Ellie was now sitting with Derek his arm around her and Ellie cuddled into his chest while he runs his fingers through her hair as the screen lit up.

It shows Allison with a sad expression walking into Ellie's room who was just laying down on the opposite side of the bed.

"Ellie I'm going with Lydia to make sure Scott is okay on the lacrosse trip. Do you want to come or do you need us to stay?" Allison asks her sister worriedly who just lay in her bed looking at the wall.

Ellie looks confused as everyone looks at the girl worriedly. Something was obviously wrong.

"Ellie," Allison says walking towards around the bed to see Ellie awake just staring at the wall with a numb look in her eyes and tears rolling down her cheeks.

Allison looks at her worriedly as she walks closer to her resting her hand on Ellie's shoulder but she was too numb to even feel it.

"He's gone," Ellie mutters with no emotion in her voice but it cracks slightly making Allison worry.

"Derek's dead," Ellie says before she begins sobbing again clutching onto his shirt she had tears appear in Allison's eyes as she pulls Ellie closer to her.

Ellie tensed up at that before she looks at Derek terrified who pulls her closer to him kissing the top of her head as Ellie clutched onto him.

Ellie just sobs louder in her chest. It was a heartbreaking sob.

Chris walks into the room and his heart breaks seeing his daughter looking completely shattered as she clutches to Allison as if she was her lifeline.

Chris looks towards the two but sighs realizing how much his daughter loves Derek.

"I know where they are," Scott says as he walks into Derek's loft making Ellie, Derek, Peter, Boyd, and Cora look back at him.

"Uhm yeah, Scott in case you forgot I live there and once Issac told me about twins I told Derek. Since I meet the twins the first day of school in the elevator," Ellie says rolling her eyes and making Scott's eyes widen.

"Wait the alphas live above us?" Allison asks shivering in disgust. 

"Ugh I really need to rethink my taste in guys," Lydia mutters annoyed.

"Then they want you to know," Scott says making Peter shrugs a little.

"Or, more likely, they don't care," Peter tells him making Ellie sigh.

"Never thought I would say this and I feel sick saying it but Peter might. And I mean might be right," Ellie says gagging slightly as Peter smiles at her.

"I knew you would warm up to me soon," Peter says making Ellie scoff.

"Never," Ellie tells Peter who smirks at her.

"You attacked my best friend. Terrorized my friends for months. And then killed my aunt who was a bitch though right in front of me and my twin. So I don't think so," Ellie tells Peter with a shrug as many look wide-eyed before Cora nods.

"Understandable," Cora says making Ellie smile at her.

"Thank you," Ellie tells her as Derek looks between the two worriedly as Scott approaches the table to see a lot of shots, photos, and notes.

"No. Please just no," Derek tells the two girls who smile at each other laughing.

"What is this?" Scott asks making Peter raise his eyebrows slightly.

"Isn't it obvious? The schemers are scheming," Peter tells him as if it was obvious.

"Coming up with a coup de main-- better known as a pre-emptive strike," Peter says making Scott takes a step back looking at all of them.

"You're going after them?" Scott asks them as Derek nods and Ellie shakes her head.

"Tomorrow. And you are going to help us," Derek says making Ellie scoffs.

"No, we need more time. To make sure it is planned perfectly and back up plans. We should start with the strongest of them and head down the line," Ellie tells Derek who shakes his head.

"No! My plan is better. Why don't you listen to me? Your plan is stupid and will get someone killed," Ellie says scoffing as Derek shakes his head looking at her.

"You should listen to her," Talia tells her son who sighs at that.

"We need to get rid of them and we are just going after Deucalion. We cut off the snake's head the body does," Derek says making Ellie scoff as she rolls her eyes.

"This isn't a snake though! It's a hydra and they are alphas! Alphas with against a bunch of betas! You idiot!" Ellie yells at him as Derek looks at her with a glare. 

"Keep glaring what's it going to do? Nothing!" Ellie tells with a raised eyebrow.

"Is it always like this?" Cora asks Boyd who looks towards her.

"Well they used to start making out instead but I guess since they broke up the tension goes into fights instead," Boyd tells Cora who nods at that.

"That's why they are so annoying. Together and apart Ellie and Derek will do whatever it takes to protect the other. They have a type of love that never dies just gets buried under tension," Peter tells the two who look at him and nod.

