cheeks.

"So if you won't fight for yourself then I need you to fight for me. Please," Derek begs making Ellie nod slowly.

"Okay," Ellie whispers to him before hugging him tightly as Derek sighs in relief and begins kissing her head repeatedly.

No one said a word as Ellie slowly got up and walked d towards Derek who got up.

Ellie just looks at him before wrapping her arms around him tightly as Derek tenses before hugging her back just as tightly.
