A/N ~ I'M SO SORRY FOR THE LATE UPDATE GUYS- SCHOOL IS STILL A BIG PART OF MY LIFE AND HW IS DROWNING ME ALIVEE.

But I love you all, so here it is- another chapter.  From this chapter on, it's going to get interesting.

ϟ ͛ r⃒⃘

"I swear, if you say a single word about last night-"

"Oh, for heaven's sake, Y/N- for the sixth time, I'm not going to-"

"Fine, fine... you promise?"

"No."

"Hermione!"

"Oh, look! There they are!" Hermione pointed towards the entrance of the hallway. Y/N looked up and gulped when she saw Harry and Ron walking into the hall.

She looked to her side and saw Hermione grinning devilishly at her, stirring her porridge wickedly.

"Shut it." Y/N hissed. Hermione continued to smirk at her direction. "Herm... I will expose the hell out of you if you even mention- hey, Ron! Hey, Harry!" Y/N looked up when both Harry and Ron approached the Gryffindor table.

"Hey?" Ron furrowed his eyebrows and slid into a seat next to Hermione.

"Morning, Niff." Harry sighed and sat himself next to Y/N. "Did you sleep alright last night?"

"Yeah, I-"

"She totally did!" Hermione said brightly. "She felt very comfortable last night. So comfortable, that-"

"That I feel extremely energetic, today!" Y/N said loudly, causing Ron and Harry to stare at her suspiciously. Y/N let out a weak laugh and gave Hermione the look. "Hermione, dear- why don't you focus on your bowl of porridge?"

"Of course, Y/N." Hermione grinned. "But first, I should let Harry know that someone fancies-"

"AH!" Y/N suddenly jumped on to her two feet with a loud yell.

Everyone on the Gryffindor table froze mid-meal and stared at her. Ron and Harry looked  like they were about to burst out laughing. Hermione was already laughing.

Y/N blushed red and quickly sat back down. "Sorry." She whispered. "Hermione..."

Hermione was sniggering quietly, earning confused stares from both Ron and Harry.

"Are we missing something?" Ron asked cluelessly. "You two seem...off."

"No!" Y/N said firmly, before Hermione could open her mouth. "You know what, guys, let's go to our first class, we're going to be late. Defence Against the Dark Arts, right? With Moody, yeah? Aren't you excited to have an Auror as a teacher-?"

"Alright, Alright, we get your point," Hermione said with a chuckle. "I'll shut up now."

"Why are you shutting up?" Ron asked, his voice getting higher from confusion. "You barely said anything... is there something-?"

"Ron, eat your toast before I steal it." Y/N said quickly, making Ron shove his overly buttered toast into his mouth immediately.

"I wonder what Moody's like." Harry said curiously, eating his own toast.

"Mum says he's brilliant." Y/N replied with a shrug, glad that they've changed the topic. "I met him through floo, once. Nearly passed out when I saw his head pop into our fireplace."

Ron laughed loudly, spitting bread crumbs all over and earning a glare from Hermione.

"You lot talking about Moody?" Fred asked, making the four turn to him and George, who were several seats away.

"Yes, we are." Hermione said with a slight frown. "Why?"

"Oh, he's more than brilliant." George said excitedly.

"Why's so?"

"You'll see, little bro..." Fred said with a sly grin.

"Let's just say... he's different."

"Imperio!" Mad-eye Moody growled while pointed his wand at a large spider in his hand.

They were learning about the 3 Unforgivable Curses, and were quite in shock when Moody started using one of them.

The class stared in awe as they realised Moody was now in control of the spider.

Y/N turned to her side and saw Ron whimpering in his seat. She sniggered quietly. She knew how much Ron hated spiders.

The class that was very silent from the beginning of the lesson was silent no more.

Moody forced the spider onto Dean Thomas's desk, making his partner gasp loudly.

"Y/N..." Ron whimpered, gripping on to Y/N's arm. "I- don't- like-"

But Y/N was busy laughing loudly at the spider that was now on Crabbe's face. The entire class was laughing at this point.

