NEVERLAND
The magical island of Neverland. It's rumoured to be older than time itself. When our world came to be, descending from the void, Neverland already existed. One island surrounded by and endless void. Now, billions of years later, it is still hiding in the same void. It's the place where time and reality cross. It rarely collides with our world, and when it does it's hard to say where, and when. Sometimes it collides with our world from now, sometimes with our world from the past or the future. Time doesn't work the same in Neverland as in our world. You do not age in Neverland, unless you are under the influence of some kind of curse or potion. There are days and nights on Neverland, but other than that there is no way to keep tract of time. Clocks don't work in Neverland, they break the second they step inside the world of Neverland. Even the sun and the stars can't tell you what time it is, sometimes the sun stand at a certain spot for hours and at other times it moves across the sky in seconds. The island is inhabited by many beautiful plants, flowers that are 20 feet high or trees that reach over a 300 feet. Don't let them beauty deceive you though, Neverland is a deathly place. It's filled with all kind of poisonous plants that will kill you within a second. Bloodthirsty animals that are long extinct in our world, predators with claws and teeth large enough to kill you with one bite. The island itself is equally as dangerous, with cliffs that come out of nowhere, woods so dark and deep you do not see anything and caves that you will never leave once you enter.
PETER PAN
The lethal island mercilessly slaughters everyone who dares to set foot on it. It obeys no one, no one but the demon king of Neverland. Peter Pan, or simply Pan as he likes to call himself, has been around for as long as anyone can remember. Some say he's part of the island himself, that he was the one to create it. Some say he was simply the first inhabitant, born from a long forgotten world and left behind on his own. Others say he is a demon, the personification of evil, and that Neverland is his hell . None of these things ever reach his ears of course. It's pure suicide to let Pan hear any of those things. The boy king of neverland isn't known for his cruelty for nothing. He's the leader of the lost boys, and the one who introduces them to their cruel games. He seems to know everything, everything that happens on the island is brought to his attention. No one knows how, but most expect it is because of his shadow. His shadow seems to be a being on its one, always hanging around Pan, a dark presence to hovers around. Sometimes it disappears for a while. It always returns with something, someone, valuable. Many believe the shadow to be part of Neverland as pan is. Pan can control the island, at least till a certain degree. The sun shines when he wants it to be, it storms when someone upsets him, bridges disappear and cliffs appear on his whim. He is the true danger on the island.
THE LOST BOYS
Next are the lost boys. They are the power of the island. Mermaids and fairies avoid them as much as possible. Pirates pray they never get into a fight with them. They are like wild animals. Cruel and ruthless, always looking for bloody entertainment. They have their own camp, no one comes close to it, not unless they have a death wish. The lost boys sleep on the ground and live like a bunch of animals. They live from the fruits they can gather and the animals they hunt. Most of their days are spend with hunting or gathering things. And of course their own way of amusement. Their sick games and hunts always end in bloodshed. They thrive of the violence, the fights. But most of all, they are deeply loyal to Pan. None of them would even think of betraying him. They would gladly slit their own throat for him. And with this loyalty comes his protection, which basically leaves them al the thriving force of Neverland.
SIRENS
These magical creatures, half fish half men, roam the waters of Neverland. They are beyond beautiful, everything from their hair to face is perfection. Their voice beautiful enough to lure you. And that's what it all is, a trick to lure you in. To welcome you in their arms, so they can pull you down into the water, ready to rip you apart and eat what is left of you. They are lethal beings, only focusing on surviving. When they aren't hungry, which isn't very often, they are actually not that cruel. They can be proper company and love to talk to humans, they are fascinated by them. The only down side is that they will drag you down and eat when the hunger sets in. Their song is irresistible for humans, and even fairies are heavily effected by it. Sirens can be both men and woman.
PIRATES
Lets not forget the pirates. They are technically not part of Neverland as they rarely set foot on Neverland, instead they seal around it on their magical ship. They are a bit like the lost boys, as they are wild and ruthless. They seal around the island, trying to catch and steal whatever they can. They are known to try and catch sirens, as their scales are worth a lot of money on the black market. They often fish boys from the sea, boys who have been stolen by Pan's shadow and dropped just before they reach the shore. Don't expect them to be kind to those boys no, they sell them too. The pirates are the only ones, safe from Pan and his shadow, who have a way off the island. With their ship they sail through time and space to trade whatever they have found with the people from that place and time. They are led by Captain Hook who lost his hand in a fight with Peter Pan once. They despise the wild lost boys, and would gladly kill all of them if they could. Pirates are generally full grown but they are rarely over the 30.
FAIRIES
The oldest inhabitants of Neverland. They have been here since before the lost boys. Once was Neverland their home, but these days they are forced to retreat and hide in the forest at the east side of the island. They each have their own magical powers. But all of them posses 'fairydust', a magical dust that can make any creature fly, if they have the will power to do so. Which often leaves them as victims for the lost boys, who are always in need for fairy dust. Fairies generally have strong magical powers, but are physically weak, and they would be powerless, should someone have something to block their magic. Fairies are immortal, they won't age at all, most of them are centuries old. They are cunning creatures that will try to trick you, most of them have a sadistic sense of humour and like to play games with people. However, do not offend them, as they are the most vengeful creatures on all of Neverland.
