The lights then up again as a ringing telephone. A hand reaches for it, bringing the receiver up to the face of Casey Becker.
"Ugh. Her. Can I slam her head into a wall?" Tatum asks glaring at the screen angrily.
"That's assault, Tatum. I would have to arrest you," Dewey says making Tatum roll her eyes.
"No, you don't have to. And it's not like the slut bag does not deserve it," Tatum tells her brother as Blair laughs slightly shaking her.
"You okay baby?" Stu asks her making Blair nod slightly as he pulls her closer to him kissing her nose making her giggle at him.
"Hello," Casey says once she picks the phone up.
"Hello," a man's distorted voice says back to her followed by silence.
"She shouldn't answer the phone if she doesn't know who it is," Randy says shaking his head as Blair laughs at him.
"I still answer you when you call. And I do not know who it is at first. Usually because of you make seem voice," Blair tells Randy who smirks at her.
"But that's me," Randy tells her making Blair laugh as Stu and Billy glare at the boy.
"And Casey Becker is an idiot," Tatum says nodding her head.
"Oh and I a bitch!" Tatum exclaims.
"Tatum! Language!" Dewey yells at his sister.
"Dewey! No!" Tatum says making Blair laugh at the two.
"I'll tell Mom on you both. She told you to stop being so rude!" Dewey says making Blair throw her arms up.
"What did I do?!" Blair exclaims as Dewey just points at her and Tatum before shaking his head.
"Yes?" Casey asks him after a moment.
"Who is this?" The man asks her.
"Who are you trying to reach?" Casey asks him.
"Obviously not you," Tatum says making Blair place her head in Billy's neck from laughing out loud as he smiles at her.
"What number is this?" The man asks her instead of answering.
"What number are you trying to reach?" Casey asks him back instead of answering.
"I don't know," the man responds to her.
Dewey leans up slightly more interested. Something told him this wasn't just a random prank call.
"I think you have the wrong number," Casey tells him.
"Do I?" He asks her back making Casey nod her head at his words.
"It happens. Take it easy," Casey says and then hangs up the phone. Casey is then shown in her living room, alone.Β She moves from the living room to the kitchen when the phone rings again.
"Don't answer it," Randy says shaking his head.
"Of course, she will. She's an idiot," Tatum says scoffing.
"Tatum!" Sidney says making the girl shrugs.
"What? She should be happy all I ever did was slap her and not hit her with my car," Tatum says annoyed as she grabs a lollipop.
In the kitchen, Casey grabs the portable and answers the phone.
"See an idiot!" Tatum says pointing to the screen as Randy shakes his head.
"Hello," Casey says once again.
"I'm sorry. I guess I dialed the wrong number," the man says once she answers the phone.
"So why did you dial it again?" Casey asks him.
"To apologize," the man tells her.
"You're forgiven. Bye now," Casey tells him as she goes to hang up the phone.
"Wait, wait, don't hang up," the man tells her as Casey stands in front of a sliding glass door looking out which is pitch black.
"That's stupid. She should have some type of light on," Randy says shaking his head feeling like he was watching some horror movie with the killer hiding in her backyard waiting to kill the girl.
"What?" Casey asks him slightly annoyed.
"I want to talk to you for a second," the man tells her.
"They've got 900 numbers for that. Seeya," Casey tells him as she hangs up the phone again with a fine on her face.
The camera shows the Becker's house. It was a big country home with a huge sprawling lawn full of big oak trees, and its all alone. No neighbors in sight.
"Perfect place for a murder," Randy says eyeing the screen.
The phone then rings once again. Casey stands in the kitchen over the stove a popcorn sizzles in a pot. The blonde covers it with a lid before reaching for the portable phone.
"Don't answer it!" Blair yells shaking her head in disbelief. Why would she answer the phone again?!
"Hello," Casey says into the phone.
"Oh I wonder who it can be," Blair says rolling at the screen.
"Why don't you want to talk to me?" The man asks Casey.
"Because you are being sort of creepy," Blair answers making Tatum nod her head.
"Who is this?" Casey asks him.
"You tell me your name, and I'll tell you mine," the man tells her as Casey shakes her popcorn.
"I don't think so," Casey tells him shaking her head.
"What's that noise?" The man asks making Casey smile while she plays along.
"Popcorn," Casey answers him.
"You're making popcorn?" The man asks her.
"Uh-huh," Casey says nodding her head.
"I only eat popcorn at the movies," The man tells her.