"Don't worry, she's completely harmless!" Moody said, almost sarcastically.

He then forced the hand-sized spider onto Padma Patil's hand, making Padma's eyes grow wide, and making the class laugh even louder.

"Ron, don't close your eyes, this is hilarious!" Y/N said, shaking Ron's arm.

"No- don't- no-!"

"There it comes!" Y/N looked up as Moody sent the spider zooming towards Ron. "Say hi, Ron!"

Ron made the most scrunched up face Y/N has ever seen as the spider landed on his flaming red hair. Ron whimpered loudly, his face turning red, and his eyes watering.

Harry and Y/N were laughing along with the others, and Hermione shook her head  disapprovingly.

Draco Malfoy was laughing the loudest among the students. He was rocking back and forth, thumping his desk with his fist.

"What're you laughing at?" Moody growled.

He sent the spider onto Malfoy's face, making him yell loudly.

"Get it off! Get it off-!" Malfoy said to Goyle in horror.

Y/N could feel tears forming in her eyes as she laughed her lungs out. Harry was with her, and was clapping his hands enthusiastically. The class was now buzzing with laughter.

"AHAHA! Talented, isn't she?" Moody growled. "What shall I make her do next... jump out the window?" the spider went flying towards the window, screeching fearfully along the way.

The class fell silent and gulped.

"Drown herself?" Moody asked quietly. The spider was now held right above a bucket of water.

Y/N came to realize how scary the curse actually was. And so did the rest of the class.

"Now..." Moody brought the spider back to the palm of of his hand. "Let's see... who can tell me... another one?"

Almost half the class raised their hands, including Hermione, of course, and surprisingly, Neville.

Moody marched over to Neville and stared at him. He studied Neville's expression and nodded his head slowly.

"Longbottom, is it?" he asked. Neville slowly nodded his head. "Ah, yes... Professer Sprout tells me you have a speciality for Herbology." Neville nodded once again. "Tell me,- what's another unforgivable curse?"

"The.. the C-Cruciatus curse." Neville said, shaking slightly.

"Correct!" Moody said sharply, staggering back to the front of the class. "The torturing curse."

Y/N felt her lungs stop working.

She's heard of the curse before. According to her mother, the Cruciatus cruse was every Death Eater's favourite. It was simply done, but causes horrible consequences.

She also knew Neville's parents were tortured into insanity by that specific curse. And Neville was right there, about to witness the curse again.

Panicking, Y/N looked up sharply.

"Wait-!" she exclaimed. But it was too late.

"Crucio!" Moody growled, pointing his wand at the same spider.

The spider let out horrible screeches, twisting and struggling in severe pain. Its legs were bending weakly, and its body shrank in pain.

Neville was breathing heavily, and was staring at the spider with wide eyes. Everyone in the room looked away from the scene, not able to witness the torture.

Y/N couldn't believe Moody would do something so insensitive to someone.

After all, she knew Moody was caring, and was also, in fact, a Hufflepuff. But yet, he was right there, using the same curse that was used on Neville's parents to torture a living creature.

Neville now had his eyes closed and looked deeply disturbed.

"Stop it! Can't you see it's bothering him, stop it!" Y/N exclaimed, looking at Neville in concern.

Moody immediately stopped the curse. The spider stopped screeching and moved on the table weakly. Moody looked back at the class and stared at Y/N.

His face was emotionless, as he staggered across the classroom to Y/N's desk, bringing the feeble spider with him.

He approached Y/N and placed the spider onto her stack of books. Y/N gulped when she knew what was going to happen next.

"Y/N Scamander, isn't it?" Moody growled. Y/N nodded silently. "Your parents are great wizards. Tough, Kind, smart- I'm sure you are, too. So tell me, Scamander, what is the last and most important Unforgivable Curse?"

Y/N knew that if she told him, he would use the curse on the spider- which wouldn't bother her much, but would definitely affect others. So she simply shook her head.

