PLOT

Kate Bishop's life had been a series of hardships. Starting with the tragic loss of her father at a young age, and ending with the shocking betrayal of her mother. To make matters worse, she hadn't spoken to her brother, Levi Bishop, in years. But her world finally started to look up when the Barton family adopted her. For the first time in a long time, Kate found a sense of purpose and belonging. In the comfort of her new home, she was finally able to build a future for herself.

But all that changed one night.

Kate thought it would be just another ordinary night on patrol. Nothing exciting was supposed to happen. But she was wrong. A shadowy figure walked the quiet streets, completely unaware of being watched from the top of a building. Kate thought she was seeing things. She thought her tired mind was playing tricks on her. But after watching the figure run straight into a wall, she knew it was real. Five years after Eddie Brock's death, Venom was back.

But who was the new host?

It was soon discovered that Venom had bonded with Declan Hayes. Like Kate, his life was full of loss, leaving him orphaned at a young age. The world had always been against him, a constant reminder of everything he lacked. The symbiote, however, didn't care about his past. It simply took advantage of seeing his loneliness. Kate had no idea how to save Declan, but she knew she needed to. Lucky for her, she wasn't going into the fight alone. RJ Parker was quick to help her, knowing the sooner they saved Declan, the better. What surprised Kate even more was the sudden appearance of her brother, who promised to do whatever he could to save Declan.

They had a lot of work to do.

NOTES

▻ If you choose to have Kate's love interest be RJ, they will have a very sweet relationship. It will be friends to lovers. They've been friends since childhood, so they know a lot about each other.

▻ If you choose to have Kate's love interest be Declan, they will have a very slowburn relationship. They will start as enemies before becoming friends and eventually lovers.

▻ RJ's full name is Richard Justin, which is why people call him "RJ." He was gifted telekinetic powers by Wanda Maximoff when he was born. He chose the name "Arachnetic" because it combines "arachnid" with "telekinetic."

▻ Declan was orphaned at a very young age and doesn't know anything about his family. He was suffering from amnesia before getting possessed by Venom.

▻ Levi disappeared because of his mother. He found out that she was a villain and wanted to get as far away from her as possible. He was living in New Jersey under the name Levi Porter. He only came back because he heard Kate was planning to face a new version of Venom.

▻ Levi's disappearance really hurt Kate. They had a very close sibling bond and always had each other's backs growing up.

▻ Peter Parker and Mary-Jane Watson will be the same age as the Avengers in this story. They will need to be played by Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone.

▻ You can make this a Marvel x DC crossover if you'd like to, but it's not required. The Justice League would just be another superhero team in the Marvel universe.
