AN EXCITEMENT RAN THROUGH SHAY'S BODY, A FEELING SHE HADN'T FELT BEEN FAMILIAR WITH IN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS.

Today the Tamcoa chapter was coming to Charming.

The details as to way one of SAMCRO's smaller chapter was coming to town was a mystery to the raven haired woman, and usually when another chapter made a visit to it's mother charter was never a good thing, all Shay could be excited about was seeing her sister, because wherever Herman Kozik went Natalie Miller went.

A wide smile was stretched across Shay's face as she pulled into the lot of Teller-Morrow, the sight of Tacoma's bikes on the lot made her excitement go into overdrive. It had been way too long since she had seen Natalie in person.

Natalie Miller, the older of the two Miller girls was more like a mother than a sister to Shay.

Being five years older and having a father who worked whenever he could to keep food in their mouths and a roof over their head while their mother (who was nothing like a mother at all) was too worried about scoring her next fix than taking care of her daughters.

Of course once Farrah Miller's addiction grew worse and rehab after rehab no longer worked on the woman, Gemma stepped in and took the girls, keeping them with her as long as their father needed her too. The club stepped in and helped raised them, but to Shay, Natalie would always be the one who stepped up and raised her until Gemma and the club came to rescue them.

"Well, look what the fuckin' cat dragged in." Lee, the President of SAMTAC yelled across the lot as Shay exited her car.

A laugh left Shay's lips as she jokingly held up a middle finger his way, earning the Miller woman a booming round of laughter from the men outside SAMCRO's club house.

"You know you're happy as a pig in shit to see me, Lee." Shay stated as she walked up to the group of men with a smirk on her face.

Shay had always gotten along well with SAMTAC. They were her favorite chapters of the sons and whenever they visited Charming she always made sure to spend time with them β€” if nothing too important club wise was going on that is.

"How you doin' girlie?" Lee laughed as he pulled Shay into a big hug. It had been a few months since he had seen the younger miller woman. "Where's the baby?" He questioned while looking around Shay as though Leela was going to suddenly appear.

"I'm good, Lee." Shay said as she breathed in the comforting smell of leather and oil.

Each member had their own smell that was comforting to Shay. It was each a variation of leather and some kind of oil or aftershave. It was a smell that always calmed her.

"She's with a babysitter for the night." Shay explained Leela's absence as the two broke the hug. "I'll bring her by tomorrow." She added.

Shay didn't want to sound selfish, but she needed a night to herself tonight. She needed some adult time.

"Good." Lee smiled before going back to his conversation with Tig.

Shay said her goodbyes to the group, knowing she'd have drunken conversations with them at some point later on in the night and made her way towards the club house.

The smell of alcohol, smoke, and other things Shay didn't want to think about hit her in the face once she entered the room. No matter how many times she had been inside SAMCRO's club house she would never get use to its smell.

"There's my fucking girl!" Natalie's voice broke out the moment she entered the room, a wide smile on her face. "I fucking missed you!" The older brunette said as she jumped up from the bar and practically run into her sisters arms.

A loud squeal left Shay's mouth as she pulled Natalie into her arms, "I fucking missed you more."

"It's been too fucking long." Natalie stated as she hug her younger sister even tighter.

Natalie hated going months without seeing her sister, but that was the life she chose when she got involved with Kozik and moved to Tacoma.

"You can say that again." Shay mumbled as the two sisters finally broke apart.

"Don't keep her all to yourself, Nat!" Kozik yelled from his place at the bar. "I've missed her too."

Shay let out a laugh as she made the few steps to the bar, wrapping her arms around the blonde haired biker. Kozik and Shay had always had a good relationship even if that meant hers and Tig's suffered a bit because of her closeness to him.

"I missed you too, blondie."

"Damn fucking right you did." Kozik stated as he hugged Shay tight. "Now start drinking cause it's gonna be a fun night." He added while handing her a shot of clear liquid.

"Cheers." Shay said before throwing the shot down her throat, a grimace taking over her face.

SHAY SAT OUTSIDE ONTOP OF ONE OF THE PICINC TABLES. SHE HAD NEEDED SOME FRESH AIR, THOSE FEW SHOTS SHE HAD DOWNED HAD MADE HER BODY FEEL WAY TOO HOT AND QUICKLY.

"You okay?" Shay recognized Natalie's voice coming from behind her as she heard the metal door squeak close behind her.

"Yeah." Shay assured her sister. "Just got a little too hot." She while grabbing her dark hair into her hands and holding it up, letting the cool hair hit the back of her neck.

"So, what's going on with you and Jax?" Natalie questioned abruptly as she sat down next to Shay.

Shay turned her head to look at her sister. The older Miller woman had a slight smirk on her face and her eyebrow raised as if she know something already but was waiting for Shay to confirm it,

"Nothing. We're just co-parenting as best as we can." Shay said.

There was nothing go on with her and Jax. They were just two people who were best friends and use to sleep together and had baby. Okay, so maybe that was more than 'nothing' , but romantically nothing was going on between them now.

"Nothing?" Natalie questioned.

"Yes, Nat. Nothing." Shay stated firmly. "You're almost as bad as Gemma." The raven haired woman stated with a laugh.

"I'll take that as a compliment." Natalie shrugged.

It was silent between the two sisters as they just enjoyed being in each other's company. That was the thing about the two Miller sisters they could just sit in silence for hours saying nothing yet saying so much at the same time.

"Tara Knowles is back in town." Shay spoke after a few minutes.

It still annoyed her that the Knowles woman was back in Charming. Especially with what had happened. Shay could feel it in her bones more shit was going to happen with Tara being back.

"Yeah. Gemma told me." Natalie said, watching anger cross her sisters face as Tara's name spilled from her mouth. "You know, you'd think you two would have bonded over the fact that you both have one shitty parent." Natalie said, recalling mr Knowles being a mean alcoholic while their mother was a mean drug addict.

A loud laugh left Shay's mouth at Natalie's words, "I thought the same thing."

"Well us Miller sisters have great minds." Natalie laughed. "Now come on, let's go make fun of Juice." The older Miller woman said, grabbing her sisters hand and pulling her up off the table.

"Sounds like a plan to me." Shay laughed as they made their way back into the clubhouse.