"I wished I had some popcorn," Blair says pouting slightly.
"Baby," Stu says to her pointing to the table that was filled with snacks.
"Yes!" Blair exclaims as she gets up to get some things.Β
"I'm getting ready to watch a video," Casey tells him.Β
"Really? What?" The man asks her.
"Just some scary movie," Casey answers him shrugging slightly.
"Do you like scary movies?" The man asks her.
"Uh-huh," Casey answers him.
Blair comes back to the couch sitting between Billy and Stu.
"Here got you two some as well so you do not steal mine," Blair says handing them some popcorn as she sits down making the two smile at her.
"What's your favorite scary movie?" The man asks Casey flirting with her. Casey moves away from the stove taking a seat at the kitchen counter, directly in front of the glass door.
"I don't know," Casey tells him with a smile on her lips.
"You have to have a favorite," he tells her making Casey pause as she thinks for a second.
"Uh...Halloween. You know, the one with the guy with the white mask who just sorta walks around and stalks the babysitters. What's yours?" Casey asks him.
"Yeah clearly if she can't even remember the name," Blair says eating her popcorn.
"Guess," the man tells her.
"Uh...Nightmare on Elm Street?" Casey asks him.
"Is that the one where the guy had knives for fingers?" The man asks her.
"Yeah...Freddy Krueger," Casey tells him nodding her head.
"Freddy-that's right. I liked that movie. It was scary," the man tells her.
"It was alright," Blair says shrugging her shoulders making Billy and Stu send her a look.
"Says the girl who hide her head in my neck the entire time," Stu says making Blair look at him in disbelief.
"And had nightmares for a week because of it," Billy tells her as she glares at them.
"I hate you two," Blair says making the boys send teasing smiles.
"The first one was, but the rest sucked," Casey tells him shaking her head.
"So, you gotta boyfriend?" The man asks her making Casey giggle at him.
"Why? You wanna ask me out?" Casey asks him with a smile on her face.
"Slut," Tatum exclaims pointing her cherry lollipop at the screen.
"Maybe. Do you have a boyfriend?" The man asks her again.
"No," Casey tells him after a moment.
"Fucking slut! Ugh! I hate her," Tatum says glaring at the screen. If there was one person she absolutely hated it was Casey Becker and let's not forget her douche of a boyfriend Steve.
"You never told me your name," the man tells her making Casey smile twirling her hair.
"Why do you want to know my name?" Casey asks him with a smile on her face.
"Because I want to know who I'm looking at," the man says making Casey spin around like lightning facing the glass door.
"Do not turn around! Get a knife hang up and call the police! Get the hell out of there!" Randy yells at the screen.
"What did you say?" Casey asks him terrified.
"I want to know who I'm talking to," the man tells her making Casey shake her head.
"No it's not," Blair says shaking her head before eating some popcorn.
"That's not what you said," Casey says shaking her head.
"What do you think I said?" The man asks her as Casey switches on the outside light. A flood light illuminates the backyard. Casey's eyes survey the grounds, but it's empty.Β No one's there so she turns the light out.
"Do not turn it back off you idiot!" Randy yells at the screen shaking his head.
While on the stove, the popcorn pops making Casey jump.
"I have to go now," Casey tells him.
"Just hang up!" Blair yells throwing popcorn at the screen.
"Wait...I thought we were gonna go out," the man says making Casey shake her head.
"Uhm when did she ever say that? He could be like fifty," Blair says disgusted.
"Nah, I don't think so...," Casey tells him as she begins to hang up.
"Don't hang up on me," the man warns her.
"Gotta go," Casey tells him.
"Don't...," the man begins but Casey already hangs up.Β She checks the glass door making sure it's locked and then moves to the stove as just as the phone rings again.
"This is the part where you get in your car and drive away!" Randy yells at the screen.
Casey slides the popcorn from the stove, reaching for the phone.
"Yes?" Casey asks answering the phone.
"Has she lost some brain cells or something?!" Blair yells at the scream.
"More than a few," Tatum says making Blair laugh at her along with Sidney.
"I told you not to hang up on me," the man says his voice slightly angry.
"What do you want?" Casey asks him scared.
"To talk," the man tells her.
"Dial someone else, okay?" Casey tells him looking around.
"You getting scared?" The man asks her.
"No bored," Casey says and then she hangs up. The moment afterwards the phone rings again.Β She grabs it.
"Listen, asshole...," Casey begins but is interrupted.
