Princess's Arrogant Suitor

Choi Beomgyu, the Prince of Adarlan was going to propose his idea of counting the Princess of Wendlyn; Iyrina Devoe. Princess Iyrina's Kingdom is one of the most prosperous and Powerful kingdom in the present time, and many people including Princes and Dukes want to court her.

Beomgyu is one of them. Everyone knows the benefit of marrying Iyrina. It's all a win, Iyrina's beauty is bewitching, she's as delicate as the petals of a rose and her intelligence is unmatched, along with her power as the only successor of her Father, His Majesty the King Adrian Devoe.

So, why would Beomgyu stay behind? He should take the chance even though there are many suitors who are lined up for the Princess. He's confident of his charms. He knows Princess Iyrina won't be able to reject him at once.

So that's how here was Beomgyu, standing Infront of the Royal Castle of Wendlyn, being escorted by a lady from the castle who's one of the Princess's servant he assumed.

He walked inside the Castle, the beauty of the castle was Captivating. Beautiful vines decorated the inside and tall trees with small flower shrubs were on the path way. Seemed like the lady was taking him to the Royal Garden.

Soon, he found himself standing infront of a small shed which was decorated with Vines and flowers, and there was a small table and a few chairs. Seemed like it was a place to relax.

"Your Highness, Prince Beomgyu has arrived." The lady announced and Beomgyu saw the Princess turn around.
People didn't lie when they said Iyrina's beauty was bewitching, she really looked like something out of this world, but weirdly his heart wasn't beating out of chest like other people described. He shook off his thoughts and walked upto the Princess, taking her hand and placing a kiss on her knuckles like a gentleman.

"Greetings your Highness, I'm honoured to be graced by your presence." Beomgyu said smiling at the Princess and she smiled back.

"Hello to you too Prince Beomgyu. I've heard a lot about you and your kingdom." She replied, gesturing Beomgyu to take a seat as she herself sat down.

Beomgyu and Iyrina talked about stuff over some tea, when Iyrina's lady-in-waiting Eyrielle entred the place.

"Princess, he's here." She said with a smile.

"He's here? He who?" Beomgyu thought to himself and looked towards Eyrielle's direction to see another man who looked probably near his age standing with a cocky grin on his face.

"Wow." That's what Beomgyu thought upon seeing him, because damn, the guy seemed to take his breath away. How can someone look so jaw-droppingly gorgeous?

"Greetings Your Highness, Princess Iyrina." The said guy came forward, doing the same action Beomgyu did to the Princess before. He took her hands and kissed her knuckles, nothing unusual right? But it was, because the guy winked in his direction while kissing the Princess's knuckles. What the heck? Is he challenging him?

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Kang Taehyun, the Prince of Nethilor." The attractive guy introduced himself.

"I'm here to ask you permission to court you, Princess Iyrina." He added.

"So this is my Rival huh? Another Suitor? He's quiet handsome, what if Princess choses him instead of me? I'm not losing!" Beomgyu thought to himself. No way he was losing to someone who arrived later than him.

"Alright. Take a seat Prince Taehyun. I'll be back in a second." Iyrina said and left with her Lady-in-waiting, Whispering about stuff they could care less about.

"Prince Beomgyu huh?" Taehyun asked startling the other.

"Yes, that's right. Hello Prince Taehyun." He greeted back.

"Well, I'll go straight to the point. Princess Iyrina will be mine. I never lose." He said with a cocky smile, which pissed off Beomgyu. Who was he to say that? And what's with his arrogance and rude behaviour?

"Yeah yeah let's see who gets her. Be ready to lose Kang." Beomgyu said gritting his teeth. He's no loser.

"Yeah, It's on Choi." Taehyun replied back with a smirk, scanning Beomgyu up and down which Beomgyu noticed ofcourse.

"What's with this weirdo?" He thought, adverting his eyes.

Soon the Princess came back with Eyrielle, and sat down disrupting their small banter.

"Okay, so both of you are wanting to be my suitor am I right?" She asked, to which both the males nodded, Beomgyu glaring at Taehyun.

"Okay. So far, I've rejected the other Suitors, you two are the ones I need to chose from or else my father will not leave me alone. You both need to prove me your worth for being my Partner." Iyrina said looking at her Lady-in-waiting, who smirked in response.

"Yes Princess, I'll prove my worth to you." Taehyun replied with a charming Smile, and Beomgyu didn't know if he wanted to punch him or kiss him.

