Beomgyu and Taehyun... friends since childhood...partners in crime, two peas in a pod. It has been always that way...as long as they can remember. They know each other since forever. Beomgyu is Taehyun's favourite hyung. Soobin and Yeonjun are still jealous over that fact...that the younger likes Beomgyu more.

Everything was fine and amazing...until things changed between them. Well because Taehyun's feelings changed for his hyung.

He doesn't know how it happened or why did it even happened in the first place. It was like a sudden realisation one day, that you love the person whom you saw as a friend all this time. It was both a good and bad thing for Taehyun. Good because Beomgyu was the clingy chaotic type, and Taehyun was the quiet type who liked affection but never admitted it. They were the lock and key of each other.

Taehyun found out he liked Beomgyu in that one summer night, when he was in the age of Sweet Seventeen. At first, the feeling was so ecastic...Taehyun loved how his Beomgyu hyung always gave him attention...played with his hair whenever they were sitting together...always making him laugh with his funny jokes even when he wasn't in the mood, always remembering what he likes and what he doesn't. So how can he not fall for Choi Beomgyu, Who was annoying, literally a pain in the ass but such a caring sweetheart?

But what saddened Taehyun the most was that...it was never him who got Beomgyu's heart.

It was when Taehyun was 18....a random night when he was doing his homework in his room...and suddenly his phone screen lit up with Beomgyu spamming him. A smile apperaed on Taehyun's face...seeing Beomgyu's name on the screen. But the smile soon disappeared when he saw what Beomgyu was spamming him about.
Beomgyu had developed a crush on the new transfer student Huening Kai.

This broke Taehyun's heart in a million pieces. His Hyung...His Beomgyu Hyung liked someone? Why? Why did it have to be the new guy and not him? The one who was with Beomgyu all the time, the one who cared and looked out for him all the time? What did Kai even do to have Beomgyu's interest in him?

After that day, Kai and Beomgyu got closer...and eventually started dating. It killed Taehyun to see them together....but he can't do anything can he? Afterall he isn't the one for Beomgyu. Atleast he was happy that his hyung is happy.

But the happiness didn't last long....as Kai and Beomgyu broke up after 6 months. Kai had to go back to US...as his Dad got transferred again. Beomgyu was a complete wreck after their breakup...but it was their mutual decision.

And Taehyun? Well he doesn't know why...but he feels happy about it...Is it so wrong for him to be happy after seeing the person he likes being heartbroken? He thought that maybe now he will have a chance, maybe he will have Beomgyu for himself....and yes he did get Beomgyu for himself...but not in the way he imagined.

That night when Beomgyu came drunk and crying to Taehyun... something shifted in the Atmosphere...and suddeny Beomgyu and Taehyun were all over each other. And it resulted in what Taehyun never imagined would happen. They were still friends...but with a slight (maybe major) change...they were now Friends with Benefits.

Taehyun was actually happy... atleast he can have Beomgyu this way.... atleast he will tell him that he loves him in the moment...even though he actually means it. Atleast His Beomgyu hyung will be only his...in that moment. But what Taehyun didn't knew was that...after 2 months... Beomgyu's i love you was genuine and sincere too.

Yes you're right...in those two months...Beomgyu fell for Taehyun too...he finally realised that the one for him was right infront of him, ready to sacrifice everything for him. The realisation made Beomgyu's world turn upside down.
"How can i like Taehyun this way....i was the one to say that this relationship is completely platonic...but I'm the one who fell in love."
Beomgyu banged his head on the table. He didn't know what to do.

Taehyun and Beomgyu were way too oblivious....but none of them believed their friends when they said...that the other likes them.

"No you're blind hyung!! Taehyunie just thinks of me platonically...he doesn't likes me."
"Yea sure gyu, that gaze and lovesick behaviour...very platonic indeed." Yeonjun said rolling his eyes. He was sick of these two being so stupidly in love but not doing anything about it and be all miserable.

Same was with Soobin. He was tired of Taehyun always saying-
"But what if you're wrong hyung!! What if Beomgyu hyung doesn't likes me? And I'm just in delusion?"

If only Soobin and Yeonjun could knock some sense inside their head.
Finally one day, they had enough...and decided to make them confront about it to each other.
"Binnie what if we get them into a situation where they can't escape?" Yeonjun said with a smirk on his face.
"But how? What's the plan?". Soobin asked, with curiousity in his eyes.

Yeonjun explained the plan to him. Soobin gave a thumbs up and they high-fived in happiness. Finally the moment is coming.

Yeonjun invited Beomgyu and Taehyun over to his apartment for a sleepover. They didn't question anything and agreed happily.

[The sleepover night]
When Beomgyu reached, Taehyun was already there. Yeonjun welcomed beomgyu and they walked to his bedroom. When Beomgyu saw Taehyun, his heart was threatening to beat out of his chest...Taehyun was wearing a tank top with shorts which barely covered his thighs. How was he supposed to survive tonight? Damn Kang Taehyun, and his damn muscular arm which he always imagines wrapping around his waist and his damn charming dimple smile.

