"Alrighty then!" Anna says making everyone look at her.

"After careful consideration, we decided that with everything coming you all needed something to look forward to," Anna says as Marie nods her head.

"So...that's it," Marie says as she and Anna disappear and the screen lights up to see Stiles's jeep driving down a dark road.

"Why am I doing this?" Stiles questions more himself than anyone else.

"I look good," Stiles says smirking at his future self. He looked to be about nineteen or twenty.

"Because you love me and it's your night," Ellie's voice is heard before the camera turns to her sitting in the passenger seat looking about nine months pregnant.

"You look so adorable pregnant!" Allison tells her sister who was just frozen seeing her pregnant self rubbing her bump with a soft smile on her lips while dressed in what appears to be Derek's black shirt and a pair of pajama bottoms.

"I think Derek thinks the same thing," Lydia says chuckling at Derek as Ellie looks towards him to see him staring at her bump with nothing but pure adoration and a bit of lust in his eyes.

Ellie chuckles at him as Derek looks down at her and kisses her lips softly while rubbing her stomach as if a pregnancy bump would magically appear.

"No. Nope," Chris says shaking his head as he walks over to the two separating Ellie and Derek before pulling Ellie and Eli over to where he was sitting with Allison.

Ellie shakes her head at him as Eli cuddles into his mom's arms.

"Hey Pops," Eli greets his grandfather who smiles at him ruffling his hair.

"Hey Eli," Chris tells him seeing how similar Eli and Ellie were. All of Ellie's children resembled Ellie but Eli was like her twin.

"Why isn't your fiancé doing this instead?" Stiles asks Ellie who looks towards him shaking her head.

"Because he gets all my cravings during the day. You do Thursdays and Mondays. Isaac Tuesdays and Saturdays. And Liam Wednesday and Friday. And Derek is in charge of Sundays," Ellie tells him shrugging as Stiles rolls his eyes.

Ellie laughs at that liking that idea as the boys mentioned sigh knowing they would not be able to say no to that. Especially to a pregnant Ellie. She was scary now pregnant her was probably terrifying.

Stiles sighs as he hits a pothole making Ellie groan.
"Stiles!" Ellie yells as he sends her an apologetic look.

"Sorry," Stiles tells her as Ellie looks down at her bump rubbing it as the baby kicks as if telling her he was okay before Ellie groans.

"Ouch. Oh, that hurts," Ellie says with a groan as she inhales sharply making Stiles look at her.

"You okay?" Stiles asks Ellie who nods before freezing as she feels water going down her body.

"No. No Please don't have your child in Roscoe!" Stiles begs making Ellie glare at him.

"You are the one who hit the pothole!" Ellie yells at Stiles who runs his fingers through his hair stressed.  

"My water just broke," Ellie whispers in disbelief as Stiles nods before looking towards Ellie wide-eyed.

"What?!" Stiles screams as he swerves making Ellie hold onto the door.

"Stiles!" Ellie screams at him angrily.

"You are not allowed to be in the jeep with Stiles while pregnant," Derek tells Ellie who raises an eyebrow at him.

"Allowed?" Ellie questions him as Derek stares at her.

"Yes allowed. That is also my kid and Stiles is not the safest person to be driving you both. And does not know how to deliver a baby," Derek tells Ellie not backing down even at the glare on Ellie's face.

"Uhm so...I agree with Derek. I do not want you giving birth in Roscoe," Stiles says making Ellie glare at him as Stiles jumps behind Liam who waves sheepishly at Ellie who softens up at the boy.

"I don't like him," Isaac mutters to Stiles who nods both glaring at Liam.

"Oh...OH! I need to get to the hospital. Yep! Yeah!" Stiles says panicking as he goes to turn around but Ellie stood him.

"What are you doing?! The bakery is up the road! I will not be able to eat till after this baby is out! Get me my cake! NOW!" Ellie yells at stiles who looks wide-eyed before hurrying towards the food.

Allison was the first to laugh followed by Ellie and Lydia.

"You are in labor! You don't need a cake!" Chris tells Ellie who laughs at him.

