Billy sat in the interragtion room with his arms crossed, his eyes were focused on Sidney who was sitting at Dewey's desk with a broken expression. He didn't care much for the girls state, he knew this was all working out the way he wanted it but his mind was focused on Annabell. His heart was pounding in fear after he had witnessed Annie collapse only to be rushed into an ambulance, he knew that Stu would be pissed at himself right now for hurting Annie but they knew better than to leave her unharmed, it wouldn't be a good look on her and she had already been accused.

"What are you doing with a cellular telephone, son?" Sheriff Burke asked Billy pulling his attention away from Sidney, his father sitting next to him. "It's my phone. He was just playing around with it," Hank Loomis said on behalf of his son. "You got some ideas of playing around, son," Sheriff Burke directed at Billy. "I didn't call anyone with it. I just took it in case Annie needed to reach me... she's dealing with a stalker in case you forgot. I figured it'd be easier," Billy explained to the Sheriff. "Everybody's got one now. Why don't you check the phone bill for Christsake. Call my carrier--AirFone Comp. They'll have records of every number dialed," Hank told the Sheriff.

"Thank you, Hank. We're on it," Sheriff Burke replied to the older Loomis before turning to Billy, "What were you doing at Sidney's tonight?" Billy sighed, "I just wanted to see her, that's all." Sheriff Burke nodded, "You rode your bike out there?" Billy nodded, "Yes, sir." Billy didn't care about all of this, he wanted to know that Annie was okay and that she'd be fine. "And last night? Sidney said you crawled through her window previously too?" Sheriff Burke questioned Billy. "You were out last night?" Hank asked his son surprised. "I watched TV for awhile but I felt like going for a bike ride," Billy expressed openly.

"Did you ride past Casey Becker's house that night?" Sheriff Burke asked assuming that Billy had a habit of late night bike rides. "No, I didn't. I didn't kill anyone, Sheriff. Besides, I was with Annie and Stu that night," Billy told the Sheriff. "We're gonna have to keep you, Billy. The governor's got SBI, FBI, and God knows who else on their way down here," Sheriff Burke informed Billy who was fighting back tears. "This is crazy. I didn't do it," Billy said, his voice cracking in the process as he fought back the tears. "Sheriff..." Billy muttered, "Is Annie okay?" The Sheriff sighed, "Last I heard, she was gonna be just fine."

Annie was lying in the uncomfortable hospital bed trying to process what had happened when a knock sounded on the door. "Miss Dalton?" Sheriff Burke's voice caught her attention, she looked up at the man. "Uh, yes. Can I help you, Sheriff?" Annie asked him. "Are you comfortable talking about tonight?" Sheriff Burke asked recieving a nod. "Now, Sidney says that she recieved a phone call from a mystery man prior to the attack. Is that true?" Sheriff Burke questioned. "Yes. But I didn't hear any of the call. Just Sidney's responses but they were mostly vague," Annie replied before explaining everything from her perspective.

She didn't mention what the killer said to her, she didn't know how to feel about it nor did she think it was something she should tell the Sheriff. "And Billy's arrival?" Sheriff Burke asked her. "He's innocent, Sheriff. The night of Casey and Steve's deaths, he was with me and Stu watching horror movies. And its normal for Billy to climb through windows, says it makes his life feel like a movie," Annie expressed to the Sheriff who took into account how the stories matched up without being mentioned. "Until we get the phone records, he will be held," Sheriff Burke told her with an apologetic expression before leaving her to rest.

Stu had shown up to the hospital with flowers and chocolates for his girlfriend, his heart drowning in guilt for hurting her in the process of scaring Sidney. "Hey, baby," Stu greeted as he stepped into her room, Annie smiled seeing her boyfriend. "Hey, Stuey baby," Annie greeted. Stu made his way over to Annie and sat on the edge of the bed holding out the chocolates before placing the flowers on the bedside table. "How are you feeling?" Stu asked her, grasping her hand in his own. "I'm feeling better than I was a few hours ago. No concussion, just passed out from the shock and anxiety of it all," Annie answered him.

"Is there anything I can do?" Stu asked her, he couldn't wait till all of this was over and he, Billy and Annie could live happily together without the troubles with everyone else. "Can we just cuddle please? I feel safer with you," Annie asked softly making Stu smile before moving to lay next to her. Annie moved to lay half on top of Stu who held her close to him. It wasn't long till Annie had fallen asleep in his arms, Stu had woken up when Melinda and Randy showed up. "How is she?" Melinda asked with an accusatory expression. "She's alright. Couple stitches and no concussion," Stu answered her.

"Should've been more careful!" Randy scolded with Melinda nodding in agreement with her boyfriend. "It was an accident," Stu muttered sadly. "Ugh... we know," Randy replied before nodding at Melinda. "Billy's been released. His all clear," Melinda told Stu who smiled happily. "So he should be," Stu remarked with a teasing grin. "He'll be here soon but Tatum and Joel are fuming over what happened," Randy warned Stu who sighed. "Just gotta keep going with the plan," Stu reminded them. Melinda had gotten involved due to being Billy's cousin, she wanted to help where she could and Randy was pulled into the plan after he started dating Melinda.

But it was clear that Tatum and Joel wouldn't help them considering how much they cared about Sidney -- more like due to the fact that Joel was in love with Sidney and only dating Tatum because that was the closest he could get to the girl he actually liked. It was clear that having so many people involved in the Ghostface plans made it all so much more risky but it also meant that they had more alibi's in the tricky situations. "Yeah, stick to the plan," Melinda agreed before she and Randy said goodbye and left the couple in silence. Stu was twirling a strand of Annie's hair between his fingers, "God, I love you."

When Billy showed up, the first thing he did was lightly scold Stu for his brute actions before he reassured him that it would be okay. Due to Annie still sleeping peacefully, Billy and Stu silently discussed the plan in which Billy would break up with Sidney due to her decision to accuse him. He originally planned to stay with her and put up with it all before taking her virginity to break her further but decided against that, he couldn't do it when he wanted Annie and Stu more than anything Sidney could offer. He could break her differently but in the meantime before Halloween, he could have the two people he genuinely loved.
