It was Legolas who caught the trespassers almsot getting out from their kingdom then brought them to the King and Queen of Mirkwood.

"My Lord, My Queen, I found them making their way out on our dungeons." Legolas said between his heavy breathes.

Thranduil was the first one to stood up, eyes were cold as it sent shivers down through their spines. No one even dared to have their eyes contact with the Elven King, unless you are confident to do it. Y/N, the Elven Queen sat on her throne comfortably with a grin on her lips. Y/N definitely would allow herself enjoy the show. Thranduil finally reached to face the two men who kept moving their bodies aggressively to the elf soldiers holding them.

"What is it you both desire to trespassed in my kingdom?" The sound of his voice has the purest low yet it is stern and terrifying.

The men with raven haired smirked, messed up due to a little fight they had with the soldiers before Legolas came.

"Your guards are too much busy sleeping, letting us slipped under their nose with an ease." He replied, glancing at his companion who's grinning as well.

Thranduil laid his eyes on the two soldiers behind them, giving a death glare as they bow their heads down. The King's eyes went back to the men, started to walk around them in circle as the soldiers were ordered to remove the shickles on their hands. Legolas stood beside his step mother, who gently taps her long fingers on her rossy cheeks, eyeing both men closely just in case they're planning something bad towards her husband.

"That is not my questions, such a pity fools." The Elven King said, studying the men's movement very close.

The other men, slimmer than the raven haired man finally let his eyes locked with the King. Impatiently waiting for the both of them, the slimmer man had the courage to speak.

"We're just lost."

"Lost? Inside my palace? Don't bring nonsense in front of the royal's face!"

"You asked us a question. We answered it."

"You're not just a thieves." Y/N's voice echoed through the halls of the throne, catch everyone's except Thranduil who was looking at his prisoner's frightened expressions.

"But also, a liar!"

Thranduil's smirked grew wider, knowing how worst his wife than himself. Heartless? Crueler than him. Scary? More frightening. Everyone would thought they already escaped under Thranduil's palm after he got married for the second time, thinking someone will defend them when the King's threatening their lives. But the Queen was worst. Y/N was only soft towards his husband, Legolas and to those she truly cared. But the other's feelings were none of her concern. Y/N could be mean if she wants to, she would not take anyone's words because she thinks it's pathetic to listen to her followers. Many people hated her for being absurd than her husband, however, the Queen was one of the powerful elves in the Middle Earth. Y/N will do everything to keep her people safe, especially Thranduil and Legolas.

"Called us a liar? You have no evidences that we're lying!"

"You do not have the rights to raise your voice on my wife!" Thranduil immediately approached the two of them, anger can be seen through the none merciful eyes of the King.

Y/N grinned."Calm down, my King." She said in a very low voice.

Thranduil slowly backed away, fires in his eyes were still in there.

"No one, even the smartest wizard, dared to challenge the Queen of Mirkwood." In a serious tone of voice, she senses the scent of fear running down the blood of their prisoners. It gained her confidence, encourage herself more to prove anyone in this throne room that she is good at making people realize it was their biggest mistake to mess with her.

Y/N continued,"Let me guess what's inside of that travel bag."

The men felt a slight of nervous, gulped in a very sensible way. There's a huge chance for Y/N to know what they've been got from the chamber, they didn't even notice if who's elves were belonged that room. In their critical stage, both of them nod their heads in unison. They agreed because there's only a chance to have the right answer, still it wasn't sure. The Queen gave them no choice but to consider this little game to be their escape, without any difficulties.

"If my guesses were wrong, the Elven King will free you out of this palace."

The raven haired man smirked,"With the thing inside our bags?"

Y/N's almost left an amusing laugh, letting the slimmer man punch him on the shoulders. Thranduil and Y/N exchanged a devilish smile, causing Y/N got her attention back to the men who were nearly killing each other.

"Enough!"

It caused them to froze their movements as they heard Thranduil's voice.

"And if I'm right, you'll be our prisoners. Live here to serve my King without any failures."

There was a moment of silence before Y/N began to speak again."You will spend your life imprisoned until your remaining breathes taken away from you."

Both men were quiet as the sound of surroundings can be heard from these halls. Y/N study the travel bag on the floor, looking at those shapes formed on the sewed cloth, attentively examine the size of the unknown thing inside the bag. There are hundreds of names running through Y/N's mind while Legolas stood beside his father in front of his throne.

"Would you think she will guess it right?"

Thranduil grinned, not taking his sight from Y/N who's taking her time down there.

"Y/N never failed me, so does today."

"But what if she did?"

"Just watch." Legolas sighed deeply, pulling himself from many questions and quietly watch his mother.

