SHAY'S HANDS GRIPPED THE STEERING WHEEL tightly, her knuckles a ghostly white as she sat outside of her childhood home β€” now Farrah's.
Disgust filled her body as she thought about her 'mother' now living in the home.

A shaky breath fell from her lips as she stared at the house β€” weighing her options. It had surprisingly been too easy to get away from Gemma and the prospect's watchful eyes. Shay almost felt bad for leaving them at the store, but not bad enough to change her mind.

The loud vibration of her phone forced her eyes away from the house. Her face softened as Jax's name popped up on the screen. Shay had expected Jax to call her. She knew that Gemma would call him the second she realized that Shay was gone.

"Sorry, Jax." The brunette sighed as she turned her attention back to the small house. "It's now or never." She decided with a confident nod to herself before exiting the car.

If Shay has been thinking correctly and not so consumed with rage then maybe just maybe she would have turned around and got back in the car and left, but the rage inside of her was too much. She needed to let it out.

Shay walked into the house not bothering to knock or call out a hello. Why the fuck should she have to knock to announce herself in her own home β€” or what use to be hers.

"Shay." Farrah's voice didn't sound surprised as she stared at the younger brunette. "I was wondering when you were going to come in. I saw you sitting outside for a while." Her voice was low and calm, almost as though this was a friendly visit.

The rage Shay had felt since her father died β€” no, even before that began to seep from her pores at thr sight of her mother sitting there so calmly.

"Why the fuck did you come back here!?" Shay shouted as her hands balled tightly into fists at her side. "You already destroyed all of our lives years ago! You should have fucking stayed away." She could feel the heat rushing to her face as she screamed at the older woman.

Farrah stared at the angry young woman standing a few feet away from her, trying not to look afraid of her own daughter. "I tried to get help so many times over the years." Farrah swallowed her voice thick.

"Oh, fuck you! You didn't try at all! I remember everything. I remember every night of dad crying and calling you to come home. Do you know what that did to us?!" The question was of course rhetorical, but Shay could see Farrah opening and closing her mouth trying to form sentences.

"Don't you fucking speak. I don't want to hear any more of your bullshit." Shay spat as she subconsciously walked closer to Farrah.

"Shay." Farrah's voice was shaky as she backed away from the brunette. "Please." She begged, her eyes darting back and forth between Shay's face and the front door.

"Shut the fuck up." Shay seethed as she quickly pulled Farrah by her hair earning a small yelp from the older woman's lips. "I hope you found God while you were away, Farrah." Shay smirked as she spit on the woman's scared face. "You're gonna need him when this is over."

A SIGH LEFT JAX'S lips as his phone rang for the tenth time. Gemma had been blowing up his phone for the past ten minutes.

"What the fuck." Jax shook his head as his phone rang again. "I'll be right back." He told Clay before walking off with a scowl on his handsome face.

"Jesus Gemma!" The biker spat as he spoke into his phone. "I don't know if you understand that I'm doing some serious shit right now."

"Jax, Shay is gone." Gemma's words hit him like a truck. Gone? Where the fuck could she have gone?

"Shit." He cursed, slamming his phone shut without saying another word to Gemma. "I gotta go." Jax stated as he run towards his bike. "Shay's gone." He explained before riding off before anyone could get a word out.

"Fuck." Clay shook his head in anger as a trail of dust from Jax's bike floated around them. " Bobby and Chibs follow him!" He ordered.

The two men nodded before quickly following after their vice president. Both men wondering what hell awaited them now.

JAX'S MOTORCYCLE ROARED as he drove down the streets of Charming. It didn't take the blonde biker to figure out where Shay could have gone. His girlfriend had been so consumed with anger since her father died and there was only one person he knew would be on the receiving end of that anger.

"Come on." Jax said to himself through his teeth as his Shay's voicemail met his ears yet again.

Shay's car quickly came into his view as he stopped in front of the house, throwing the helmet off of his head as he rushed towards the small home the sounds of yelling and crying could be heard only making the blonde run faster.

"Shay!" Jax yelled as he entered the home his blue eyes widening as he rushed towards a screaming Shay, her fist pounding into Farrah, blood covering both of the women. "Hey, I got you. Shay it's me." Jax tightly grabbed her waist from behind as he picked up her up off of a sobbing Farrah.

Shay's blue eyes were wide and wild as she thrashed against Jax's grip. "Let me fucking go! I'll fucking kill her!" She screamed as blood covered her hands.

"Fuck." Jax heard Bobby's voice as he stepped inside the house with Chibs closely behind. "What the fuck, Jax?" The older man questioned.

"Take care of her." Jax ordered, nodding towards a bloody Farrah. He didn't give a fuck about the older woman but he couldn't have her die. At least not by Shay's hands.

"We got it Jackie boy." Chibs promised.

Jax nodded, grateful for the older Scots man. He dragged a still wild and thrashing Shay out of the room and towards the bathroom. "Shay, fucking stop!" He grabbed the brunette firmly by the chin making her look into his eyes.

The brunette's breathing slowed down as she stared into Jax's calming blue eyes. She could feel the blood dripping from her bruised hands as she stood in the small bathroom staring at Jax's sad blue eyes.

"Jax." She sobbed with her hands shaking.

"It's okay." Jax soothed as he pulled Shay into a tight hug not caring at all about the blood now dripping onto him. "It's okay." He promised as she grabbed tightly onto his shirt, sobbing into his chest.