"NO, YOU LISTEN, YOU LITTLE BITCH. IF YOU HANG UP ON ME AGAIN I'LL GUT YOU LIKE A FISH. UNDERSTAND?" The man asks deadly serious and his voice is filled with anger. Casey says nothing he finally has her full attention.
No one says anything as they watch the screen. Gale Weathers grabs a notepad from her pockets and begins to write everything done.
"Is this some kind of a joke?" Casey asks him as her voice shakes.
"More of a game, really," the man tells her as Casey eyes the glass doors, then looks up the hallway to the front doors. Running to it once she sees it's unlocked she bolts it.
"Why didn't she have the door locked?" Blair asks shaking her head.
"Says you. You always leave it unlocked on accident," Dewey tells Blair who sighs at that shrugging.
"I've been better at it," Blair defends making Stu laugh at her.
"Because you're always at my house and I lock it," Stu says making Blair stick her tongue out at him.
Stu leans in and kisses her making Blair laugh into the kiss.
"You always taste amazing. Mhm, and your lips. So soft. Almost as soft as your boobs," Stu whispers against her lips making Blair slap his arm with blushing checks while he laughs.
"I'm two seconds from calling the police," Casey tells him.
"She should have already done that! She's too far away for anyone to get to her," Dewey says shaking his head.
"They'd never make it in time," the man tells her as Casey moves her face flush against the door, her eye looking through the peephole which is empty making her relax a bit relieved.
"If whoever it is planning to kill her they would not be in plain sight like an idiot! Probably try to get in through the back door to sneak up on her or something. Idiot," Blair says shaking her head and missing the looks Stu and Billy are sending her with small smirks.
"What do you want?" Casey asks him.
"To see what your inside looks like," the man says making Casey's jaw drops as total fear appears on her face.
"Probably rotten just like her," Tatum says making Sidney slap her arm.
"Tatum!" Sidney yells as the girl smiles at her shrugging slightly.
Casey hangs up the phone, throwing it down on a side table when the doorbell chimes. She leaps out of her skin as she turns to the door and it chimes again.
"Do not answer it!" Randy and Blair yell out along with Hayden and Stuart.
"Who's there?" Casey yells out to door as another chime is heard and she moves towards it.
"Idiot," Blair says shaking her head.
"Who's there?" Casey screams louder but there is no answer. Casey goes for the portable phone. Just as she picks it up it rings.
"Can I slap her?" Blair asks angrily wondering if she did if she could knock on brain cells.
Casey almost drops the phone, losing her breath. She brings it to her ear with trembling hands, saying
nothing.
Listening.
Waiting.
A long silence last and then.
You should never say "Who's there?". Don't you watch scary movies? It's a death wish," the man tells Casey who clutches the wall, nearly collapsing. She tries her
to act tough.
"At least the killer is smart," Gale says making Sidney Tatum and Blair glare at her.
Look, enough is enough. You had your fun now you better leave me alone or else," Casey threatens him.
"Or else what?" The man asks her as Casey thinks of what to say.
"My boyfriend will be here any second and he'll be pissed when I tell him...," Casey tells him thinking that would work.
Blair tenses up at the idea of her ex-boyfriend.
"I thought you didn't have a boyfriend," the man says.
"Well, he's not much of a man or a boy. Just a SOB," Billy says glaring making Stu laugh at him.
"I lied. I do have a boyfriend and he'll be here any second and your ass better be gone," Casey threatens trying to be tough.
"Sure...," the man says not believing anything she says.
I swear it. And he's big and plays football and will beat the shit out of you," Casey tells him.
"The only thing he beats the shit out is his ex," Blair whispers as Stu brings her closer to him sharing a look with Billy.
"I'm getting scared," the man tells him obviously sarcastic.
"I'm telling you the truth. I lied before...," Casey tells him.
"This is why you shouldn't lie!" Dewey yells making Tatum and Blair laugh at him.
"I believe you...," the man tells her.
"So you better leave," Casey says hoping he would.
"His name wouldn't be Steve, would it?" The man asks her and nothing but silence was heard as Casey's knees buckle.
"How do you know his name?" Casey asks him.
"Go to the back door and turn on the porch light again," the man tells her as Casey, terrified, forces herself to move. Staggering to the kitchen to the glass doors. With a shaky hand, Casey finds the light switch and switches it on.
Only to find Steve sitting in a lawn chair in the middle of the backyard tied and gagged.Β He's been beaten up, but he's alive. His eyes are wide in fear staring at his girlfriend pleading with her.
