EVERY SECOND COUNTS. Every minute spent in the kitchen, every dish plated, every person meant something. Every second counts. every note played, every song learned, every word sang, it meant something.
BELLA MOREAU LOST her passion before it had time to turn into anything great. She went through the motions of life, hoping to find something that would make it feel worth living, only to find a pit in the depths of her stomach when she realized there was nothing.
MADISON MOREAU NEVER had the opportunity to have a passion. Her life was the restaurant- trying to fill in as much as possible so her parents didn't have to, making runs across town for last minute produce, dealing with the shittiest customers so no one else had to. She was a dutiful daughter, and her life's work would be to take over the restaurant and not burn it completely to the ground.
CHICAGO WAS A COLD PLACE, but they weren't cold people. Everyone needs someone, no matter what they say. When Bella came home, she didn't think she'd find anyone. When Carmy came home, he didn't think he'd have anyone to come back to.
MAYBE TWO WRONGS make a right- for better, or for worse.

i mourn what could have been,
what will not be, what i couldn't save.
