Third person P.O.V :

Rosabella rest her head on Parker's shoulder while she was hugging him , he hugged her back as he was patting on her .
Rosabella : Are we gonna be fine ?

Parker let her go , held her shoulders , looked straight to her beautiful blue eyes for a little while :
Parker : yeah..Bella , we're gonna be alright , I promise you .

He hugged her again , Rosabella closed her eyes while hugging him back , the hug lasted for a while , all Parker wanted is to make his best friend calm down .
Rosabella : ..Thank you , Parker..so much..

She whispered through the hug , Parker hugged her tighter .
Parker : you're very welcome , Rosabella .
They let go after a little while , he smiled her , she faked a smile , they sat normally after , the two of them were trying to pass the time .

Rosabella either read a book , or wrote in her diary , or scrolled down her phone , Parke was doing the same , until they fell asleep quietly at 9 o'clock .

At 1 o'clock in the morning :
The Spokane-Tacoma highway :

Rosabella woke up to find herself basically in Parker's arms , she slightly blushed , and put her arms around his waist slowly , he felt it and woke up .
Parker : *whispering* Hey .

Rosabella quickly let him go , and whispered back : Hey .
Parker : what time is it ?
Rosabella : It's 1 o'clock..I'm really worried , Parker , what are we gonna do ?
Parker : we'll do as Miss Palmer told us , we'll sit here .

Rosabella : but that's..not the right thing to do.
Parker : ..our teachers are gonna be back , Rosabella , just please don't worry .
Rosabella : ok..
Parker : do you trust me , Rosabella ?

Rosabella : of course .
Parker : well , I'm telling you we'll be back home soon , ok ? Please trust me .
Rosabella : ok , I trust you .
Parker : Thank you .

Rosabella : anytime .
They smiled to each other , but then they heard a faint knock on the front window , Rosabella looked at Parker in fear , Parker looked at her , then he looked towards the front window , he was about to open the front window , but Rosabella held his hand , looked at him and shook her head .

He slightly nodded , this moment a million thought flashed in Rosabella's head .
What if that's a serial killer and he was trying to kill them ? No , that's a faint knock , what if someone out there who needs help ? No , they won't open the door no matter what , like Miss Palmer said .

Rosabella realized that the best solution is to stay close to Parker , she hugged him , he hugged her back sighing slowly :
Rosabella : *whispering so no one will hear them* please don't go , Parker .
Parker : *whispering back* don't worry , Bella , I won't .

He patted on her so she would calm down , then they heard the faint knock again , but they didn't move , they just stayed like that until they slept hugging each other .

At 7 o'clock in the morning :
Spokane-Tacoma highway :

Rosabella woke up on the police's siren sound , she woke Parker up :
Parker : What's going on ?
Rosabella : I don't know .

They heard someone speaking loudly in a microphone :
Officer : Is there anyone is the car ?
Parker : yes , just me and my best friend , our teachers went to buy a new engine for the car , and they didn't come back yet .

Officer : ok , listen to me carefully , hold your stuff , come out of the car slowly from the left door .
They did as what they've been told , they held their stuff , and came out of the car slowly , then walked over to the police cars , but when they turned around they saw the most devastating scene ever .

Their teachers hanged from their legs , their throat and some spot on the ground full of blood , Parker gasped , and Rosabella screamed , she hugged her best friend as tight as she could while sobbing uncontrollably .

Parker hugged her back while the police's siren stopped , after a little while Rosabella relaxed and let Parker go , he looked at her sadly , she looked back with eyes full of tears , a police officer headed towards them .

Officer : are the two of you okay ?
Parker : yeah..nearly .
Officer : What's the name of your school ?
Rosabella : Annie Wright school.
Officer : what are you doing here ?

Parker : We were heading back from a competition in Spokane.
Officer : how did it go ?
Rosabella : ..we won .
Officer : that's great .

Parker : it was great .
Officer : I'm really sorry you had to through this .
Rosabella : ..It's okay .

Another officer headed towards them :
Officer : hi , how are you two ?
Parker : we're..fine.
Officer : what are your names ?
Parker : I'm Parker Rooney .
Rosabella : I'm Rosabella Jones .

Officer : how old are you ?
Parker : We're fifteen years old.
Officer : ok , look , don't be scared , okay ? You're not alone , we'll get you back to your school.
Rosabella : Thank you .

Officer : no problem , officer Harris , I need to talk to you .
Harris : ok then .
They went not too far away from the two teenagers , and talked , Rosabella and Parker could hear what they say .

Perez : we have to get those kids back to their school as soon as possible .
Harris : Why ?
Perez : they've been surrounded by a serial killer all night .
Harris : what ? There was a serial killer here all along ?

Perez : Exactly , and now he knows someone was in the car all the time , their life is in danger , we need to get them back to Annie Wright .
Harris : ok , I'll take care of that .
He headed towards them again .

Harris : come on , guys , let's go .
Rosabella glanced at Parker , then they both went to Harris's patrol car , and entered .
Harris : Annie Wright , here we come .
He turned on the engine , then he drove .

After 45 minutes :
Time : 07:45 am :
At Annie Wright's school gates :

Harris stopped the car , and looked at them .
Harris : ok , we're here...
