𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄: New Friends

Annie smiled as she walked into Blockbuster with Billy and Stu following her, the two telling her about their lives and the changes she had missed though both had yet to mention their girlfriends. "Hey guys," A voice greeted before locking gazes with Annie, the girl tilted her head in interest at the boy who was wide eyed before clearing his throat. "Who is this?" He asked the two boys making Billy roll his eyes as Stu wrapped an arm around Annie's shoulders. "This is Annabell Dalton," Stu introduced her with a grin on his face. "The Annabell Dalton?" The boy asked with wide eyes, looking from Stu to Billy who kept close to Annabell.

"That is me. And you are?" Annie asked with a kind smile on her face. "I'm Randy Meeks," Randy introduced himself, a smile dancing on his lips. "Nice to meet you, Randy," Annie told him before Stu grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the horror section. "Horror movie fan?" Randy asked as he followed them, Billy trailing along silently watching Annie as she focused on the movies. "Uh, yeah. Love my horror movies," Annie told Randy with a grin before reaching out to grab one. "The Dark Half. That's an interesting choice," Randy pointed out as Annie stepped closer to him. "What would you recommend, Randy?" Annie asked in a soft tone that caused Randy to swallow slowly.

"A-Anything with the Scream Queen," Randy stuttered as Annie rested her hand on his arm with a soft smile that had all three boys focused on her. "Jamie Lee Curtis... legendary scream queen, right?" Annie asked him recieving a nod back. "Uh, yeah... Now I know that you're a true horror fan," Randy answered before shaking his head slightly, "Will you be joining us for movie night tomorrow then?" Annie looked from Randy to Billy and Stu who had been watching closely, Stu grinning while Billy seemed to be glaring at where Annie's hand was resting on Randy's arm; she smirked before brushing down Randy's arm, letting go.

"I'd be happy to join you three for a movie night!" Annie replied to Randy, she was eager to hang out with the boys' new friend. "Oh, good! I won't be fifth wheeling anymore then," Randy cheered softly with a nervous chuckle while Billy clenched his jaw at Annie's confused expression. "Fifth wheeling?" Annie questioned the boy. "Yeah, Stu's girlfriend Casey and Billy's girlfriend Sidney will be there too," Randy informed her, Annie swallowed slowly before smiling. "They hadn't mentioned their girlfriends yet but I guess they were too excited to see me back. I look forward to meeting them," Annie expressed with her usual bubbly smile that had Randy captivated.

Billy and Stu shared a look, the goofy giant noticed how tense Billy was and knew instantly that Billy didn't want to bother telling Annie about their girlfriends until tomorrow. But Stu knew Annie would be happy for them even if his current relationship with Casey was rocky due to her distant nature. And even Billy didn't have real feelings for Sidney, Stu and Billy lived in an unwelcoming town to change so the girlfriends were a good cover for when they needed it but with Annie back, the one girl who held a permanent place in their hearts, they had a few things they needed to change about certain plans and Stu only hoped Billy wouldn't screw with her for his end goal 'cause he wouldn't let it happen.

After leaving Blockbuster with their chosen movies, the three were quiet until they reached Annie's home; Annie had closed her bedroom door and turned to the two boys. "Why didn't you two mention girlfriends?" Annie asked with her arms crossed. "We were getting to it," Stu defended quickly as he stepped over to her, placing his hands on her hips only for Annie to push back and step away. "Boundaries, Stuey. You have girlfriends which means boundaries because I am not a homewrecker AND I wouldn't want it happening to me, I'm not letting it happen to them," Annie told the two sternly. "Plus, it means that making female friends will be easier!" Annie cheered before placing her jacket on her desk.

Billy was silent as he took in Annie's reaction, he noticed the way she almost melted into Stu's touch before recoiling. He was immediately pissed with Sidney and Casey for simply existing preventing him and Stu from the happiness they desired. But as he watched Annie fall back into Stu's arms due to his pleas, curling like a cat in his lap, he knew that she'd let them be hers. Most would claim they wanted her to be theirs but not Billy or Stu, they wanted to be owned by her; They wanted Annie to claim them as her own and no one else's. He would submit to his Queen, the only one worthy of worship and he just could not wait for that day to come.

