who would have guessed it, they're at the rooftop again, jungkook just quietly sitting next to taehyung, enjoying how the cold tickles his face and makes his hair a mess while taehyung draws him.

jungkook enjoys this, he really does. he finally thinks that he found someone who truly cares about him and doesn't give a shit when he gets seen with the younger one.

sometimes when jungkook is ready to run to his next class, he hears a little "see you later!" and immediately knows that it's taehyung passing by. jisoo only smirks at him, which makes his cheeks redden.

taehyung is an interesting person. it really seems like you can read him like an open book, but he's so much more than that. he's a book full of mysteries and secrets, one full of things to discover.

"are you done?" asks Jungkook as he takes a sort glimpse of the drawing, to which taehyung slaps his arm. "no watching!"

"okay, okay" jungkook laughs, and taehyung doesn't even try to hold back the smile that is forming on his own lips. "you're gorgeous"

jungkook's face takes an unhealthy red color and he immediately covers his face with his hands. "taehyung, we talked about this, no compliments unless you want me to punch you hard."

taehyung smiles so widely at that. he just can't really get over the bond him and jungkook have right now. they joke around all the time, jungkook finally opened up to taehyung and isn't really that introverted shy kid anymore, he trusts taehyung now, and taehuyng is more than glad.

"aaaannd i'm done!" he announces after a while and jungkook's face immediately lights up. "i wanna see, i wanna see!"

taehuyng only laughs at that before showing him his work of art and jungkook's jaw immediately drops to the ground at that.

the drawing is gorgeous. it really does look like a picture of jungkook, that's how good taehyung's skills are. the younger one is shook to the core. sure, he expected taehyung to be talented, but not that good. he's really left speechless.

"i-i don't know what to say..." taehyung softly smiles while he looks at art admiring his art, not missing how the younger ones eyes sparkle like glitter, that's something he's noticed, always when jungkook is euphoric, his eyes start to sparkle.

"taehuyng... it's so beautiful... just.. what are these things in my eyes?" jungkook asks after analyzing the portrait and letting his fingertips glide over it.

taehuyng shifts a bit closer and smiles fondly before brushing a few stands of hair out of the younger boy's eyes.

"your eyes are just so... special. i see the stars in them wherever i look at you, it's as if they're holding a galaxy, it's so astonishing." taehyung explains and never breaks eye contact with the galaxy-eyed boy and jungkook doesn't know what to say, again, he's left speechless.

taehyung's hand moves from his forehead to his chin, holding it while he's still not breaking eye contact. he knows he's about to do something he'll regret, but he can't stop himself.

it has become too much, the feelings for the younger boy, it's just something he can't hide anymore. there's nothing he wants more than to cuddle him or hold his hand or kiss these soft looking lips of his.

but before taehyung can lean in, jungkook is already doing so.

his whole body leans forward, if he wants it or not, it just happens. taehuyng is like a magnet to him.

"i'm sorry." that's what he whispers before he attaches their lips, forcing them into a sweet kiss.

there aren't any fireworks like everyone always describes it, but taehyung sure as hell feels like a garden full of flowers is blooming in his stomach.
