"But what do you want?" "I don't know" I shrugged and looked at Anna. "I can't just leave this. I have you guys here and I have almost one year left. I can't just give up now" "You don't give up. You're making a choice. A choice that can change your life forever. Don't you want that?" "Only if it changes my life in a good way" I looked down on my feet. Thinking about what I should do. What I really want. I love my life here in London. But I would also love to be with Shawn. To be able to see him every day.

"And why wouldn't it? You like that man. Am I right?" I looked up at Liam and nodded. "Then you should go. Start a new life, with new opportunities" "But the problem is that I don't know where I should live. Like, I don't have a house in Toronto. Not anymore" "I'm sure that you are going to live with Shawn" "And how do you know that?" I raised one brow at Anna. "Because you have lived with him for one week. And he has feelings for you. So I don't think that he will let you sleep on the street" "I never said that I'm going to live in the street" I mocked. "You know what I mean" she rolled her eyes and giggled.

"Have you talked to him yet?" I shook my head, avoiding Liam's and Anna's eyes. "But why?" "I don't know. I don't know what to say" "When was the last time you saw each other?" Anna asked and furrowed her eyebrows.

"Yesterday" "And he is leaving today?" I nodded and could feel tears building up in my eyes. "Then go. You love him and you can't live without him. I can see that on you. You are my best friend. If I were you, I would run after him and take the job. Don't forget that he was asking you. If you don't take the chance you will be heartbroken and you are not going to see him that often. Maybe never. So take your stuff, take a cab to Heathrow and tell him that you want that job. It's not everyday hot guys asking girls to be their assistant"

I looked down on my feet once again. Thinking about what Anna just said. Should I leave my life here in London and start a new one with Shawn? Or should I continue my life here in London that I love and not be able to see Shawn again?

"Okay," I said and looked up at the "I'll do it"

"I guess this is it," I said after placing my suitcase in the back of the cab and turned around to face Liam and Anna. Feeling sad that I'm gonna leave this life behind me. Anna had tears in her eyes and wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me in for a long tight hug. "Promise me to call when you get there" I could feel small wet spots on my shoulder "Of course I will. I'm gonna call you every day" "Promise?" She asked and pulled away "Pinkey promise," I said and took up my pinky. She giggled, still tears rolling down her face, and wrapped her pikey around mine.

I looked at Liam and smiled. I wrapped my arms around him. It feels weird to hug my ex that I thought hated me. But I will never forget what he did yesterday. If he wouldn't have come in that second he did, things wouldn't have turned out as they did.

I could tell that he was shocked in the beginning, but he wrapped his arms around me. "Thank you Liam" I whispered in his ear and I could feel him smile. "I couldn't let him do it. I had to stop him" My face faded away. Feeling stupid that I didn't realize this before. Liam is a good guy. He isn't as bad as I thought.

The taxi driver honked and I pulled away from Liam. And it wasn't until now I realized that I was crying. "I have to go now" I swallowed the lump in my throat. "And I promise to call you guys when I landed" I waved at them for the last time before I jumped in the backseat and the cab drove me away to Heathrow.

On my way to the airport, I texted Roger to ask if Shawn already was back in Toronto or if he still was at the airport. I wanted to text Shawn, but I thought that it's funnier if I surprise Shawn.

It didn't take long before I got a response from Roger who said that Shawn was back in Toronto and that he is working right now. So I and Roger came up with a plan that I'm going to surprise Shawn at his work.

Roger stood there with everyone else and waited for me. He held a sign where it stood 'Hannah' with big letters. I smiled and ran up to him and gave him a tight hug. Roger and I haven't been talking that much, but during the week I spent with Shawn, he was like an extra dad to me.

"Are you ready to surprise Shawn?" Roger said and took my suitcase "Yes. But do you think that he will be happy?" "Of course he will. Why wouldn't he?" I shrugged and we walked our way to the car.

It didn't take long to get to Shawn's work. Only one and a half hours. Well, it's a pretty long time. But it felt like the ride just took a few minutes.

