Firstly, mark your calendars! Entries for the coveted main categories will be accepted with open arms until April 24th. This is your chance to unveil your magnum opus, your masterpiece of storytelling. Don't let this golden opportunity slip through your gloved fingers! Should the fates smile upon us, and the slots for these captivaing main categories fall short than the number of entries, I may expand the slot availability till April 21st.

For the mini categories, a touch of playful flexibility awaits. I anticipate receiving entries until April 25th. However, fret not, dear writers! Should the slots for these categories remain unfilled, I may extend the deadline to ensure a vibrant tapestry of submissions.

For those keen-eyed individuals who will don the esteemed mantle of judge, a crucial announcement! Applications to join the judging panel will be received with open arms until April 17th. I eagerly await your discerning expertise to ensure a truly magnificent competition.

The judging process for the main categories will commence in the final week of April. Our esteemed panel will meticulously analyze each entry, ensuring a fair and thorough evaluation. We anticipate the judging to tentatively conclude by mid-week of May. However, please be reminded that these are tentative dates only.

Depending on the needs and volume of entries received, adjustments might be necessary. I will, of course, keep you informed of any changes.