"Peter it seems you ship them," Lydia says smirking making Peter roll his eyes at her.

"We can you three you know?" Ellie asks them angrily making them all look away from the two. Ellie shakes her head looking towards Derek.

"You are going to get yourself killed Derek if you don't stop this. And one day I won't be there to save your ass," Ellie tells Derek who looks at her stepping towards her with a glare.

"I never asked you to save me," Derek tells Ellie who steps closer to him glaring just as hard back.

"If I don't who will?" Ellie asks him with a raised eyebrow.

"I've been protecting myself for years, Ellie. I did fine without you. I'll do fine now. And wasn't it your idea to end our relationship?" Derek asks her making Ellie glare at him.

"Ouch that doesn't sound good," Isaac says wincing making everyone nod agreeing with him. 

The ones watching just widened their eyes not knowing what to say as they took slow steps back.

"And wasn't it you who let me go? You could have stopped me but you didn't. Don't put all the blame on me," Ellie tells him as she turns around angrily.

"Let's see how far you get without me there," Ellie tells him as she leaves the loft making Derek watch her go with a clenched jaw.

"Let's finish," Derek tells the group angrily as they look at him worriedly.

"Ugh! Go after her!" Allison yells throwing her arms up before Lydia turns to Ellie.

"Stop storming out!" Lydia says sternly making Ellie nod slightly afraid.

Scott put on his jacket before grabbing his helmet as he begins to leave his room, but he jumps when he sees Issac standing at the door.

"Whoa...," Scott says as Isaac raises his eyebrows

"Where are you going?" Issac asks him but he already knew the answer. He was going to meet Deucalion.

Scott just looks wide-eyed before he felt something hit the side of his head.

"Ellie! Did you just throw a shoe at me?!" Scott yells as the girl glares at him.

"Well someone needs to hit you with something to knock some sense into your idiotic brain!" Ellie yells at him angrily. 

"Uh, I was gonna go get some food to eat...," Scott tells him as Issac nods.

"Oh, cool! I'll come with you," Issac tells him making Scott shake his head.

"Nah, dude. It's okay. I can eat alone," Scott tells him making Isaac raises his eyebrows slightly.

"What are you getting?" Isaac asks him as Scott looks at a loss for words.

"Uh... Mexican...?" Scott questions more than states as Issac smiles.

"Dude, I love Mexican," Issac tells as he goes to leave the room but Scott stops him.

"Isaac, I can eat alone. It's okay," Scott tells him anxiously as Isaac smiles a little bit.

"You're not going alone. Come on," Issac tells him as Scott sighs softly before nodding his head and giving him a helmet.

"Now let's go Ellie's waiting downstairs with her car," Issac tells him making Scott looks surprised.

"Of course I know," Ellie stated as if it was common sense.

"Oh yeah she heard your plan with the evil one as she calls him and called me so we made a plan," Issac tells him making Scott smile as the two walk downstairs.

"Of course," Ellie says smiling at Isaac who smiles back at her.

"We're just gonna talk to him, okay? Try to reason with him. That's it, all right?" Scott questions the two as Ellie rolls her eyes getting out of her car at the abandoned mall. Issac nods as he closes the car door.

"What?" Scott asks making Issac shrug slightly.

"Nothing. It's just that, uh... I'm actually kind of hungry now," Issac tells him making Ellie nod.

"Me too," Scott tells her as Ellie laughs at them.

"Well, afterward we can go get Mexican! On me well on my dad!" Ellie cheers as the two immediately nod making the girl laugh before the three of them start walking.

Chris sighs at that shaking his head but a small smile on his face. 

Ellie, Scott, and Isaac cautiously enter the abandoned mall. Standing in the dark Deucalion raises his head, listening to their approach.

"You didn't come alone," Deucalion states as Ellie scoffs and Scott nods looking at Ellie and Issac.

"Yes... this is Isaac and you already know Ellie," Scott tells him as Ellie fake smiles.

"Wish I could say it is nice to see you again. But it isn't," Ellie tells him as Scott and Issac sigh at the girl shaking their heads.

"I was taught not to lie," Ellie tells the group making them look at Chris who just shakes his head rubbing his nose.

"I'm not talking about Eleanor and Isaac," Deucalion says making the three confused but they pause when they hear the creaking of boots making them look as three silhouettes enter the light.

