"What? What are you on about?" I question, placing my phone down on the kitchen counter and getting myself a bottle of water from the fridge.

"I told you to try and be nicer to Mia!" Cal whisper shouted, taking my bottle and having a big gulp of it, resulting in me scoffing at him.

"Yeah. I did try." I laugh, plonking myself down on the sofa and scrolling through my phone.

Cal stomps over to me and snatches the phone out of my hand, throwing it onto the opposite chair in annoyance.

"Bog, listen to me."

"I am!" I shout.

"You aren't!! You are on your phone unbothered," he shouts back, "Please, this is important to me."

"Why?" I question, focused now.

"Because Mia means a lot to me. I just want her to be comfortable, Harry. She's been my best friend since we were kids. It's my job to take care of her."

"Cal, you don't understa-" I start.

"No, don't give me the 'you don't understand' bullshit. I full well understand. For some unknown shitty reason, you have taken a disliking to Mia and have made it your life goal to make her miserable."

"No that's not-"

"Whatever Bog. This can't carry on for much longer. Sort it out." He scoffs, storming off into his room.

"Well. I tried." I shrug, whispering to myself and grabbing my phone.

"Bog, I'm leaving now," Cal says as he bursts into my room all dressed up for the club.

"Cool," I murmur.

"Are you in a mood now?" He laughs.

"Right, well see you," he rolls his eyes and shuts the door. I stay silent as i listen to his footsteps getting quieter until i hear the faint click of the front door in the distance.

"Finally, I'm at peace," I whisper to myself, enjoying the silence of an empty house.

I'm laying on my bed quietly for a good few minutes until I hear quiet footsteps and my door being opened. I sit up in surprise, wondering why Cal was back so quickly until i see the faint shine of long, brown hair sway through the crack in the door.

"Harry-" Is all she says before I get up and slam the door in her face.
