*2 hours later*

-Talia's POV-

"Is he still staring?" I ask Gabbie who sat beside me.

"Yeah, he has this scary smirk on his face" She said and I shuddered, just by the thought.

"We've been here for two hours" I whined, falling back onto the towel, my sunglasses on the bridge of my nose as I closed my eyes.

"Then get into the water" Tate said and I shot up.

"Are you crazy! What if there are sharks or electricl eels or som-" i started but a hand being placed over my mouth made my words all muffled.

"Thank you Christina" Gabbie said and I rolled my eyes at her, crossing my arms against my chest as I just glared at the sand.

"Oh! Daniel texted and asked where we are?" Olivia said and looked at her from the side.

"Tell him we're sunbathing" I said with a small grin on my face, Christina and Tate snickered.

"Already did and they said they'll be here soon" She said. I nodded my eyes and just stared at the clear blue sky, the white clouds dancing in the sky. All of a sudden, someone's tall and big figure blocked my view.

"Excuse me, can you move" I politly asked the person without looking at their face.

"How about you move over to me and I'll do you" The familiar dark voice rasped out and I froze in my spot on the beach towel.

"N-No" I stuttered out.

"No? Did you just say no to me?" he asked and I sat up and glared at the blonde.

"We're not together anymore Luke so please leave me the hell alone" I pleaded, shakily as I stared into his brown eyes, that darkened to a shade of black. My body shaking as we stared at each other's eyes.

"Hey girls!" The boys called out and I let out a breath of relief at the sound of Zach and his friends. However, Luke didn't look too pleased.

"I'll see you around sweetheart" He whispered, standing up and walked away from us. I rolled my eyes and laid back down, my heartbeat racing.

"Hey babe" someone said and I removed my sunglasses to see Zach hovering over me and I smiled sitting up.

"Hey" I said and he bent down and pecked my lips and then sat beside me.

"What" Jack and Gabbie said.

"The" Daniel and Olivia said.

"Actual" Jonah and Tate said.

"Fuck" Corbyn and Christina said.

"What?" I asked as I stared at our friends, their eyes as wide as saucers.

"Is this for publicity or....." Christina whispered and I shut my mouth.

"Uh........." I said traiing off, looking up at Zach. "Z?" I said and he sighed.

"We're actually together-" he started but he was interrupted by the four girls squealing in excitement. "But.... David and Amelia can't know about it" he said.

The four of them stopped their screaming fest and snapped their heads in our direction. "Wait? Why not?" They simultaneously said. I hesitated and looked at where Luke was just to see him flirting with some girl.

I leaned closer to them, "The contract" I whispered and they still had confused expressions on their faces. "Once a year is over.....We can't keep in touch" I quietly said.

"WHAT!" They yelled attracting some gazes, including Luke's. I shuddered at the smirk on his lips and shook as he mouthed, 'Soon'.

"You okay Talia?" Zach asked gently as he wrapped an arm aroung me but my gaze remained on Luke as he smirked. "Babe?" he said and i shook my head and turned my head towards him and he had a concerned look on his face.

"Yeah" I ask as I ran my fingers through my hair. He sighed and pulled his phone out, scrolling with a concentrated look on his face. "Za-" I started but he held one finger up, indicating me to wait a second, sighing I lay my head on his lap.

"Here" he said as he held the phone above my face but I couldn't see the screen.

"What is it?" I ask, squinting to see what he was going on about, "All I'm seeing is black".

"What?" he asked as he pulled the phone away, "Oh shit, the brightness was on low" he said and I chuckled. My eyes widened as I saw the screen, one picture was the day he found me after 4 years and the next one was from a couple of hours ago.

"W-Where did you get tho-ose" I stammered out, sitting up.

"Articles Talia" he said. "Who is this?" he sternly asked and I gulped, my breathing increased, sweat formed on my forehead. "Hey, hey, calm down" He said as he brough me into his embrace. I clutched onto his shirt as tears clouded my vision.

"He still haunts me" I whisper to him.

"Who baby?" Zach softly said as I felt his fingers run through my hair. I clenched my eyes, the memories flashing back before my very own eyes.

"Luke. Luke Matthews" I said and his hand movements stopped and his grip on my waist tightened. "Zach" I softly said and lifted my head to see his gaze fixated on something but more like someone as I saw him look at Luke who sat a couple of metres away from us. "Zach don't" I whispered holding onto him.

"What did he do Talia" he asked through gritted teeth and I felt his body tense up. I looked away, blinking away the tears "Baby, I'm here to protect you" he said as he turned my head in his direction, letting out a small breath.

"He did the most unimaginable things Zach" I said shuddering as I recalled that night, closing my eyes to give him a bit of a vivid description. "It was summer of 2013 and it was Luke and I's one year anniversary. I thought he was going to do something romantic but really, he took me into a motel room, a bit far out of London" I said quietly. "Brad was on tour and Natalie  was out with the girls and Mum and Dad were at work. I was so wrong when I walked into that room, he immediately slammed me against the room door, his hands wandered around my body. Everything happened so fast and the next thing I know I w-w-wa-" I couldn't even finish my sentence as sobs wracked my body.

"That motherfucker hurt you!" Zach growled under his breath. His grip tightening and I gasped, my eyes shot open. "Oh shit!" he muttered.

"Zachary!" Olivia hissed.

"I'm sorry okay!" he exclaimed. His grip loosening and I saw him walk away towards Luke and my eyes widened.

"Jack stop him!" I cried out.

"What? Wh-" he started but I cut him off.

"Luke's dangerous" I said and Jonah and Corbyn jumped to their feet and chased after Zach. I bit my nails anxiously.

