"Senior year crept up on us way too quickly," Melinda pointed out as she let Randy wrap his arms around her, Annie nodded in agreement with the ginger before leaning back into Stu's chest. Tatum sat with her arms around her boyfriend, Joel Scott who had moved to town during the start of the year. Sidney sat a small distance away from Billy, the two had been becoming more distant in their relationship. "I'm just ready for the year to end," Tatum told Melinda as she unwrapped a lollipop and slipped it into her mouth. "Then it's college and adulthood," Annie added before turning to face Stu who grinned at her.

"And what college does my little love want to go?" Stu asked as he leaned in closer to her. Ever since the phone call, Stu and Billy had been closer and more affectionate towards Annie. "Honestly, I'm not bothered as long as I can major in business. I got big plans and they involve you," Annie answered Stu before leaning forward and kissing Stu who immediately responded to her action, his hand falling onto her hip as he deepened the kiss knowing that Billy was watching. Billy had to bite back a groan at the sight of the two, Sidney shared no physical affection after Maureen's death so the only intimacy he gets is his hand and the friendship only type with Stu and Annie.

"Alright, you two... Jesus, you're gonna eat her face off," Tatum exclaimed making Joel laugh as he leaned his head on his girlfriend's shoulder. "Leave them be, tats. Billy, Randy and I were enjoying the show," Joel teased making Randy and Melinda laugh. "I'm starting to think you're in love with Stu," Annie said to Joel once the couple had pulled away from each other. "Shit, boys, we've been caught!" Joel playfully exclaimed making everyone laugh as Annie rolled her eyes with a smile. "It's whatever, J, because at the end of the day, I'm who he takes home," Annie winked at Joel.

"Damn right you are," Stu adds before he kisses her neck softly. "All that aside, I'm glad that you two are together. Between the cute childhood and the affection we see now, made for each other for sure," Melinda spoke up with a smile on her face. "So much cute lovey dovey shit... can we change the topic?" Randy asked, Melinda rolling her eyes as she kissed his cheek. They were a cute couple, both obsessed with horror and its rules which is why they agreed to wait until they were ready for the next step. Annie adored them together and it was clear that Randy loved her despite his old crush on Sidney Prescott.

"Halloween will be coming up pretty soon," Randy spoke with a smirk. "Oh yeah, what's everyone dressing up as?" Joel asked knowing the girls would be all planned out by now. "I haven't got a clue," Sidney answered in her new soft tone. "I have a few ideas but nothing set in stone," Tatum added as she handed Annie a lollipop. "I'm dressing up as Cher from Clueless," Melinda told them with a grin. "And you, Annie?" Joel asked her. "I'm thinking either a killer's brutal victim... or maybe Poison Ivy," Annie answered them with a shrug, she'd decide closer to the date. "Anyway, I gotta go to my locker before class, catch you later," Annie told them before kissing Stu.

Annie opened her locker and furrowed her brows when a white rose fell out, she leaned down and picked it up. She looked for a note but found nothing, she wasn't sure if Stu left it for her so she sat it to the side and decided to ask him in class. She grabbed the textbooks she needed before closing her locker to see Steve Orth standing near her, a smirk on his face. "You know, Annabell, you have to the hottest girl in school," Steve complimented as he stepped closer to her, Annie raised a brow at him before scoffing, "If you think I'd ever think of you as something more than the dirtbag who bullied my Stuey, you are clearly stupid."

Steve glared at her words before moving to brush her hair out of her face, Annie catching his wrist before he could touch her and she tightened the grip. "Do not touch me, Orth, or you'll lose your hand. Understood?" Annie asked, squeezing his wrist tighter. "Y-yes..." Steve muttered in pain, Annie threw his arm in his direction before she turned and walked away unaware of the two boys who had witnessed the scene. Billy was angered at Steve, the rage he felt for the teen had began to boil over confirming his plan while Stu felt pride in his girlfriend, his heart racing from the sight he witnessed.

"We'll be going through with it," Billy told Stu who knew instantly what Billy was talking about, he nodded in agreement eager to punish the girl who cheated and mistreated him and the boy who tormented and bullied him. The two left to reach the classroom before Annie would, slipping into their usual seats leaving a space between them for Annie who walked in with a sweet smile as she greeted others she casually spoke to. "Hey boys," Annie greeted them before taking her seat, placing her bag at her feet before turning to Stu, "Did you leave a white rose in my locker?"

Stu furrowed his brows and shook his head, he hadn't left anything in his girls locker, he turned to Billy and raised a brow. "It wasn't me, was it you Billy?" Stu asked his best friend, he was hoping it was Billy otherwise it was someone else who needed to be taught a lesson. "Wasn't me," Billy answered him with his own thoughts questioning who would've left a rose in her locker. "Weird... I'll just throw it away. Don't want someone getting the wrong idea," Annie told the two boys before looking at Stu, "I've already got myself a handsome man." Stu flushed at her words before leaning over and kissing her.