Roger and I waited for Shawn down in the lobby. My heart beated quicker than ever and I started to get warm, like really warm. I don't know why, it's not like I haven't seen Shawn before. I came here with confidence. But now when I'm waiting for him, It's like someone has pressed on a button, all my self-esteem and confidence are gone. What if he doesn't want me here? What if he thinks that I'm not enough?

I saw him walking out of the elevator with another man in a suit, probably his coworker. God, he is looking good in a suit.

Roger walked his way out but I grabbed his arm "No, don't go" "Hannah, everything is going to be alright" he placed a friendly hand on my shoulder "I promise. I'll drop off your things at Shawn's house" I let go of Roger's arm and saw him walking out.

Shawn shook hands with the man and said something that I didn't hear. I then took a deep breath before I walked up to him. "Hi," I said nervous "Hannah," he said shocked, and turned around "What are you doing here?" he had a smile on his face. "You asked me to be your personal assistant?" "Shit," he said under his breath and ran his hand through his hair.

"What?" "I didn't know if you wanted the job or not. You didn't text me so I gave the job to someone else" "Oh" I blinked a few times, taking it all in. "But we can fix that" he smirked and pulled me into the elevator. "We are going to pretend that you are on a job interview. And when we are working with each other" He paused and faced me, placed his hands on my hips, and pulled me towards him, cupping one of my cheeks. Looking at me deep in my eyes, and I saw the hazel brown eyes turning into a darker shade. "We are not allowed to do this" he pressed his lips onto mine and I could feel the smile on his lips. "Never?" I asked and pulled away, looked up at him and he shook his head "No, at this job you can't have this type of relationship with your coworkers. If someone found out about us, I'm going to be fired"

"But I thought that this is your company and that you are the boss here?" "I am. But you know, I am having a boss. And if he finds out about this, you and I are going to be fired. So we better keep this in secret. But behind locked doors. No one has to know" he kissed me again. "If my door is closed. That means that I don't want to be disturbed and then, no one will walk in until the door is open"

He pulled away from me and the elevator doors opened "This way" he said and walked out of the elevator first. "So we are going to be in my room and I'm going to look through your papers and ask you a few questions," he said so it won't look suspicious. I nodded and he opened the door to his office room for me.

"So Hannah," he said and closed the door behind me.

The interview goes on for one hour and Shawn acts like he hasn't seen me before. In case if someone is waiting on the other side of the door. Fascinated by his business talk I play along.

I finished answering the last question and Shawn seems satisfied. "If I hire you, I want to know that you fully understand my expectations of you" Under the table, that is between us, Shawn's hand starts to creep up my thigh. "And that you will follow my every order. If I tell you something that I want to be fixed or something I want you to fix it. You'll do it immediately"

I nodded my head, feeling the blood rush up to my cheeks.

"Tell me, Hannah. How are you under pressure?" he had a cocky smirk on his lips and his hand starts to travel further up my thigh. I swallowed hard and tried to keep a steady breath. He is trying to tease me. I should tease him back. "If the pressure is applied in the right way or in this way" My fingers running over his hand that is on my thigh. "I love it" I whispered and by now he started to draw circles on my thigh. "Good," he said and pulled back. "I think we are done for the day"

He stood up and so did I and he held up the door to me. "I hope to see more of you Hannah" he took my hand and shook it in a firm grip. "So do I" I smiled and looked at him in the eyes. "I'll follow you down to the lobby"

As we were in the elevator and the door closed I looked up at him and rested one hand on the back of his neck and the other one resting on his chest. "You know. I think it's kinda hot to see you in this suit and hearing you talking about business"

He smirked at me and pulled me even closer. "That kind of language is not tolerated of my employees. Especially when they are talking about me" I chuckled and he just had this cute little smile on his lips.

"By employees you mean I'm hired?" "Yes, you are hired" he kissed me one more time and the elevator doors opened. "See you at home. I have some stuff left to do" "Okay" I peaked him quickly on his lips before I stepped out of the elevator. "Remember, only behind closed doors," he said before the door to the elevator closed and I walked away with a smile on my lips.