Annie followed the two boys into Sidney's home, they had said it was her turn to host and that seemed to have put Billy in a mood. "Hey, Stu?" Annie spoke softly before they went to walk in. "Yeah?" Stu asked as he turned to her, his usual grin resting on his face. "Could I talk to Billy for a moment? We'll be there in a second," Annie asked Stu who nodded before heading inside. "What's wrong with you?" Annie asked Billy the moment they were alone. "What are you talking about? Nothings wrong," Billy replied and moved to walk into the house when Annie stopped him, trapping him against the wall causing his heart to speed up as Annie looked up at him slightly; due to be a little shorter than him but not by much.

"William Loomis, I may have been gone for a few years but I still know when you're on edge. You get quiet, more than usual and you constantly scratch at your wrist. So talk," Annie demanded though her tone still held a soft presence filled with concern that made Billy practically melt in front of her. "I'm just worried that Sidney and Casey are gonna be harsh or treat you differently because of how close you are with me and Stu," Billy answered her causing Annie to back down a little, her chest filling with warmth at the knowledge that Billy was worried about her fitting in and getting along with them because he didn't want her feeling left out.

"Awh, B..." Annie pouted playfully before wrapping her arms around his torso, resting her head on his chest before giving him a small squeeze. Billy was quick to wrap his own arms around Annie's shoulders, snuggling his head in the crook of her neck taking in her presence and the smell of cherries and vanilla that always surrounded Annabell Dalton. "I appreciate your concerns, B, but everything will be fine. Trust me," Annie reassured him, pulling away from Billy who fought the urge to pull her back in. "Now let's go inside so I can meet the girlfriends," Annie said before moving ahead not noticing that scowl on Billy's face as Maureen Prescott walked up the stairs.

"Annie!!" Randy cheered from where he was sitting on a bean bag, a soda in hand along with a large bowl of popcorn. "Randy!!" Annie cheered back with the same enthusiasm resulting in a large grin from Randy who appreciated the equal response rather than the usual mocking he got from the boys or ignored by the girls. "So you're Annabell Dalton?" A blonde spoke from beside Stu, his arm around her shoulders as she stared up at Annie. Admittedly, Casey Becker was jealous seeing Annie's flawless skin along with her luscious long raven locks that looked as soft as a pillow. "And you're Casey. Stu mentioned you along with how beautiful you are and honestly, he is right about that," Annie told her, biting her bottom lip.

Casey flushed red at that, the look that Annie gave her made her body feel strange and as the ravenette looked the blonde up and down, Stu smirked knowing exactly what Annie was doing; and so did Billy who bit back a laugh. "Uh, thank you... you're very pretty," Casey complimented through a stutter before lowering her head away from Annie's gaze. "Which leaves Sidney. Great to meet the one who tamed Billy," Annie spoke as she smiled at Sidney. "It's nice to meet you too. These boys had spoken of you a few times," Sidney replied sweetly, her smile was kind and it made Annie grin before she walked over to Randy and dropped on the large bean bag beside him.

"So what are we watching?" Annie asked the others with a smile on her face. "We are watching Halloween," Randy answered with a victorious grin on his face. "Hell yeah!" Annie cheered gaining Sidney and Casey's attention. "You're a horror fan too?" Casey asked the ravenette who nodded. "But I also love romantic comedies," Annie replied to her gaining a satisfied nod back. "Alright, let's get this movie started so us girls can watch my choice," Casey said as Billy sat down next to Sidney, Stu on his right with Casey on the other side of him. "I guess I'm sharing my popcorn with you then?" Randy whispered to Annie who simply smiled before grabbing some.

Annie felt happy sitting next to Randy watching movies with her childhood best friends and her new friends, she was worried she'd never find the happiness she had in this very moment with the group of new friends. She was able to push away the thoughts of her life before her return to Woodsboro and look to the future where she had people she trusted and didn't feel unsafe with. Her eyes drooped by the second movie before her head landed on Randy's shoulder, soft snores leaving her lips while Randy stayed still in hopes to let her rest. Billy and Stu shared a look before taking soft glances at Annie every now and again, both beyond happy she was finally home.