Blair's body was completely tense as she looks at the screen. Billy and Stu watching her the entire time.
They saw her eyes and instead of finding fear in them, they held slight relief and a bit of happiness. Happiness she tries to hide making both of them hide a smile.
"Oh Goddddd...," Casey screams as her hand moves to the lock on the door.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you," the man wants her making Casey's face turn completely petrified.
"Where are you?" Casey asks him shaking.
"Guess," the man tells her making Casey's eyes search the yard, combing bushes, and trees. He could be
anywhere. Anywhere.
"Randy...could there be two?" Blair asks making the boy look at her as well as Stu and Billy.
"Think about it. One on the phone and then someone had to place him there. He would be out of breath doing it himself or Casey would have to hear his struggle," Blair says her reasoning making Dewey nod.
"You're right. There has to be two," Dewey tells his sister who nods her head.
"Please don't hurt him," Casey begs looking at her boyfriend.
"Please do," Tatum says looking at the screen.
"Tatum!" Dewey yells making his sister shrug.
"That all depends on you," the man tells her.
"Why are you doing this?" Casey asks as tears stream down her cheeks.
"I wanna play a game," the man tells Casey who shakes her head.
"No...," Casey tells him.
"Then he dies. Right now," the man tells Casey.
"NOOO!" Casey screams at him.
"Which is it?" The man asks Casey before a long silence accord. Casey touches the glass staring at Steve who is crying too.
"What kind of game?" Casey asks after a moment.
"Turn off the light," the man tells her making Casey's hand go to the switch Steve tugs and pulls at his
straps as if begging her his face having sweat and tears while Casey turns off the lights making Steve disappear in the darkness.
Casey moves away from the glass, back toward the living room unbelieving and horrified.
"Here's how we play. I ask a question. If you get it right-Steve lives," the man tells Casey as she crouches down behind the couch in front of three curtainless windows all on one wall while tipping a lamp cord from its socket, darkening the room, and her body quivers.
"Please don't do this...," Casey begs the man.
"Come on. It'll be fun," the man tells Casey who shakes her head.
"No...please," Casey begs him.
"It's an easy category. Movie trivia," the man tells her.
"..please...," Casey begs once more crying.
"I'll even give you a warm-up question," the man tells her.
"Don't do this. I can't...," Casey says shaking her head.
"Name the killer in Halloween," the man tells her.
"No...," Casey says shaking her head.
"Come on. It's your favorite scary movie, remember? He had a white mask, and he stalked the baby-sitters," the man tells her as Casey goes silent...a nervous wreck...she can barely speak much less think.
"I don't know...," Casey says her voice quivering.
"Come on, yes you do," the man tells her.
"Please..stop...," Casey says sobbing.
"What's his name?" The man asks her.
"I can't think," Casey says as she officially reaches hysteria, petrified beyond all reality.
"Steve's counting on you," the man tells her. "Michael...Michael Myers," Casey says in a whisper and through tears.
"YES!" The man tells her making Casey sigh in relief.
"Now for the real question," the man tells her.
"NOOOO....," Casey says sobbing.
"But you're doing so well," the man tells her.
"Please go away! Leave us alone!" Casey says sobbing.
"Then answer the question. Same category," the man tells her as Casey is a blubbering, wet mass on the floor.
"... please...no...," Casey says sobbing.
"Name the killer in Friday The 13th," The man tells her making Casey smile. She knew this.
"Jason! Jason!...JASON!" Casey screams as she leaps up through tears followed by a slight pause.
"Idiot. Everyone knows the original killer was Jason's mother. Jason didn't show up until the sequel!" A voice yells making everyone look towards the couch to see two unknown teenagers who somehow look familiar.
"Who are you two?" Blair asks the two making the two look at her wide-eyed.
"Damn it, Stuart!" The girl yells slapping his arm making Stuart glare at her as he rubs his arm.
"I don't mean to Hayden!" Stuart yells as the two glare at each other.
"Like my twin asked who are you two?" Tatum asks eyeing the two and making them sigh.
"I'm Hayden Tatum Riley."
"And I'm Stuart Dwight Riley."
The two say making everyone immediately look toward Blair.
"Hi Mom," the twins say waving at their mom who felt as if she was going to faint.
"What? Me? Uh-WHAT?!" Blair screams as runs her hand over her face.
"See this was why we weren't going to say anything till later," Hayden says slapping Stuart's arm who looks at her sheepishly.