Did Billy envy the two? Yes, of course he did. Did he wish that Sidney was out of the picture so he could be with them? Abso-fucking-lutely. But he had to go through with his plan, he had to follow the steps to ensure that he and Stu were both successful and that they would survive so they could have the future they wanted with Annie by their sides. He watched as Stu pulled away from Annie, her lips plump from the heavy make-out session they had in front of the class, not that anyone else was paying any attention to the two. He wanted to taste her lips, Stu said they taste like cherries and just the thought made Billy feel hot.

Stu knew that Billy was watching, he focused his attention on the boy who had shifted in his seat awkwardly when the teacher entered the room starting the class. Annie's attention was focused on the teacher while Stu smirked at Billy's struggle, he knew that Billy hadn't been with anyone since before Annie returned to town. Sidney didn't do intimacy after her mother's death was classed under sexual assualt too and since Annie hated cheaters, Billy did his best to show that he wasn't one. He didn't want Annie doubting their relationship when they finally could all be together.

But it wouldn't be a problem for long because if their plan works out for them, Stu was willing to leave Billy and Annie to have fun on their own; He knew Billy would need it and with the way Annie's hands worked, he'd realise that waiting was worth it. Billy turned his head to Stu who was smirking, Stu's hand moved to Annie's thigh with Billy watching every movement. Annie bit down on her lip as Stu's hand moved up her thigh and between them, a small distance away from her core causing her breath to hitch while Billy held back a groan, glaring daggers at Stu who was enjoying the show.

After school, Annie threw the white rose away and left with Melinda and Randy who she had promised to drop off at Randy's place. By the time she got home, it was late so she fed Loki before heading upstairs and moving towards her bathroom. She stripped out of her clothes and climbed into the shower, washing her hair before closing her eyes and letting the water rinse over her. As the water went cold, she shut the shower off and wrapped a towel around herself before moving towards her room where she froze in place seeing a white rose on her bed with a cupids arrow stuck in her wall.

She swallowed carefully before walking towards it to see a small letter on her bed, her breathing became shallow as she picked up the letter, her eyes blurred as she read the words. "My sweet Ann... you thought you got away but I've found you... we'll be together, wait and see. Your cherub xoxo" Annie felt sick to her stomach as she put it down, grabbing some clothes before changing into a pair of Stu's grey sweatpants and Billy's black sweater. She made her way downstairs and grabbed the phone, dialing 9-1-1 before leading Loki towards her, the pup watching his owner in concern.

"911, what's your emergency?" The person asked. "Someone got into my home and they left items behind and I feel... unsafe and I don't know if they're gone or still here and... this has happened in the past and I'm scared he's found me again..." Annie whimpered out as tears fell down her cheeks. "We'll send some officers over immediately," The woman assured her once she got Annie's address, Annie moved to wait outside with Loki in her arms. Dewey was the first person she saw, he rushed over to her with worry in his eyes. "Are you okay?" Dewey asked once he reached her. "Uh... I don't know," Annie whispered.

The officers searched the home and found that the window latch had been messed with, they checked for fingerprints but came up with nothing. The rose, arrow, and letter were bagged as evidence and the officers made their way out. "Is there somewhere you could stay or someone who could stay with you?" Sheriff Burke asked her. "Uh, I could stay with my boyfriend, Stu," Annie answered him. "Okay, give him a call and we'll accompany you to the Macher residence," Sheriff Burke assured her. Annie grabbed the phone and dialled her boyfriend's number, he answered straight away.

"Stuey, can I s-stay with you?" Annie asked, a hiccuo caused by her former tears echoed through Stu's eyes worrying him. "Of course, darling. What's happened?" Stu asked as he locked eyes with Billy who was currently hanging out with him. "I'll explain when I get there. See you soon," Annie told him with a sniffle. They said goodbye and Sheriff Burke's car followed her own to the Macher home, the Sheriff left the moment she reached the door. Stu pulled Annie into his eyes as she let a few tears escape, Loki rushed over to Billy and snuggled onto his lap. "What's wrong?" Stu asked as he rubbed her back. "Someone broke into my home," Annie sobbed before explaining everything.

That night, Stu and Billy stayed by her side as she slept snuggled up on Stu's chest. Loki was asleep at the end of the bed, relaxed now that his owner was in a more calm state. "They had to of caught the wrong guy... which means someone will be coming for Annie," Billy whispered to Stu, his eyes never leaving Annie's relaxed face. "We'll protect her, no matter who the bastard is," Stu replied to Billy, the same crazed flame he'd seen before was blazing in Stu's eyes; a promise that the person responsible would die in the most painful way before they could have harmed their beautiful Annie.