"No?..." Moody raised his non-existing eyebrows. He brought his wand up, pointing it towards the spider. "Shame... Avada Kedavra!"

A flash of green light came out of his wand and hit the spider, making it let out one last screech. Within a split second, the spider was now on its back, legs bent and lifeless. Y/N couldn't bare looking at it.

The whole class was silent.

Harry stared at the dead spider, as the green flash replayed inside his head. Why was it so familiar?

"The Killing Curse." Moody stated. "Only one person is known to have survived it. And he's sitting in this room."

The whole class turned to face Harry, who was still staring at the dead spider.

Moody staggered in front of him and stared. Harry realized he was being watched by the whole class, and slowly looked up at the professor.

He watched as Moody made a weird twisted face, and watched as the professor drank whatever was in his personal flask.

ϟ ͛ r⃒⃘

"Do you think Neville's alright?" Hermione asked worriedly, as the Quartet walked down the marble stairs together. "I mean- did you see the look on his face?"

"Surely, he's not." Y/N said, trying to avoid saying anything about Neville's parents. "But Moody's talking to him. He just called him into his room."

"You alright, Harry?" Ron asked, when he saw Harry staring blankly into nowhere. Harry turned to him and blinked several times.

"I'm... fine." he muttered. But Y/N knew he wasn't. "It's just... the last curse... it was used on my parents. Voldemort used it to kill my parents. I can remember. I remember the- the green light... and my mum's scream-"

"Harry..." Hermione whispered, tears forming in her eyes. "You don't have to..."

Y/N looked at Harry in pity and put a hand on his arm. Harry looked up and smiled at her weakly, holding onto her hand.

"Only say what you're comfortable with saying, Harry." Y/N said warmly, squeezing his hand.

"Yeah, I'm... I'm alright." Harry said, nodding his head, not wanting to ever let go of her hand.

"Blimey." Ron sighed. "What a lesson... Moody's a scary one. He is pretty brilliant, though."

"Yes, but he used illegal curses!" Hermione hissed, disturbed. "They're illegal for a reason!"

"He has special permission from the Ministry." Y/N shrugged. "He is very skilled, so they expect him to know what he's doing."

"I think it's a good thing we're learning about them, though." said Harry. "As long as he doesn't use them on us..."

But Moody did.

For the rest of September, their class had to learn how to defeat the Imperius Curse.

No one but Harry succeeded in doing this. Y/N was forced to dance around and jump on tables, with no control of her body. Hermione and Ron were both forced to sing the Hogwarts song operatically.

It was terrifying.

In Care of Magical Creatures, they had to help Hagrid babysit blast-ended skrewts. Also known as scorpion-looking creatures with fire blasting out of their arses.

The best thing about that class was Malfoy hating it.

Their other classes went by as normal. With Hermione and Y/N quitting Divination, they were doing just fine with school.

On one rainy evening, Hermione called Y/N, Ron Harry together excitedly in their common room. She pulled out the big box she's been carrying on their first day and opened it brightly.

"I've started something." Hermione said rather proudly. "A society."

"Called 'spew'? Think again." Ron laughed, reading the label on the box. Hermione rolled her eyes.

"Not spew, idiot. It's S-P-E-W." she corrected him cooly. "Stands for Society Promotion of Elfish Welfare."

Ron looked like he was about to burst into laughter, but Y/N quickly cut across him.

"Well, that's... great." She said to the smiling Hermione. "How many members have you got?"

"Well..." Hermione started with a sly grin. "If you guys join, it would be four."

"No thanks," Ron's aid bitterly. "I don't want to walk around with the word 'spew' on my chest-"

"It's S-P-E-W!" Hermione said heatedly.

"I don't know Hermione..." Y/N shrugged. "The elves love working. Especially here, with Dumbledore taking charge."

"Yeah, not every house-elf has the Malfoys as their masters." Harry chimed in with a chuckle, but quickly stopped when Hermione threw a look at him.