"Me too Princess, I'll prove my worth." Beomgyu also replied to which the Princess nodded.

"Alright. I'll be going to a walk around the Garden with Eyrielle. You both can leave now." She said and was about to get up when Beomgyu stopped her.

"Wait Princess, I'll go with you." He said and when the Princess nodded, he looked back at Taehyun with a teasing smirk.

"I'll go too Princess." Taehyun announced. Beomgyu's blood boiled in frustration. Why was this guy so annoying? His personality was ruining his handsome face.

"Sure. Come along then." The Princess said and now the four of them were touring around the Garden. Princess's focus was on Eyrielle, so the two Princes were following her, with Beomgyu glaring at Taehyun and Taehyun mocking him from time to time which was making Beomgyu wantinh to kill him. If only he was alone with him.

He tried to stay calm, but Taehyun continued to rile him up, mocking him every second he got. He hates this guy's annoyingly attractive voice.

"Princess, please exuse me and Prince Taehyun for a second." Beomgyu said being fed up with the Prince's behaviour. As soon as the Princess nodded, he dragged Taehyun to a side and pushed him against the wall, glaring at him with annoyance.

"You know what Kang Taehyun? You should start loving to shut the fuck up or I'll make you shut up!" Beomgyu said annoyed, caging the Prince, who only looked up at him with a smirk.

"And what if I want you to make me shut up?" Taehyun replied with the same cocky smirk.

"W-what?" Beomgyu's anger faded at the Prince's words. What the hell was going on with this guy?

"So, won't you make me shut up Your Highness?" Taehyun asked with his mischievous smile.

"You really need to shut up. Don't test me." Beomgyu said frustrated now.

"Aww I was hoping you could do better than just threaten me. This is why Princess Iyrina deserves me and not y-" Taehyun was speaking again and Beomgyu had enough. He really had to shut up this guy or he will lose his mind.

So he did for what he was challenged for. Shut up Taehyun, with his lips. Taehyun immidiately kissed him back, surprising Beomgyu. Because what the hell? Why was this guy such a good kisser and why was he enjoying this so much? How did they end up from being on each other's throat to Taehyun shoving his tongue down his throat? He has no idea, but he loved this.

Taehyun smirked knowing his plan worked. The moment he laid his eyes on the other Prince, he knew he wanted him. Fuck his rules and shit, he wants him. The wink he sent to Beomgyu was to give him a hint but Beomgyu took it as a challenge. Then He decided to mess with the Prince, and it worked. Because they ended up Kissing now.

"I must say, you're not actually a loser huh?" Taehyun said once they parted away to breathe.

"S-shut up!" Beomgyu said flustered. He wasn't supposed to do this with him, the guy who's supposed to be his rival. He was suppose to like Iyrina and get her, not develop whatever he was feeling right now for another Prince.

"Make me shut up again then, I would gladly shut up." Taehyun replied, holding Beomgyu's wrist.

"W-what are you doing? What about courting Princess Iyrina?" Beomgyu asked confused and blushing. He will lose his mind like this.

"Who said I'm planning to do that? I plan court you now, Pretty Prince." Taehyun said with a grin and Beomgyu felt his heart doing back-flips.

So, what was all this? Taehyun never meant to Court the Princess but him? Is that why he was riling him up for the past 1 hour?

"Seriously Kang?" Beomgyu asked, a smile forming on his face but he tried to hide it.

"Mhm, more serious than the word Seriously itself, My Prince." Taehyun replied back.

Now that Beomgyu got the reassurance, he pulled Taehyun again for a passionate kiss. Fuck marrying the Princess, he's taking this. He's having the Prince now.

"Looks like we don't need to worry anymore." Eyrielle said with a chuckle standing beside the Princess who was also looking at the Princes kissing the life out of each other.

"Yeah. Now why don't we enjoy ourselves my love?" Princess Iyrina said, holding the hands of her Lady-in-waiting.

"Ofcourse my Princess." She replied with a grin, taking her Princess away from the spot.

The suitors of a Princess, ended up being each other's Suitors instead. Crazy right? Well that's how love for the both of them is. Crazy and unexpected.

Hello Luvs! I wrote a Taegyu oneshot after ages lol. I had this plot in my mind for months! And I finally found the time to put it in words. It's not too long but I hope It's upto your liking.
And yes, Princess Iyrina and Eyrielle are in love, and that's why the Princess keeps rejecting her suitors. We love some wlw. Anyways, see y'all in the next one, till then take Care Luvs!