"I'm going to kill you, Hale," Ellie mutters with a sigh as she glares when she sees Derek, Boyd, and Cora coming out of the shadows.

"You don't know how to listen do you?" Ellie asks Derek who looks down at her.

"And you do?" Derek asks Ellie who just looks at him with that before facing the front.

"You knew I would do this," Scott says, but Derek doesn't look at him.

Derek passes through a little bit of light and enters the darkness. When he reenters the light again, he is a werewolf, with fangs, and bright red alpha. Cora and Boyd transform behind him as they approach.

"Derek, don't! You can't do this so no one gets hurt. If someone else dies...," Scott begins but Derek cuts him off and points to Deucalion.

"Him. Just him," Derek says growling as Deucalion raises his eyebrows as if he finds this situation fun.

"Derek Samuel Hale," Talia says glaring at her son who just looks at her terrified.

"I taught you better than that. Use your head not your anger," Talia says sternly making Derek nod.

"You to Cora," Talia tells her youngest who smiles at her sheepishly as Laura smirks at the two happy to not get in trouble. 

"Just me? Now, how's a blind man find his way into a place like this, all on his own?" Deucalion asks when suddenly the sound of the claws makes everyone turn to see Kali sliding down a pillar using her claws. And soon Ennis and the twins also made an appearance.

"Oh great his little squad has joined us," Ellie says with a roll of her eyes.

"Well it's actually his pack," Stiles tells Ellie who glares at him making Stiles shut up.

Snarling, Derek rushes to Deucalion. But Kali throws herself at him, with her feet first. At the same time, Ennis quickly takes Boyd and Cora to the ground.

Upstairs, Ethan and Aiden jump off a platform. Two feet below, the Twin Alpha was formed. The creature roar and turn to face Scott and Isaac, both now transformed and carrying in the fight.

"Uhm! What?!" Stiles screams wide-eyed and disgusted as everyone looks in disbelief. 

"Why do I always have to save their asses?" Ellie asks herself as she channels as much magic as she can still feeling weak from the last fight when she saved Derek.

Derek looks toward Ellie and kisses her nose softly as to say sorry making her cuddle into him. 

"Evas Elabuk Estupey," Ellie mutters throwing the twins away from Issac and Scott before turning towards Kali and Derek. Bodies hit the ground. Limb crack. Blood goes in different directions.

"Dimiterre!" Ellie mutters throwing kali away from Derek as Ennis sneaks up behind her wrapping his arm around Ellie's neck. His claws were in the perfect position to tear Ellie's throat out.

"Ellie!" Everyone yells as Ellie just looks disgusted.

"Eww I need to bleach my neck now," Ellie says sighing.

Kali pushes Cora to the ground with one foot on her neck. The Twins drag Scott and Issac into a distressed screw-shaped cellar. Spitting blood, Boyd tries to push himself up from the cement floor while Derek turns around to find him lying at his feet.

"Kill him. The others can go," Deucalion tells Derek making them look at Derek while Boyd looks at him as he tries to find the strength to get up.

"I hate him," Allison says glaring making everyone nod agreeing with her.

"You're beaten. Do it, Derek. Take the first step," Deucalion says as Scott and the others look at Derek and the choice that is presented to him.

Ellie tries to get away from Ennis but he just holds her tighter drawing blood now as he slightly chokes her so she can't say a spell.

"He is now added to the list," Chris says angrily making Ellie confused.

"What list?" Ellie asks her dad making him look at her.

"The list of people to kill when I get out of here. It's very long as it is," Chris tells her making Ellie nod at him. 

"I'll help," Derek tells Chris who looks at him with a glare before nodding slightly.

"Are we serious with this kid? Look at him! He's an Alpha? To what? A couple of useless teenagers?" Kali snarls with a scoff.

"Some have more promise than others...," Deucalion says he turns a little, almost as if he were looking at Scott and Ellie, but the others keep their eyes on Derek.

"Never," Ellie says shaking her head at the idea of ever being in the crazy man's pack.

"Let him rise to the occasion, then! What'll it be, Derek? Pack, family, or love?" Kali asks as her eyes glow a fierce red and she pushes her foot harder on Cora's neck, threatening to break it before smiling.

"Uhm actually we aren't together anymore. So...," Ellie says trailing off as Ennis holds her tighter.

