"beomgyu hyung!" beomgyu smiles as he sees kai running towards him, beaming happily.

"hey kai, what's gotten into you? you never like going to the malls though." he asked. the younger just shrugged, still smiling.

it's really weird how kai would enjoy going to crowded places now. the boy doesn't like interacting with strangers, and he's sometimes very quiet too. it's good how soobin hyung influenced him.

"let's go watch a movie hyung!"

he just nodded then followed the younger who was skipping as he walked towards the movie theater. he looks really happy.

i wish i could be as happy as him.

beomgyu sighed, remembering his talk with soobin. that was depressing.

"hyung, let's watch this!" kai said, pointing to a movie poster.

"you want to watch Frozen 2?"

"why, is it not good?" the other pouted.

he shook his head. "no! i wanna watch this too. let's go buy tickets then."

after they bought the tickets and popcorn, they entered the movie theater. they chose to sit in the center because they both wanted to get a good view of Elsa.

the movie started and kai seemed to enjoy it very much, which confused beomgyu. as far as he knows, kai doesn't like cartoons. so why the hell is he watching frozen 2? did he even watch the part 1?

beomgyu brushed the thought off. maybe soobin really just influenced him too much. they sang along to all of the songs, and even cried at the sad scenes.

after the movie, they went to buy kai's clothes. they also went to arcade, and beomgyu ended up playing DDR (dance dance revo). kai tried too, but he sucked at that game so beomgyu ended up laughing at him.

they decided to go home after they used all the tokens. kai also got a small bunny bear, which he said looks like soobin hyung. beomgyu disagreed, he can't believe kai has poor eyesight.

"thanks for today hyung! you're the best!" kai winked at him.

beomgyu took kai to his home, since it's already getting dark. he didn't even notice that he spent his whole day with him.

"nah, i should be the one thanking you."

the younger was confused. "huh? why?"

because you're my friend.

"because you treated me. get inside, it's getting cold." he pushed the boy inside and then closed the gate.

"take care hyung!" kai shouted.

beomgyu smiled, thinking of the times when they hang out everyday.

he wished things would just go back the way they were back then. he wants to go back to his normal self.