"But the girl is an idiot! I held off as long as I could!" Stuart defends himself as Hayden her eyes.
"Wait..whose's your father?" Tatum asks making Blair look towards her in disbelief.
"Uhm...well that's complicated. Let's just wait," Stuart says as Hayden rolls her eyes.
"I think I need a drink. Maybe twenty," Blair whispers going towards Tatum as she lays her head on her shoulder.
"So sweet of you to name your kids after me. Adorable," Tatum says tapping her sister's nose who glares at her.
"I hate you," Blair says making Tatum laugh at her.
"I'm sorry. That's the wrong answer," the man tells Casey.
"No, it's not. It was Jason," Casey says shaking her head.
"Afraid not," the man tells her.
It was Jason. I saw that damned movie twenty times. It was Jason," Casey defends herself shaking her head.
Then you should know Jason's mother Mrs.Vorhees was the original killer. Jason didn't show up until the sequel," the man tells Casey who is stunned stood frozen.
Hayden looks at Stuart disgusted who rolls his eyes at her sticking his tongue.
"You tricked me...," Casey whispers shaking her head. "Lucky, for you there's a bonus round. But poor Steve...I'm afraid...he's out," the man tells Casey and the implication sends Casey running to the kitchen and to the glass doors.Β
She flips on the porch lights to see Steve's eyes wide, sitting in the lawn chair his stomach gaping open a
mass of blood and ripped flesh his insides lay on the ground between his feet.
There were screams heard around the room as Blair was frozen looking at the screen. She had no words to say to describe how she felt.
A scream erupts from the bottom of her soul as Casey collapses on the floor nearly passing out her face pale and ghostly white as she sobs.
Dewey pulls his sister closer to him looking at the screen in front of him.
"Final question. Are you ready?" The man asks her but she doesn't instead a long, maddening silence.Β Casey reaches up and clicks off the light, making Steve disappear from her sight.
"..leave me alone..please...," Casey begs to the person on the phone.
"Answer the question and I will," the man says as Casey is curled up on the floor like an infant, rocking slowly back and forth.
"What door am I at?" The man asks her making Casey tense up.
"What?" Casey asks terrified.
"There are two doors to your house. A front door and a back one. If you answer correctly-you live," the man tells her and from where Casey sits she can see both front and back doors. She deliberates...with her last bit of strength she tries to strategize.Β
Eyeing both, the front door and the back door trying to
decide between the two.
"If it's two. Then they are at both. It's a trick question," Randy says shaking his head.
"Don't make me...I can't...I won't," Casey tells the caller.
"Your call," the man says while in the darkness, Casey crawls to the kitchen counter-she leans up, and grabs a long, sharp knife. Casey looks around her.
Casey looks down the hall to the front door and then turns back to the kitchen glass door as it suddenly shatters to bits.
Tatum Blair Sidney and Dewey scream at the screen in front of them as everyone looks at them.
A lawn chair comes flying through the chair making glass spray everywhere. Casey springs up to her feet bolting out of the kitchen as a shadow moves quickly through the shattered doorframe.
Casey was now somewhere in the house with her back flat against a window, listening to feet cracking on the shattered glass.
Casey turns and unlocks the latch, quietly sliding it up. She can hear him move through the foyer and then to the front door.
Casey lifts herself up and puts her legs through the window. She holds the knife in one hand, the phone in the other.
"Hang up and call the cops! What you should have done in the beginning?! They would be there by now!" Randy yells annoyed.
Casey eases out the window, fumbling, and dropping the knife back into the house. She starts to reach for it but doesn't risk it and she takes off.
"No! Get the weapon!" Blair and Tatum yell at the screen.
On the side of the Casey has her back to the corner of the house.
"I can hear you. I know you're here," the man says as Casey eases along a narrow path between a tall fence and the side of the house going for the front yard, but she must pass the three curtain-less windows.
She gets to the first one and peeks in only to see the figure has pulled open the foyer closet searching for her.
"He knows where she is. He's just playing with her," Blair says looking at the screen as Randy and Dewey nod agreeing with her. There was no way he did not know.
Casey creeps along, to the next window, she looks in and the figure is completely on the other side of the room moving toward the hall that leads to other parts of the house.
"I wonder if the other one is creeping along right with her," Blair wonders to Tatum who looks at her.
"Maybe," Tatum says to her.
Casey moves further along the house squeezing by hedges to the third window she peeks into the figure staring right back at her his face covered with a ghostly white mask, inches from her. His eyes pierced through soulless.