"Dad...I'm about to push a watermelon out of a tiny little pea. If I want cake I'm getting cake," Ellie tells Chris shrugging her shoulders while Chris sighs at that.

The screen then changes to Stiles speeding through Beacon Hills as Ellie sits beside him bracing herself while eating a cake.

"All units....please have a hospital bed prepared. I am on my way...Ellie stop hitting me! I'm driving! I'm on the way with Ellie in labor! Ow! My hand!" Stiles screams into the police scanner.

"The hospital has been alerted Stiles," Perrish voice could be heard making Stiles nod his head as he looks towards Ellie who was waiting for Derek to answer the phone.

"Hey, baby are you and stiles almost back?" Derek asks her as Ellie chuckles.

"Well....not really. Someone decided to come two weeks early. I'm on my way to the hospital," Ellie tells Derek as she takes a bite of the cake that was propped up on her stomach.

"What?!" Derek screams jumping up from the bed as he pulls on some pants and a shirt.

"I'm on my way. I'll grab your bag. His bag. We haven't even picked a name yet!" Derek exclaims as he walks through the house towards a room not that far from theirs and opens the door to see a nursery.

"Aww," Ellie says looking at the nursery before chuckling at the wolf nailed on the wolf as she rolls her eyes knowing it was Derek's idea. 

"Oh calm down Derek. Just get to the hospital. I'll know his name when I meet him. Now I love you," Ellie tells him hanging up the phone as she takes a bite of cake.

"Derek freaking out and Ellie is eating cake," Lydia says chuckling while Ellie shrugs and Derek sighs.

"Get out of the way! Move it! Pregnant woman in labor!" Stiles yells as he pushes Ellie into a wheelchair who was groaning clutching her stomach.

"Finally. There you guys are," Lydia and Allison tell them as she walks towards them. Lydia hits Stiles's hands away as she pushes Ellie toward labor and delivery.

"Epidural?" Allison asks Ellie as she holds her hand.
"As soon as possible," Ellie groans.

Talia winces at that knowing an epidural would not work for Ellie. Just like morphine would not for werewolves. Their bodies would burn it off quickly.

"Okay just breathe. You want some ice chips?" Allison asks as they are escorted into the room.

"No. I want some drugs!" Ellie groans as she screams making Allison nod.

"Right," Allison tells her as she looks at Lydia who nods.

Ellie was laying in a hospital bed as Allison feed her ice chips and Lydia had a wet rag placed on her head.

"Ellie. Baby I'm here," Derek says rushing in as Ellie looks towards him.

"Where were you?!" Ellie screams at him before groaning in pain as she shuts her eyes close.

"I want drugs. Get me drugs," Ellie says squeezing Derek's hand as she tries not to cry from the contractions.

"Uhm...I think I'm rethinking birth," Ellie says wide-eyed looking at the screen knowing her high pain tolerance.

Derek grabs the rag from Lydia and wipes Ellie's head before grabbing her head and taking some of Ellie's pain who sighs at that.

"Well I guess a man will finally know somewhat the pain of childbirth," Lydia says surprised as Ellie smiles at Derek.

"Dad has done it every time mom has gone into labor," Laurie says as she eats someone popcorn.

"Besides the last time since he was not allowed in the room," Blake says shrugging making Emilia and Laurie slap his arm with a glare.

"What? Why?" Derek asks worriedly as Ellie looks at her kids with her look that declared the "mom look" the one look that got them to tell them everything.

"Mom's placenta ruptured during her last pregnancy. She had to have an emergency c-section because she was losing too much blood and the baby was not getting enough oxygen. Dad was not allowed in the OR just in case," Eli answers as he hugs Ellie close to him.

Ellie runs her fingers through his hair before looking to see her other children staring making her wave them over.

The three run towards them before pulling Ellie up and making her go sit beside Derek who wraps Ellie while the four children snuggle into their parent's arms who hold them.

"I got you, baby," Derek whispers kissing her forehead before another contradiction makes her scream.

"I hate you!" Ellie screams at Derek who nods just holding her hand.

"I know. I'm sorry," Derek tells her softly continuing to let her squeeze his hand while kissing her forehead reassuringly.

