PLOT

There were stories of the three wandering gods by the names of Ares, Phobos, and Deimos. They would often leave Olympus to explore Earth just to observe what the humans were up to and how they worshipped their gods. Millennia passed before someone finally caught Ares' full attention. He was fascinated by Stark Industries, mainly their products that enabled wars. But what caught Ares' attention even more was the leader of the companies' operations. Tony Stark. The God of War was surprised at how easily he could infiltrate his inner circle, creating a whole marine persona to get to James Rhodes. Everyone was going perfectly for Ares. That was until everything changed one fateful day.

Stark Industries became a peaceful company.

Meanwhile, the twins found their own delights in the mortal world. Phobos allowed himself to be captured by HYDRA in Germany. His interest was piqued by their audacity to think they could chain a god. He remained an amused captive, watching their every move. But his entertainment soon ended, leading to Phobos' escape and the search for his brother. On the other side of the world, Deimos found his place within S.H.I.E.L.D., embracing the role of a highly capable field agent. The thrill lay in manipulating the very system meant to maintain order, which led to Nick Fury's offer to join the Avengers Initiative. Something Deimos couldn't refuse.

Something none of them could refuse.

Thanks to an ancient mental link that bound the three gods, they all learned about the threat to Earth. They kept their identities a secret, each joining the Avengers Initiative and instructing the heroes in their own way. But as the threat of Loki grew, it grew harder and harder to keep up their facade. They could no longer simply watch and advise the world around them. As the invasion rages, the three gods assemble. They were ready to join the glorious chaos and remind the universe just how truly powerful Olympus could be.

It was time for some fun.

NOTES

▻ Ares goes by the name Alexander during his time on Earth. Tony eventually pieces together that "Alexander" is not normal, prompting Ares to reveal his true identity. Tony is flattered that a literal god is so interested in him, even after the weapons department shuts down.

▻ Phobos goes by Phineas during his time on Earth. He connects with Wanda rather quickly due to his knowledge of HYDRA. It takes her a while to realize he's not who he says he is. She finds out when she accidentally uses her abilities on him.

▻ Deimos goes by Derek during his time on Earth. He helps Steve and Natasha take down HYDRA, which is when he meets Bucky Barnes.

▻ Honestly, this one was a bit harder for me to write. If I have more notes, I will be sure to add them later.