"Ellie! Now isn't the time!" Allison yells as the girl shrugs.

"I was just telling them the truth," Ellie tells Allison who just looks at her annoyed.

"Okay dude I'm not into choking can you stop," Ellie mutters as Derek looks from his sister to Ellie to Boyd, faced with an impossible decision.

"Eleanor!" Chris yells as she just hides in Derek's chest who was chuckling at her.

Looking up Ellie nods seeing her backup plan as a smirk appears on her lips.

"Seriously you always need a backup plan and another one just in case," Ellie tells the group as she shrugs.

"You know you always need a plan b," Ellie states with a smirk as she makes eye contact with Derek and nods.

"Now!" Ellie exclaims as Derek bends down just as an arrow whistle hit the Twins, exploding against them in a blinding flash. Scott gets free while Ethan and Aiden separate, and the bodies recede.

"Yes! I'm a badass!" Allison cheers making Ellie chuckle at her.

"Your eyes, cover your eyes!" Deucalion screams making Kali release Cora.

While Derek puts Boyd on his feet, Ennis holds Ellie tighter as she tries to get free. She turns around in his gasp with a move her dad taught and begins to fight the alpha.

"I knew those fighting lessons would come in handy," Chris mutters smirking.

For the shortest second Ellie's eyes glow a different color than the normal werewolf yellow before turning back to yellow.

"Uhm why uhm were my eyes red?" Ellie asks wide-eyed making everyone look at her in disbelief.

Derek is then thrown at Ellie's feet by Ennis. Fighting forward, Scott slides Ennis' ankle, catching him right on the Achilles heel.

Ennis staggers forward as Derek pulls Ellie from his grip but he begins to stumble, Ennis' hands are still on him. Both werewolves fall backward as Ellie tries to reach but Issac holds her back.

"No!" Ellie screams seeing what was happening as tears appear in her eyes. Derek pulls her into his chest so he can block everything from happening.

Derek looks at Ellie as both men fall off the side of the escalator platform. Their bodies fall, hitting the sidewalk with a terrible creaking sound.

The only sound that could be heard was Ellie's earth-shattering scream that broke every window in the building as she falls to her knees tears running down her face.

"No! No! Let me go! Derek! No!" Ellie screams as she sobs trying to get to the edge but Scott and Isaac hold her back from seeing anything.

"No!" Ellie screams as thrashes in their arms but neither would let her see Derek.

Derek looks at the two and nods making them nod slightly back before looking at the girl heartbroken for her.

Talia had tears running down her face but the only thing keeping her from breaking down was seeing her future grandchildren so she knew her son was alright.

"Let me go! Let me go!" Ellie screams as she sobs and they hold her tighter.

"No! Derek! Derek! Derek!" Ellie screams as she sobs fighting the two hold on her. Allison runs towards her twin and pulls Ellie into her arms as the older Argent twin sobs screaming.

"No! No no. Allie, he's not dead. He's dead," Ellie says as she sobs making Allison hold her tighter as she looks at Scott and Issac worriedly as Ellie just falls apart.

"No, please. Please! Derek!" Ellie screams sobbing.

Chris just looks at his daughter worriedly seeing her hold onto Derek like he was her lifeline.

Slowly Ellie walks into Derek's loft dressed in his boxers and shirt she looks around smelling his scent while tears flow down her cheeks.

"Wow you look terrible," Stiles mutters making Ellie glare at him.

Ellie then hears something hitting the door making her head towards it confused.

Slowly the brunette opens it and once she does she looks wide-eyed and in disbelief.

"Derek?" Ellie asks in disbelief not believing what she is seeing as he collapses on the ground in front of her, bleeding, pale, and barely breathing. Severely wounded, but not dead.

Not dead.

Not dead was what was running through her head as Ellie rushes towards him falling to her knees as she gently cups his face.

"Derek? Hey you stupid idiot," Ellie tells him. Ellie rubs his cheeks and tears flow down her cheek as Derek's eyes flutter and he let out a painful breath.

"Really? You are calling me an idiot while I am dying?" Derek asks Ellie with a smirk while she hits his chest.

"If the shoe fits," Ellie says making Derek just smile at her as she smiles up at him.

When should I bring Eli? I was thinking maybe later because seeing his mom hurt would break him. Ellie is his everything.