Tatum Blair Sidney and Dewey scream once again along with Stuart who holds Hayden.
"Get off of me!" Hayden says pushing her twin away from her while Stuart huffs at her.
Casey screams bloody murder as a hand crashes through the glass window grabbing hold of her neck.
Casey beats at him trying to free herself her nails dig into his arm as she wrenches from side to side finally breaking free as the hands disappear inside the house.
Casey sails around the corner of the house, eyeing the front door, but it's still closed. Her eyes cover the sprawling country yard when suddenly headlights appear.
In the distance, coming down the road towards the house she recognizes them instantly.
Her parents.
"Oh my gosh," Blair whispers wide-eyed feeling terrible for her parents.
Casey tears off across the yard toward them moving like lightning. The car turns into the driveway and Casey screams, waving madly, rushing by a tree as the ghost-masked figure appears.
"Fuck! I hate scary movies!" Blair screams jumping into Stu's arms who pulls her close laughing.
"This is real life baby," Stu tells her making her nod.
"I might have forgotten that for a moment," Blair tells Stu who chuckles at her sticking his head in the side of her neck and breathing in the scent he adored.
Casey stumbles back, catching her balance as the figure moves on her, arm poised high, and a flash of silver, a knife, and then Casey is struck across the chest.
She looks down to see her shirt being colored red with her blood with a look of bewilderment as she drops to one knee.
The knife rises again and Casey throws her hand forward as the blade comes down but it's blocked by the portable phone still in her hand.
She turns staggering to her parents as they emerge from the parked car.Β They move to the front door completely unaware of what's happening to their daughter, only feet from them.
Casey stumbles forward her parents ten feet away. She opens her mouth to scream but no sound resonates. She is beyond words as she staggers and sways while the figure moves behind her.
At the front door, parents approach the door.
"That fish smelled strong," Casey's father says.
"I told you to send it back," her mother responds to him.
Casey's father discovers the front door ajar making a puzzled look come across his face as Casey stands right behind them with one arm outstretched.Β If they'd only
turn around, but instead, they enter the house and the door.
"No! Now your surroundings!" Randy yells shaking his head.
Casey collapses on the ground, clutching her bloody chest as the figure appears upon her.
In the foyer of the house, the father sees straight back into the kitchen and the shattered patio door.
"Jeez," he says making her mother look around.
"What is it? Where's Casey?" Her mother asks looking around the house.
"Casey? Casey?" Her father calls and in just a second they're both panic-stricken.Β The father begins
searching the house frantically as the mother is hysterical.
In the front yard, Casey is dragged by her feet through damp soil her hand still clutching the phone as life begins to fade from her eyes.
"Are we going to watch her die?" Tatum asks in disbelief.
"This is going to be legendary," Gale says looking at the scream.
"Not the time Gale!" Tatum yells at her annoyed.
Back in the house, the parents are looking for their daughter.
"Where is she?" Her mother asks her husband worriedly.
"Call the police," her father instructs as the mother moves to the phone in the foyer and picks it up. There
is no dial tone making her jiggle the base.
"Casey? Where are you, honey? Call the police, dammit," Casey's father says searching for his daughter.
"The phone's dead," Casey's mother says when suddenly the softest faintest voice is heard.
"...help me...," Casey is heard from the phone.
"Oh my!" Blair says covering her mouth as tears appear in her eyes. No parent should have to listen to their child be murdered.
"She's here, God, I can hear her. Where's my baby?" Casey's mother exclaims as her husband returns to the foyer finding his wife clinging to the phone.
"Where is she?" He asks his wife who had tears rolling down her cheeks.
I can hear her. Oh, Mother, I can hear her," she exclaims as the father returns to the living room.
"Casey! Casey!" He screams looking for his daughter.
"Not my daughter...not my...," his wife says making her husband grab hold of his wife.
"Get in the car and drive down to the Mackenzie's," her husband tells her as the mother throws the front door open and rushes out.
The father moves through the house when a scream echoes out. The scram of his wife. He tears off to the front door.
The father rushes out the door to find his wife, on her knees, bent over, throwing up. His eyes move beyond to a tree in the front yard and he felt sick to his stomach as he bares witness to the single, most horrifying sight he'll ever see.
His only daughter as she hangs from a big oak tree strung up very much dead her stomach ripped open.
Not a word was spoken as everyone sees what is in front of them. The horrific scene in front of them.