At the end, she did successfully persuade them into joining her Society.

September went by as quick as a flash, with the only excitement being Hermione's birthday, and how  Beaxbatons and Durmstrang's arrival became closer and closer. Fred and George were almost done with their aging potion.

Not after long, the day finally came. The castle was now extra polished and cleaned, the Great Hall was enlarged and decorated with silk banners.

The Quartet quickly packed from their last class and sprinted to the courtyard to watch the two foreign schools arrive.

The whole school was crowding the courtyard, pushing and muttering excitedly. All the professors were there, including Dumbledore.

The Quartet joined Fred, George and Lee Jordan at the very front balcony, before being scolded at by Professor McGonagall.

"Scamander, adjust your tie." the professor said sharply. "Weasley,- no, the other Weasley, flatten your hair out a little."

Ron scowled and raked his fingers in his long red hair.

Y/N leaned over the tiny balcony eagerly so that the view of the lake was clear to her. She gazed at the wide lake surrounding Hogwarts, or rather, Hogwarts was surrounding.

The water was glistening and almost still, with only tiny waves curling upon the surface.

"View, check. Polished castle, check. Weather, not-so-check." Fred squinted up at the rumbling grey clouds in the sky.

"It's been raining for a whole month." Y/N sighed. "Although... I think the two schools might be late. It's almost six."

"How do reckon they're coming?" Ron questioned, squeezing himself between Y/N and Hermione.

"The train?" Harry suggested from Y/N's side. "Or a portkey?"

"I doubt it..." Y/N frowned.

"Maybe they'll apparate here." Ron said with a shrug. "The champions are all of age, aren't they?"

"How many times do I have to tell you," Hermione rolled her eyes. "You can't-"

"-apparate inside the Hogwarts grounds." Y/N and Harry finished together.

"Exactly." Hermione said swiftly, turning back towards the view of the lake.

"Aha!" Dumbledore exclaimed, pulling away from his binoculars, causing all the students to turn to him. "Unless I am very much mistaken, the delegations of Beauxbatons approaches!"

All heads turned back to the gleaming lake.

Y/N squinted her eyes and searched water and land for any sign of the delegates of Beauxbatons.

"Harry, do you see anything?" she asked, confused, nudging Harry gently.

"I don't..." Harry frowned, pushing up his round glasses.

"There they are!" Exclaimed a Ravenclaw fifth year. He was not pointing towards the lake or the forest, but towards the sky.

Something large- larger than broomsticks, were soaring through the sky, towards the castle. There were hundreds of them. Large flying creatures.

"They're dragons!" Ernie McMillan from Hufflepuff gasped.

"Don't be stupid," Dennis Creevey the first year squeaked excitedly. "They're flying horses!"

Dennis was quite accurate.

When the flying creatures came closer and closer towards the castle, Y/N could clearly see that they were, in fact, silver winged horses. They were dragging magnificent carriages, one after another, and were heading towards the ground.

"Here comes the delegations of Durmstrang!" Dumbledore sang.

Y/N turned back to the lake, and saw that the black water was now crippling and quaking.

She, Ron, Hermione and Harry gasped loudly when a giant and magnificent ship approached from surface of the black lake.

"And all we have is a red train!" Y/N heard Draco Malfoy fuss irritatedly. She rolled her eyes and watched as Durmstrang's ship sailed closer to the shore.

"All students, back into the Great Hall!" Professor McGonagall ordered sharply. "Enough with the pictures, Creeveys!" she scolded the Creevey brothers.

Y/N stopped to look down at Beauxbatons' carriages and beamed when around a hundred students, aged seventeen and over, came flooding out into the grassy grounds.

They were all wearing periwinkle blue uniforms, the girls wearing elegant dresses, and the boys wearing long coats.

Some of them looked up towards the balcony and waved at Y/N eagerly. Y/N chuckled and waved back.

