BEACON HILLS WAS NOTORIOUS FOR ITS SUPERNATURAL CREATURES THAT WENT UNDETECTED. A TOWN IN CALIFORNIA THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNAWARE TO WHAT CREEPS IN THE DARKNESS AND SHADOWS WHEN THEY SLEEP OR GO ABOUT THEIR DAYS IN THE STREETS. BECAUSE WHY WOULD A BORING TOWN LIKE BEACON HILLS EVER HAVE ANYTHING EXCITING HAPPEN INSIDE OF IT?

FOR LANDER JUPITER AETUS HE WAS NOT ON THE BLIND SIDE OF THE SUPERNATURAL. BEING THE SON OF ZEUS CAME WITH ITS ADVANTAGES . . . WELL, OKAY, ONLY ONE ADVANTAGE AND THAT WAS THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS TRULY OUT THERE IN THE WORLD THAT MOST PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW. HOWEVER THE DISADVANTAGES DEFINITELY OUTWEIGHED THE ADVANTAGES LIKE HIS FATHER BEING WELL ZEUS. THE MAN HAD ALWAYS BEEN ANYTHING BUT LOVING, ESPECIALLY TO LANDER. AND HIS SIBLINGS DIDN'T HELP THE MATTER EITHER AS THEY ALL PICKED ON HIM WITH BEING THE YOUNGEST OF THE SEVEN CHILDREN. WIHCH EVENTUALLY LEAD TO LANDER LEAVING OLYMPUS ALTOGETHER AND FINDING SOLACE ON EARTH WHERE HE DIDN'T NEED TO DEAL WITH ZEUS. AT LEAST, NOT ALL THE TIME.

LANDER HAD BECOME FRIENDS WITH SCOTT MCCALL AND STILES STILINSKI WHEN LANDER DROPPED TO EARTH AND JOINED THE EARTH SCHOOL FOR THE FOURTH GRADE. THEY WERE THE MOST UNLIKELY FRIENDSHIP WITH LANDER EXUDING NOTHING BUT CONFIDENCE AND COCKINESS AND SCOTT AND STILES BEING AWKWARD AND ASTHMATIC AND SCRAMBLING AWAY WHEN A GIRL EVEN SMILED AT THEM. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT LANDER TO BE FRIENDS WITH THE RESIDENT PRETTY, RICH BOY JACKSON WHITTEMORE INSTEAD. BUT — AND LANDER WOULDN'T SAY THIS OUT LOUD EVER — LANDER WOULD NEVER TRADE SCOTT AND STILES FOR ANYTHING.

HOWEVER . . . IN THEIR SOPHOMORE YEAR WHEN THEY STUMBLE INTO THE DARK WOODS TO LOOK FOR A DEAD BODY AND SCOTT GETS BIT BY AN ALPHA, LANDER REALLY STARTS TO WONDER WHY HE BECAME FRIENDS WITH STILES AND SCOTT IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND WHY HE HAD FALLEN FOR A CERTAIN SPASTIC BOY WITH HAZEL EYES.

𝙰𝚄𝚃𝙷𝙾𝚁𝚂 𝙽𝙾𝚃𝙴

it's the fact i am already obsessed with this fic and i haven't even started to write for it yet. i've just been dying to a fic about the greek gods' descendants for years now and i am super excited to finally do it in one of my favorite tv shows of all time. this is the first book in the series, each book will have a different love interest but the ocs from the previous books will appear in all the books of course. naturally, i had to start off with stiles stilinski cause one of two of my comfort characters from teen wolf.

i also had to start off with zeus' son just because we love a good hot headed asshole character that's only soft for his lover. it's my thing, we all know this already. it's my fave thing to do because grumpy/sunshine and i hate everyone but you tropes are just so soft and i'm a soft bitch with a dash of angst because ellis' angsty nature has officially rubbed off on me now and i hold a lot of angst inside me, too. so . . . thank ellis for the angst in this, i guess, because she definitely supported it.

hades' son, darius, will also be in every single fic because . . . well, he collects soul. did you expect anything else when there's death everywhere? his full story won't be until book 4 ( yes, ive already plotted that far, shut up ) because of the dead pool, but we will see him lots, especially in this because i like to think darius and lander are close with each other. best cousins award go to them idc. can't wait to get into the family stuff UGH!

i decided to post this fic a bit early since [ remembering us ] will be ending within the next week or two so i'll actually be able to work on this soon! i just want to finish meilani's story first before i start a whole new series of plots and stories. so save this in your libraries because this will probably be started in the beginning/mid of november once [ remembering us ] is completed! get excited, cause i am.
