Hi, welcome (back)! Most of you already know how this will go, but as always, I'll mention a few important things!

— My name is Vera and my first language is not English. Please let me know if there are any grammar mistakes or if you have tips in general!

— This book will not contain smut. It will contain spicier scenes, but that's it. Everything's fade-to-black! Mostly due to my comfort zone.

— You might not recognize Newt as the Newt you know in the beginning, especially if you haven't read the Maze Runner books. But he will get character development: he'll slowly become more like "himself". (Book Newt is way different than movie Newt, and this fanfic goes even further.)

— Aside from Sander, his family, and some side characters, all credit for the characters goes to James Dashner and Wes Ball. I am, however, the creator of this plot.