"Come on, Scamander!" Professor McGonagall fussed. "You will get to make friends later."

"Yes, Professer." Y/N nodded and trotted after her friends and the rest of the Hogwarts students back into the Great Hall.

"The weather said no to their arrival." Ron said grimly, when he saw that the ceiling of the Great Hall was filled with big grey clouds.

"Let's just hope they get in here before it rains." Hermione said, looking around the busy hall excitedly.

The Great Hall was decorated in flags and banners, and the tables were magicked longer and wider, for the two other schools. The floating candles were still drifting around the whole place.

All the professors were now seated in their usual seats with Dumbledore in the middle.

The professor smiled around and slowly stood up, making the hall silent. Y/N shook her leg excitedly.

"Hello, my fellow Hogwarts students and staff members," the old wizard said loudly and calmly. "As you probably know, our friends from both schools have now arrived for The Triwizard Tournament."

A round of applause and cheers erupted the Great Hall. The Quartet beamed at each other and clapped eagerly.

"Now, please join me in welcoming our daring friends from Beauxbatons Academy of Magic," Dumbledore declared. "and also a round of applause for their headmistress, Madam Maxime!"

Everyone in the hall cheered as the double doors of the Great Hall were opened. Almost a hundred students marched into the room with proud grins on their faces.

The person who stood out the most, surprisingly, was their headmistress.

Madam Maxime was a very posh-looking woman. But what made her stand out, was her height. She was two times the height of her students. She was even taller than Hagrid.

"Blimey!" Ron exclaimed.

"Don't be rude!" Hermione hissed at him.

"I'm not talking about her, I'm talking about her!" Ron said, his jaw slowly dropping.

Y/N followed his gaze and her eyes fell on a blonde girl with bright blue eyes. Her skin glowed beautifully, even though most of it was under her coat, and her grin was mysterious- almost challenging.

"She's a veela..." Y/N said, staring at the blonde girl.

"No, she isn't." Hermione frowned.

"Yes, she is!" Ron agreed with Y/N.

"Don't be stupid," Hermione rolled her eyes. "Look around, Ronald. No one's got their jaw dragging on the floor for her, like you."

But she was quite wrong.

Many boys and girls had their eyes fixed on the blonde veela girl, and some of them were also gaping stupidly, just like Ron was.

"I'm telling you, that's not a normal girl!" Ron said seriously, rubbing his eyes.

When all the Beauxbatons students separated and sat on each house table, Dumbledore kissed Madam Maxime's hand and gestured her to a seat next to him. He grinned and turned back to the four tables.

"Settle down, settle down!" the professor said kindly. "Next, please welcome the proud delegates of Durmstrang!"

Y/N applauded once more, and watched along with the others as the Durmstrang students entered the hall.

They had fewer people than Beauxbatons, but they all looked very cheerful.

They were all wearing leather uniforms, and were waving around excitedly. Their headmaster was a stern looking man with a grey beard, who was wearing a thick fur coat. They must've came from somewhere cold.

But it wasn't their headmaster that stood out from the crowd like Beauxbatons, but instead, it was a particular student. A grumpy-looking male with short black hair and thick eyebrows.

"Is that Viktor Krum?" Ginny exclaimed. "Ron, it's Krum!"

"No bloody way..." Ron's jaw dropped once again. It was, indeed, Viktor Krum.

Every pair of eyes were glued to the boy as he walked through the hall, trying to find a seat. Girls were whispering excitedly, and pulling out their quills and parchment for an autograph.

"What are you waiting for, scoot over!" Ron scrambled. "You can sit here!- here's an empty seat!"

"Too late." Hermione smirked. "Looks like Malfoy's got a new friend."

Y/N and Harry looked over to see Krum sitting down next to the smug Malfoy, whom he shakes hands with.

"That's right, swarm over him, Malfoy." Ron said bitterly.

"The French don't look really happy with our ghosts." Harry pointed out.

Indeed, a large group of Beauxbatons boys near by were staring at the house ghosts in pure terror.

