"The Mad King."

"Commonly known as the Mad King."

The Khalasar approached two large statues of horses, seeming to be rearing up at one another. The statutes were a mixture of bronze and gold, depending on how the angle of the sun hit it.

The statues served as an entryway to the Dothraki city known as Vaes Dothrak.

Khal Drogo and his bloodriders galloped towards the city, as the Khalasar stopped under the statues behind the Targaryen twins.

"Vaes Dothrak. The city of the horselords."
Ser Jorah announced.

The Targaryen twins smiled in awe as they stared at Vaes Dothrak. Mountains sat in front of Vaes Dothrak, while an open plain, that made the twins feel closer to the sky, sat behind the city.

From where they could see, hundreds of wooden huts created a circle around a rather large building in the center of the circular city.

"A pile of mud."
Viserys spat from atop his chestnut stallion.
"Mud and shit and twigs. Best these savages can do."

"These are mine and Rhaenaerys' people now. You shouldn't call them savages." Daenerys spoke up against her brother, making pride swell inside of Rhae, as she sat behind her on their mare.

"I'll call them what I like, because they're my people. This is my army. Khal Drogo is marching the wrong way with my army." Viserys said, although it sounded like he was whining, before he spurred his horse forward to get to Vaes Dothrak.

The Targaryen twins lead the Khalasar with Ser Jorah riding alongside them as they made their way to the Dothraki city.

"If our brother was given an army of Dothraki, could you conquer the Seven Kingdoms?"

Daenerys' question was directed towards the knight that rode on his brown-stallion beside them.

"The Dothraki have never crossed the Narrow Sea. They fear any water their horses can't drink."

"But if they did?"
Daenerys' tone was laced with slight impatience.

"King Robert is fool enough to meet them in open battle, but the men advising him are different."

"And you know these men?"
Rhae spoke up.

"I fought beside them once, long ago. Now Ned Stark wants my head. He drove me from my land."

"You sold slaves."
Rhae said with a tone of distrust and anger.

"Aye."

A silence overtook the three after Ser Jorah confirmed what he had done to be driven from Westeros.

"Why?"
Daenerys questioned.

"I had no money and an expensive wife."

"And where is she now?"

"In another place, with another man."

Silence overtook the three, once more, as they continued to ride towards the city of Vaes Dothrak.

Around dusk, later that day, Daenerys decided it would be kind of them to invite Viserys to supper.

Rhaenaerys hadn't loved the idea, but went along with it for the sake of her sweet sister that she loved unconditionally.

While Doreah went to find Viserys, the Targaryen twins set up the food and gifts they had some of the Dothraki mid-wives make for Viserys.

Abruptly, Viserys dragged Doreah into the hut by her hair, "You send this whore to give me commands?" The fuming Targaryen harshly threw Doreah to the ground. "I should have sent you back her head!"

"Forgive me, Khaleesis. I did as you asked." Doreah whimpered as she looked up at the twins.

"Hush now. It's all right." Rhae soothed to the hand-maiden. "Irri, take her and leave us." Daenerys spoke to the hand-maiden sitting to their left.

"Yes, Khaleesi." Irri walked Doreah out of the hut, as the brunette clutched her bruised head.

"Why did you hit her?!"
Rhae questioned with anger in her tone.

"How many times do I have to tell you two? You two do not command me."

"We weren't commanding you. We just wanted to invite you to supper." Daenerys calmly spoke as she gestured to the food and gifts surrounding them.

"What's this?" Viserys questioned as he looked at the clothes on the table beside him. Rhae rolled her eyes as she knew what was about to happen.

"It's a gift. I had it made for you." Daenerys tried to keep things calm, but once the eldest Targaryen was riled up there wasn't any calming him down.

"Dothraki rags? Are you going to dress me now? This stinks of manure. All of it." Viserys shouted as he threw the rags and a golden Dothraki belt at the twins.

Rhaenaerys slapped the belt to the ground before it could hit Daenerys, placing herself in front of her twin, "Stop! Stop it!"

"You would turn me into one of them, wouldn't you? Next you'll want to braid my hair?"

"You've no right to a braid. You've won no victories yet." Rhae retorted with venom lacing her tone.

"You do not talk back to me!"

Viserys slapped Rhae with such force the girl fell to the floor with a scream. Viserys placed himself on Rhaenaerys' stomach, almost strangling the girl if it wasn't for her struggling.

"You are a horselord's slut. And now you've woken the dragon-" Daenerys grabbed the belt her brother had thrown and hit Viserys with it, the material slicing his cheek. The oldest-twin helped the youngest-twin to her feet, before facing her brother as he lay on the floor in shock, a fire igniting inside of Daenerys.

"We are Khaleesis of the Dothraki! We are the wives of the great Khal, and I carry his son inside me. The next time you raise a hand to us will be the last time you have hands."

Later in the night, the Targaryen twins stood inside a larger hut with Ser Jorah Mormont.

Daenerys was staring at the flames of the large fire in front of her before she turned towards Ser Jorah.
"I hit him. I hit the dragon."

"Your brother Rhaegar was the last dragon. Viserys is less than a shadow of a snake." Ser Jorah spoke.

Rhae silently agreed with him from where she sat in front of the flames.

"He is still the true king."

"The truth now, do you two want to see your brother sitting on the Iron Throne?"

"No." The twins answered in sync.

"But the common people are waiting for him. Illyrio said they are sewing dragon banners and praying for his return." Daenerys spoke.

"The common people pray for rain, health, and a summer that never ends. They don't care what games the high lords play." The aged knight informed them.

"What do you pray for, Ser Jorah?"
Rhae asked from her spot beside the fire.

"Home."

"I pray for home too. Our brother will never take back the Seven Kingdoms. He couldn't lead an army even if our husband gave him one. He'll never take us home." Rhae spoke as she stood from her spot, making her way over to stand beside her twin.

"May we have a moment alone, Ser?" Daenerys asked.

Ser Jorah nodded before he left the hut.

"How is your cheek?" Daenerys asked as she gently placed her hand on Rhaenaerys'' bruised cheek.

Rhae chuckled, "You should be asking Viserys that question, not me, sweet sister. Besides this isn't the first time something like that has happened."

"But it will be the last. We are the Khaleesis of the Great Khal, we are the blood of the dragon. No one will ever touch us like that again." Daenerys spoke with her new found fire shinning in her turquoise-hues.

Rhae smiled and kissed her sister's forehead before she led them out of the hut and towards their tent for some well-needed rest.