"Let me go! Jonah let me fucking go!" Zach bellowed before Jonah threw Zach beside me. "Ah crap" Zach hissed.

"You'll thank us one day" Corbyn said.

"Thank you! He hurt Talia! I wasn't going to just let him wonde-" he started to ramble and I grabbed him by the chin.

-Zach's POV-

"Thank you! He hurt Talia! I wasn't going to just let him wonde-" I started but someone grabbed me by my chin and I felt soft lips being placed on mine. I instantly melted into the kiss once i tasted her  strawberry lips. "Mhmm" I groaned out from the back of my throat.

"PDA!" Jack exclaimed and I pulled away from her captivating lips, slowly as I pulled her bottom lip with mine, "Ew!" Jack gagged.

"What was that for?" I ask her as I place my forehead on her's.

"A way of telling you to shut up and to piss off Luke" She said with a smirk and I raised an eyebrow at her. Looking from the corner of my eye, I saw a tall blonde in black swim shorts glaring this way with his fists cleneched by his sides and I smirked pecking her lips once more.

"He's fuming alright" I said and she giggled.

"Can we leave" Talia whined, laying her head on my chest. I looked at the others to only see them wrapped in one another.

I glanced at the ocean and smiled, "I'll take a picture of you and then we can leave" I said and she pouted. "Please babe, you look gorgeous" I said which caused her to blush.

"Shut up" She mumbled standing up, dusting the sand off of her body. "Where do you I stand?" She asked as her eyes wondered everywhere and I chuckled at her cuteness.

"Come here" I said as I stood, pulling the two us to the ocean.

"Go Zach!" Jonah screamed and I rolled my eyes.

"Just stand babe" I said and unlocked my phone, taking a ocuple steps back and smiled at the shot. "Gorgeous" I said and she turned around.

"Show" She said walking over as she stood on her tip toes, "That is nice, send it to me" she said. I called Jack over.

"Yeah bro?" he asked.

"Can you take a picture of us?" I asked him and he made a face and I glared  at him.

"Fine" he huffed taking my phonne into his grasp.

I grabbed her by the face, "Can I kiss you?" I ask her as I gaze into her brown orbs and she nods her head.

I leaned in and placed a kiss on her lips, my body felt like it was on fire, sparks flew and my stomach felt all queasy. A feeling I have never felt with Kay. "Ew! Okay I'm done" he said but I moved my hands to her waist pulling her closer. "Dude I ju-Ow Gabbie" he whined. All I could hear was the way the waves crashed.

I pulled away, our breathing heavy as we just stared into each other's eyes. "Woah" She said and I licked my bottom lip.

"GUYS WE'RE LEAVING!" Jonah yelled and I was just staring into her eyes. "ZACH!"

"We're coming" I called back averting my gaze from her for a second. "Let's go" I said kissing her for a second.

"Finally!" Jack exclaimed as we got into his car. Gabbie and him at the front while the others went in the other car.

"Just drive Jack" I said and wrapped my arms around Talia's shoulders as she typed away on her phone. "What are you doing?" I asked as I peered down at her phone screen, which showed she was on Instagram.

"Posting that picture you took of me..... and done" She said and as she said that my phone buzzed.

I sat there shocked as I stared at my post, "I thought you blocked her" Jack said, bringing me out of my thoughts.

I cleared my throat and gazed out of the window, the night sky lit up by the many stars. "I did" I said.

"Well....How did she comment on your post?" Gabbie exclaimed.

"I don't know okay!" I snapped, my chest heaved up and down. "I just don't want her to come in between Tal and I when I'm fina-" I started but my phone buzzed. I stared down at the screen and my eyes nearly popped out of it's sockets.

"What happened?" Talia asked in a soft tone.

"She dm'ed me" I choked out.

"What!" Jack yelled, pressing the break a bit too hard causing Talia and I to jerk forward.

"JACK!" I yelled.

"No! Wjy the hell haven't you blocked her" he seethed and I rolled my eyes.

"I did" I said and sighed and looked at the message that she had sent.

"That's flirting" Jack said after reading the message, starting to drive again.

"You can't get that from a simple 'Hi'" I said.

"Whatever, Talia where's your house" Jack asked

"House 34, Beverly Hills" Gabbie answered before Talia could and I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"How do you know that?" Jack and I simultaneously asked her.

"The girls and I picked her up before we headed to the beach" She said and I nodded, gazing back at the message and sighed.

"Babe?" Talia said and I looked at her.

"Mhmm" I said playing with her hair that smelt like the ocean.

"Don't let her get inside your head okay?" She quietly said and I sighed and leaned my forehead onto hers.

"I'll try my best" I whispered and connected our lips.

"We're he- Ugh not again" I heard Jack mutter.

"I'll see you tomorrow?" Talia said once we pulled away and I nodded my head. The two of us exited the car after she had said bye to the Jack and Gabbie. The text from Kay replaying in my head. I shook my head and faced her.

"David called me before we came to the beach and said that you had to come with me and the boys for some interview" I said and her eyes widened.

"I have a shoot" She said.

"What time?" I ask her and she shrugs.

"Not sure but I'll check my schedule and send you a message?" She says and I nod. I leaned down and pecked her lips.

"I'll see you later then" I say and she nods.

*Flash*

I looked around confused, "Did you hear that?" I ask her and she shook her head. I shrugged, "Bye babe" I said walked back to the car. "Ew! You've already made one baby. Do you want another?" I ask the couple at the front.

"Shut up Zachary!" Jack yelled.

"Never" I said laughing.

"You're such a pain in the ass" he muttered.

"JACK ROBERT AVERY!"