"Oh, bless them." Y/N chuckled. "They'll see so much more."

By the time everyone settled into their seats, and the headmasters were welcomed, Dumbledore was in front of the crowd with a huge brown on his face.

The headmaster cleared his throat loudly, making everyone go silent.

"Thank you." He smiled. "Now, Hogwarts, let's entertain our friends in the best way we can- all stand."

Y/N scrambled to her feet, and so did the rest of Hogwarts. Harry gave her a knowing side smile, making her chuckle silently.

"Sing along if you will!" Dumbledore said to the other schools.

The headmaster waved his wand, making a banner of lyrics appear in front of them.

"I've mesmerized the whole song." Hermione said proudly.

Before Y/N could laugh, the hall echoed with music. She stopped laughing, took a deep breath, and sang,

"Hogwarts, Hogwarts, hoggy, warty, Hogwarts, teach us something please!"

"Whether we be old and bald, or young with scabby knees!" Harry sang operatically, grinning widely at Y/N and Ron.

They all lifted their arms up and waved them around as the verse continued,

"Our heads could do with filling, with some interesting stuff! For now they're bare and full of air, dead flies and bits of fluff!"

Y/N glanced at the other schools and could see identical expressions plastered on their faces. They looked like they were promised a unicorn, but received a donkey instead.

"-and learn until our brains rottttt!" The Quartet and the twins finished.

They all bowed proudly as the two schools gave them weak claps. Hogwarts grinned politely and sat back down.

The veela girl from Beauxbatons didn't even try to hide her confusion.

She stared at them with slightly furrowed eyebrows, and looked like she was deciding whether to laugh or grimace.

"Now- let the feast begin!" Dumbledore announced happily, making the awkward tension in the hall disappear.

The golden plates and platters suddenly filled  with piles and piles of food, making everyone's face light up in delight.

Y/N noticed some new foreign dishes added to the menu.

"Look at all this!" Ron gasped, already going for the classic mashed potatoes. "I've never seen these!"

"More work for the house-elves." Hermione groaned.

"Oh, just eat!" Harry said with a chuckle. "Want some fish, Y/N?"

"Yes, please." Y/N said brightly. Harry grinned and scooped some fish onto her plate. "Thanks, Harold."

"Tell me if anything else is out of reach." Harry said firmly.

Y/N nodded and smiled at him gratefully, shoving the dory into her mouth.

"So romantic." Hermione sniggered quietly, so only Y/N could hear her.

"I don't see Romeo and Juliet offering each other fish." Y/N hissed back grimly. "Is this bouillabaisse?" she asked, noticing her favourite French dish.

"What now?" Ron asked, his mouth full of mashed potatoes.

"Bouillabaisse."

"Bless you."

"It's French." Y/N explained. "Had some from my Paris vacation a few years ago. It's delicious."

"I'll take your word for that." Ron said sarcastically, helping himself to some black pudding.

"By the way, Harry," Y/N started, remembering something. "Has Sirius- I mean- Snuffles written back yet?"

Harry quickly chewed his food and gulped it all down.

"Not yet... I wrote to him yesterday, Y/N." He replied, noticing Y/N's worried look.

"Remind me what you said in the letter again?" Y/N questioned.

"I just asked him how he's been and told him about... you know..." Harry pointed to his forehead.

Y/N nodded understandingly.

Just as she was about to put down her fork, Y/N felt a gloved hand placed on her shoulder, making her jump slightly.

"Excuse me," Said a posh voice of a girl. "I'm sorry I scared you."

Whoever it was, they were catching a lot of attention from the Gryffindor table, since everyone around Y/N had stopped and gazed at the girl.

Y/N looked back and found herself smiling at the veela girl Ron's been drooling over earlier.

Her long blonde hair was now let down, and her coat was removed, revealing her silky periwinkle uniform.

"I was just wondering," the girl continued, smiling back at Y/N politely. "Are you done with the bouillabaisse?"