On the other hand, the two men were gaining their hopes us that they will take home safely the treasure inside their bags. Smirking at the thought, they saw the Queen was having a hard time.

Finally, after a ten minutes of studying, Y/N straightened up her body. Her eyes were still fixed at the travel bag beneath her while her right hand grab something inside the cloak she's wearing. A long red string was revealed inside of her pocket, a thick material where she brought it up to her golden silk hair. Y/N closed her eyes, tie up safely her hair with the red string she had. People were unfamiliar with her unusual source of power. With her hair tied up, it helped her to solve difficult riddles, unanswered questions and specifically at guessing things. Intelligence are given to people in a natural way, born with it or the family's blood runs with it. It is true that Y/N handle things without her red string, but if it is impossible for her to reach it, Y/N could only do one thing but to tie her hair up.

"Three guesses."

The Queen said in authoritive voice, letting the two men nod their heads.

Y/N took a deep breathe. Her instincts tell her it was valuable to the both of them, especially to her husband.

"I believe it was where you pour thicker beverages, a multipurpose utensils where we can usually find in the dining establishments..

"It is a goblet?"

The both of men shared a devilish chuckle, shaking their heads slowly with a grin on their lips.

"Two more, my Queen."

"A non living thing that I find myself using it often. Thicker than your skin, the smell of it is better than your greasy hairs. Of course, it is a book."

Again, their chuckles were getting louder. They shake their heads off once again. Legolas lean on again to his father who's watching them below, attentively guarding the prisoner's presence.

"A book? How come?"

Y/N let out a sarcastic laugh."Oh boys, your names means stupid in our native language. Educate yourselves."

Legolas heard his father chuckled under his breathe.

"I think she's up to something."

Thranduil curled his lips."Of course, she is. That's what makes her Y/N."

Thranduil and Legolas get their attentions back to Y/N who was thinking longer this time, leaving her only one guess.

"To my last guess, it is a yellow precious metal. Used in jewelry for decorations."

The men went silent, their breathing become heavier as their eyes were glued on the Queen's lips. This will be the time where they can be thrown out with their treasure or let them imprisoned them for the rest of their lives.

"A gold."

It took them for a moment to laugh in rejoice, laughing at earning the place to let them to take home the treasure inside their bags. Surprisingly, Y/N remain her authoritive face as she watch the human beings joyfully grab the bag on the floor as they proceed to the exit.

Thranduil stood still, he can't believe that his wife lose this time. But what bothered him the most was that Y/N was still calm, watching the two prisoners walking away through its huge door.

Legolas walk downstairs, approaching the unbothered Queen as she signalled him to remain calm.

"Perhaps it is not!"

Y/N yelled, causing both of the men stop walking. They turn around slowly, with the largest grin on their faces.

"Cannot accept you failed, can you?"

"Gentlemen, I did not fail in the first place."

They exchanged looks, didn't quiet understand what Y/N meant at her words.

"But your guesses were wrong, my Queen. We gave you three chances, and they're, in fact, incorrect."

Y/N slowly approach the human beings stood still with soldiers behind them.

Y/N continued,"The only thing I did that, is because, I want to prove to everyone that I'm right and they're wrong even though they thought they are right."

From afar, Thranduil comfortably sat on his throne getting more excited. Y/N really never failed to amused him, especially to those days he needs entertainment. Y/N stopping herself closer to the men who's lifting their heads up to watch the Queen pulled out the sword of their soldier.

"Now tell me, is it White Gems? The one you got from the King's private chamber? It is where you sneaked in, isn't it?"

The raven haired man's grip tightened on the bag he's holding, giving Y/N a deadly glare.

"Speak!"

They both flinched when they heard Thranduil yelled behind them. The Elven King started raiging, never thought that these thieves had the urge to sneak upon their chambers and steal the White Gems he owned. It is not about the weight of wealth these gems had, because it was precious to the King that remains memories the King values the most. Thranduil's eyes widen, White Gems scattered through the ground as Y/N slice the cloth of their travel bags. The guess was proven true.

Wearing her triumph smile, Y/N gave back the sword to her soldier as she gave both of their official prisoners an innocent smile as they are being dragged by the soldiers.

Thranduil gave orders to the maiden to clean up the white gems sprout through the floor. Legolas wear a small smile, excusing himself to go downstairs and announce an incredible show he had watched to Tauriel. The Elven King approach his Queen, standing behind her as Y/N take a deep breathe.

"I thought you're gonna let them steal the treasure."

Y/N turn around, brushing off the golden hair on her husband behind him as she gave him a smile.

"If it is wasn't important to you, I would let them have it."

A smile suddenly formed in his lips as they came back to have a sit on their thrones, acted like nothing happened.

"You're smarter than me, I supposed."

Y/N smirked,"You're absolutely right."