"How are we doing in here?" Melissa asks walking in making Ellie sigh in relief as she grabs her by her scrub top pulling her close to her.

"Where are my drugs?" Ellie asks her with a dangerous look in her eyes.

"Ellie!" Scott yells at her in disbelief as Melissa calms him down.

"Scott calm down. She is in pain and means no harm," Melissa tells her son as Ellie sends her a sheepish look but Melissa waved her off.

"I was the same way when I gave birth to Scott," Melissa tells her making Ellie sigh in relief at that.

"Ellie...I'm sorry to say it but it seems your little one wants out as much as you do. You're too far dilated," Melissa tells her as Ellie groans as she falls back into the bed.

"We are preparing everything and it's almost time to push," Melissa tells her as Ellie nods her head squeezing Derek's hand who was whispering sweet nothings in her ear.

"Wait! Is that mom's ring?!" Laura yells noticing the diamond ring on Ellie's finger and making everyone look at it.

"Yeah, it is," Talia says as she smiles happily to see her daughter-in-law wearing it.

"Yeah although dad asked aunt Cora before she said she never wanted to get married so she didn't want the ring," Emilia answers as Cora shrugs at that. She didn't.

About an hour later Ellie lets out a scream as she squeezes Derek's hand and everyone could it break.

"Almost there, Ellie! Keep pushing!" The OBGYN tells Ellie who continues to push.

"I'm never having sex again!" Ellie yells as Allison chuckles wiping Ellie's forehead.

"Good idea," Chris tells Ellie nodding her head as Allison and Lydia send him a look before looking at all the children surrounding Derek and Ellie.

"Yeah she clearly never did again," Lydia says chuckling as Allison nods.

"I can't do this," Ellie sobs as she pants as she breathes.

"Hey. Hey Ellie," Allison tells her as Ellie shakes her head. Derek looks at her pushing her sweaty hair that fell out of the bun that Derek put up for her.

"I know baby, but think of this soon you will get to hold our little boy. The one you already love with your entire heart," Derek tells her making Ellie turn her head and glare at him.

"Shut up! He is tearing me apart!" Ellie yells before groaning as she sits up pushing again. Ellie looks out a blood-curdling scream before falling back into the bed.

Everyone looks wide-eyed at the screen before Melissa and Talia chuckle. They knew that scream. It was the shoulders being pushed out.

A cry was then heard making the entire room quiet as Melissa smiles at Derek.

"Want to cut the umbilical cord dad?" Melissa asks him softly as Derek nods cutting the cord as the little baby boy was laid on Ellie's chest.

"He's so tiny," Ellie says chuckling as any thought of pain disappears as she looks down at her son.

"Let's get him clean up and then you can hold him," Melissa tells Ellie who nods watching Melissa do everything as Allison cries looking at her nephew.

"Here you go mom," Melissa tells her softly handling Ellie her son who cuddles him like he was the most precious thing.

"Hi. Hi little guy," Ellie says sobbing slightly as she runs her fingers over his face. Derek stares at the two tears in his eyes as Ellie looks up and smiles at him.

"He's perfect," Ellie tells Derek who chuckles as he leans against the bed the two stare at their son who then opens his eyes.

"He has your eyes," Derek whispers running his finger over their son's cheek and seeing his emerald green eyes.

"Eli," Derek says making Ellie look towards him confused.

"Eli after his amazing beautiful strong mom," Derek tells her making Ellie nod her head as she lays her head on his shoulder the two staring at Ellie.

Ellie sobs quietly as she holds Eli to her who smiles at his mom. Derek smiles amazed at the screen seeing the love of his life holding their son.

"Eli Stiles Argent-Hale," Ellie says making Derek chuckle before nodding his head.

"Fine but I'm naming the next one if you do have one," Derek tells Ellie who nods her head at him.

"Of course, he'll need siblings," Ellie tells him the pain she just went through completely disappearing from her head.

"But a long time till then," Ellie says making Derek chuckle as the two smiles at Eli who was just staring at the two completely calm.

"Maybe he's not that bad," Chris mutters to Allison who was sniffling. Allison chuckles at him at that shaking her head.