Ron had his mouth hung open, and looked almost speechless from the presence of the girl.

"I-I... er- w-we-" he stuttered, earning an eye roll from Hermione.

"We're done with it. You can have it." Harry said politely, pushing the plate of bouillabaisse towards the girl.

He was clearly unbothered by her veela-ness.

"Thank you." Said veela girl. "What are your names? I am Fleur Delacour, nice to meet you."

She extended a hand and smiled at them.

Y/N and Harry shook Fleur's hand politely, while Ron simply blanked out, and Hermione was huffed quietly.

"I'm Harry Potter." said Harry.

"Ah, I know who you are." Fleur nodded, but didn't seem that impressed. "And what about you, Miss Balcony?"

She smiled at Y/N, clearly remembering her waving at the Beauxbatons students from the balcony, earlier.

"I'm Y/N Scamander, nice to meet you, Fleur." Y/N replied. "But Miss Balcony sounds nice, too."

"Scamander!" Fleur exclaimed, causing everyone around to gape after her voice. "You must be Newt Scamander's granddaughter! Mr Scamander has a lot of reputation back in France!"

"Sounds like my grandpa." Y/N smiled. "And that's my brother, right there. admiring your beauty."

Y/N threw a look at Rolf, who was gaping at Fleur's direction from the Hufflepuff table. He shook his head soberly and blushed red.

Fleur turned to him and smiled, before turning back to Y/N.

"That's very sweet of you." She said.

"Hi, nice to meet you!" Ron suddenly blurted, realizing he was silent the entire time.

Fleur gave him a weak smile and shook his hand awkwardly.

"Nice to meet you." She muttered and turned back to get her bouillabaisse. "Well... I must go back to my friends. Thanks for the bouillabaisse. It was nice to meet you, Y/N Scamander."

Fleur gave her a tiny wave and glided back to the Ravenclaw table, before sliding into a seat next to Cho and her friends.

"That's an attractive lot." Ron huffed, staring at the specific part of the Ravenclaw table.

"Oh, stop staring and finish your meal!" Hermione snapped.

"You don't get to make any comments about meals." Ron shot back, breaking his mesmerized expression.

"Here we go again." Y/N sighed and helped herself with some grapes, as the old married couple started to argue again.

"Hey, Fred," Harry leaned back and called Fred from several seats away. "How's your potion going?"

"Oh, bubbling and thriving, Harry!" Fred replied brightly, tossing his long red hair smugly.

"We reckon it's going to be ready in two days." George said excitedly from beside him.

"No excuse for us not to enter, now." said Fred.

"People have died~ People have died~" Y/N sang in tune, making herself audible to the twins.

"Thanks, Scamander." Fred said, sticking out his tongue at her. "But getting killed isn't the worse thing in the world, if you come to think about it."

"Getting expelled is." Y/N muttered bitterly.

"What?"

"Sorry, I live with Hermione." Y/N grinned.

The twins gave each other confused looks before turning back to their friends, Lee and Angelina.

"Harry, I'm not allowing you to take the potion." Y/N said firmly. "If you have the rights to stop me, I have the rights to-"

"I wasn't going to, Niffy Niffler." Harry rolled his eyes dramatically.

"Oh?" Y/N cocked an eyebrow.

"I knew you weren't going to just let me risk my life." Harry replied with a smirk. "Plus, I don't need more attention."

"Good thinking." Y/N smiled smugly. "You already got all my attention, Potterson."

"Are my ears deceiving me?" Ron cocked an eyebrow slyly. "Or is Miss Scamander flirting?"

"Your ears are deceiving you." Y/N rolled her eyes.

"Potter I love you, Potter I do~..."

"Shut up before I get violent with this butter knife, Ronald."

"When we're apart my heart beats only for you..." Harry closed his eyes and grabbed both of Y/N's hands dramatically. Y/N stared at him sourly.

"Alright, If You-Know-Who doesn't kill you, I sure definitely will, myself."