He gulped and walked inside, sitting beside Soobin. At first it was normal. Having a movie marathon, sprawled on Yeonjun's couch with snacks and drinks. But Beomgyu couldn't concentrate on the movie at all. All because of a certain someone...who drives him crazy. He kept stealing glances at him, and seeing his smiling with Soobin and Yeonjun made him jealous...even though he knows they don't see Taehyun that way. God...how did he became such a fucking simp? For Kang Taehyun? His childhood friend?

It's already been 2 hours now...They were all drunk and wasted...they were watching movie and eating snacks and having beer along with it. Yeonjun's plan was succeeding.
Finally it was the main part of Yeonbin's plan. The game of Truth or Dare.

"Finally guys!! Let's play Truth and Dare!!" Yeonjun yelled, raising the bottle.
"Yesz!! That's what i was waiting for!!" Soobin said, with a mischievous grin on his face.
Taehyun also agreed, in his drunk state. Beomgyu was still a bit sober....he gulped...knowing this isn't gonna end well.

They started the game. Yeonjun spinned the bottle and as they wanted, it stopped on Beomgyu. A smile of victory appeared on Yeonjun's face. He smirked and asked Beomgyu.
"So....do you have a crush?"
"Y-yes." Beomgyu answered nervously, hoping the bottle won't stop in his direction next time.
"W-who's yourrr crusssshhh this timee hyungg? Youuu didn't tell Taehyunnie? Whyyyy~" Taehyun said, his words slurring...he looked so cute while being drunk... thought Beomgyu.

Yeonjun spinned the bottle...and it stopped on Beomgyu again. Seems like even God wanted them to be together now. Yeonjun asked one more time-
"So...is your crush present here right now?" Yeonjun questioned looking at Taehyun.

"Fuck...now Taehyun is gonna know...what do i do? God I'll kill you later Yeonjun hyung-" Beomgyu thought to himself.
He hesitantly replied "y-yes... he's here"

All of a sudden, Taehyun forgot he was drunk...Beomgyu's crush was present here? What? He can't have a crush on his brother Soobin...and Yeonjun, he's dating Soobin...so the only person left is HIMSELF.

Realisation hit Taehyun like a truck and his eyes widened in shock...and he looked at Beomgyu to find out he was looking at him too. Suddenly the room was suffocating...he couldn't breathe, tears threatening to spill from his eyes.

"I-its m-me? Is it m-me hyung?" Taehyun asked in disbelief....he couldn't think straight anymore...was he hearing things? Was it just a prank?
*Silence*
He couldn't stand it anymore and got up from the floor and ran towards Yeonjun's room, locking himself in.

Now panic and fear flooded inside Beomgyu, he fucked up didn't he? He knew it....Taehyun doesn't likes him in that way...he fucked up. He's gonna lose Taehyun now.
Tears started flowing down Beomgyu's cheeks. He ran towards Yeonjun's room.

"Taehyun!! Please open the door!! I'm sorry!"
"N-no you're lying right h-hyung? Y-you don't like me!! It's a lie right?"
"It's the truth Taehyun-ahh!! I love you! I'm not lying I promise!"

Beomgyu heared no response....he was sure he fucked up real bad. Taehyun hates him now. How can he fall for him after having such a weird relationship? Did he really think that Taehyun will like him? Just because they spent the nights in each other's arms? It was just lust ofcourse..

Beomgyu slid down the door, sobbing. He hates how this turned out. He hid his head between his knees, crying. Soobin and Yeonjun just watched them for afar, thinking where did it went wrong.

But suddenly, the door opened... revealing Taehyun.
"H-hyung"
Beomgyu looked up at Taehyun and taehyun hugged him, crying with him together. Yeonjun and Soobin noticed the Atmosphere and decided to leave.
After a minute of sobbing in each other's arms...Taehyun spoke up.

"Hyung, i love you too-"
Now Beomgyu was shocked....is he hearing it right? He looked at Taehyun surprised.
"H-huh...you love me? T-then why did you r-run away?" Beomgyu asked confused.
"I-its because...i thought it was a joke, i mean how can you like me? I-i didn't know what to do...so i ran away."
Taehyun replied, a blush creeping up his face.
Beomgyu's face lit up in a second...so Taehyun loved him too? And it's not one-sided?
He jumped in happiness and hugged Taehyun...kissing his cheeks, which made Taehyun blush only more.

"Really! Taehyun you love me? I'm not dreaming? Oh my god yesss!!" Beomgyu said peppering kisses on Taehyun's face...and giggles erupted from Taehyun's lips. He loves this. He loves Beomgyu...his Beomgyu.

"So are we boyfriends now?" Taehyun asked smiling.
"Ofcourse idiot!! You're my boyfriend now! God i was waiting for this!! Being friends with benefits sucked." Beomgyu said pouting.

Now Taehyun can freely kiss the pout away. Finally he could have Beomgyu all for himself. His Beomgyu hyung is now actually his. He couldn't be happier. Who cares if they started as friends with benefits? Atleast Beomgyu realised that he loves Taehyun. And Taehyun couldn't be more happier.

Together for benefits.
Soon the feelings blossomed.
Catching each-others sky without knowing.
Afraid to get lost in darkness of fears
But he forgot that he has him
As his moon to rock and shine his world.
