The season was coming to an end and just like every year before it Ophelia was planning on taking Rico to South Africa,

It was their usual holiday and it wasn't like Bernardo really wanted to hang out with them,

Or at least that was what she assumed so she didn't even ask what he was doing for the time being.

"Hey love," Bernardo smiled as he walked into the girl's office,

It was much bigger and now had a view of the training ground so the girl spent more time in the office,

"Hi," Ophelia looked up from her laptop as she kissed his lips,

"What are you busy looking at?" The footballer asked as he looked over her shoulder to the computer screen,

"Things for Rico to do in South Africa," the physio explained as she looked to him,

"You aren't going to need this," the Portuguese boy shook his head as he shut the computer,

"What why not?" The South African asked as she watched him sit next to her,

"Because I want you guys to come with me to Portugal," Bernardo explained hoping that she would say yes,

"Again?" Ophelia asked as she cocked her head,

"Last time we didn't even get to see the country," the footballer pointed out in a duh tone,

"Okay," the physio nodded,

"When do we leave?" She added as she cocked her head,

"I don't know yet," the Portuguese boy shrugged,

"You are the least organised person I know," the South African shook her head as she giggled,

"We don't need a plan for everything," Bernardo spoke in a duh tone,

"Yes, we do," Ophelia nodded as she wasn't interested in listening to him,

"I have a child, they need organisation in their life." She added assuming that he was realising that it was obvious,

"Fine I will come up with a plan," the footballer proposed as he got up,

"But I'm not going to enjoy it," he added as he groaned,

"Thank you though," Ophelia smiled as she placed a kiss on his lips.

The group was now in Portugal and it was safe to say that Rico was having the time of his life,

"I got a toy!" Rico grinned as he held it up for the girl to see,

"Pardon?" Ophelia had been sat on the couch reading a book so she wasn't paying attention to what he was saying,

"He gave me the eyes and I broke," Bernardo explained with a sigh

"Weak," the physio let out a giggle as she looked at him with a smirk,

"He said you wouldn't mind!" The footballer raised his hands in surrender,

"You know that's what they say all the time." The South African explained in a duh tone,

"I used to do it too," she added as she crossed her arms,

"Damn," the Portuguese boy was quickly realising that he had fallen for the trick,

"Well oops," he added with a shrug.

It was later that week when Ophelia and Bernardo left Rico with Allessandra and Diogo for the weekend,

As it turned out the boys had a lot in common.

"Can you believe we have the weekend to ourselves?" Ophelia grinned as she pulled him through the restaurant where they wanted to sit outside,

"Nope," Bernardo shook his head as he kissed the top of her hand,

"We own them big time," the physio mumbled as the boy nodded,

"Well I did tell them that if they ever wanted the break too then they should just tell us and just send Oli down," the footballer knew that the couple could use the time too so he wasn't upset to give it to them.

"I mean that's fair," the South African nodded as she looked out at the view,

"Love," the Portuguese boy began as they both sat down,

"Yes," Ophelia looked up from her menu as she cocked her head,

"I like us having a little family and Marmalade." Bernardo smiled as he just looked at her,

"Oi, that is my cat you twat!" The physio kicked his leg under the table,

She knew he didn't like the cat,

"So?" The footballer mumbled as he was now rubbing his sore leg,

"I'm going to hit you," the South African warned,

"I was tryna be sweet," the Portuguese boy raised his hands in surrender,

"Very funny," Ophelia rolled her eyes as she wasn't impressed,

"I would have said that I liked the family too," she added as she crossed her arms,

"It's still the same family," Bernardo let out a groan as he smiled,

"Yeah, but my one has my cat involved." The physio pointed out in a duh tone.
