In the Riley house, Blair and Tatum sit side by side on the couch their hands interlocked as Dewey sits across from him deadly pale and completely frozen.

"I think I broke him," Blair whispers to Tatum who nods at her staring at their brother.

"I'm not broken. Just in shock," Dewey says defending himself as he pulls Blair closer to him who smiles at him.

"I know," Blair tells Dewey who smiles down at his baby sister before kissing the top of her head and holding her tighter to him.

Suddenly Dewey stands him making Blair and Tatum jump as they watch Dewey leave the living room with determination.

"Do you think he's heading to the cemetery to dig up Billy and Stu's bodies just to imagine killing them again?" Tatum questions making Blair look at her wide-eyed.

"That's a good idea," Dewey says nodding his head at Tatum who smiles at him as Blair shakes her head at both of them before looking slightly over to Billy and Stu who are in the far corner just staring at the screen not doing anything as if still in shock and disbelief.

"Well I wasn't but now I am!" Blair exclaims slapping Tatum's arm who shrugs at her before the two immediately pause hearing something fall and then a curse.

The twins share a look before getting up and heading towards where the sound came from which was Dewey's room.

Walking towards the opening of the door Blair and Tatum pause seeing Dewey pacing with a tap measure.

"Uhm Dewey?" Blair questions confused making the man turn towards him.

"We might have to tear down one of the walls to fit both cribs in here. I know you might want to have them near you but they will need a room and you will need sleep," Dewey says as he looks around the room as Blair stares at him with tears in her eyes.

"So this means you don't hate me?" Blair questions sniffling making Dewey immediately turn to Blair wide-eyed.

"Never," Dewey tells Blair sternly leaving no room for argument as Blair nods her head at him trying not to cry.

Dewey looks straight at Blair before rushing towards her bringing Blair in a tight hug cradling her head to his chest as he shakes his head.

"Never. I could never hate you, Blair," Dewey says as Blair sobs clutching onto his button-up.

"You are my baby sister Blair. And no matter what happens I will always be on your side. Always there for you. I love you," Dewey says as Blair cries harder just as another body wraps around her and hugs both Blair and Dewey.

"I love you too idiots," Tatum says sniffling making Dewey and Blair laugh as the three tighten their arms around each other.

Dewey looks at his two baby sisters before pulling them to him in a tight hug as they lay their heads on his chest. Dewey smiles kissing both of their heads feeling the most at peace he has felt the entire time he has been here.

"I can do this right?" Blair whispers softly as she turns her head to look at her siblings who smile at her.

"Of course, you can," Dewey tells her nodding his head.
"And you will never be alone," Tatum says as Blair takes a deep breath nodding her head as she smiles making Tatum and Dewey smile back at her happily.

Hayden and Stuart smile as they lean against each other thinking of their memories growing up. Every single milestone or moment always includes their Mom along with their Aunt Tatum and Uncle Dewey. They were always there. Always.

A few months later at Blockbusters, Randy walks along the shelves restocking before grabbing a movie with a smile on his face.

"Finally I appear!" Randy exclaims making everyone their eyes at him excluding two.

"Look what I found," Randy calls out as he walks towards the front of the store.

"Something good?" Blair questions as she turns to him rubbing the not-at-all-small belly bump she now has.

"Wow," Blair says wide-eyed as she tilts her head before looking down at her stomach now.

Stu smiles sadly staring. He always dreamed of seeing Blair pregnant with his baby. But never like this. This wasn't how it was supposed to be.

"Well of course!" Randy says showing Blair the DVD box of Twister she laughs nodding her head before wincing making Randy rush towards her.

"Are you okay?" Randy questions kneeing in front of Blair who looks down at her belly rubbing it.

"Just a strong kick from baby b," Blair chuckles as Randy smiles at her. Reaching out Blair grabs his hand pressing it to her stomach as she presses down letting Randy feel the kick as he smiles brightly.

"Wow," Randy whispers before looking up at Blair with a bright smile on his face.

"I know," Blair says looking at her face as Randy just continues staring at her.

"I know I don't have the right-," Billy begins as Stu nods agreeing.

"Same," Stu whispers back knowing that should be them checking on Blair feeling the twins kick. It should have been them.

"That was definitely you. You've always been a pain," Hayden tells Stuart who glares at her pushing Hayden away from him who laughs.

Randy shakes his head before getting up and he starts straightening the movies to be put up.

"You know you don't have to babysit me. I would have been fine at home," Blair tells Randy who looks towards her.

"I'm not babysitting you," Randy says scoffing as Blair just stares at him.

"Yes, you are. You all have been ever since...," Blair says trailing off as she looks down at her rounded very pregnant belly. Randy looks at her sadly walking towards Blair.

"Since what?" Dewey questions worriedly looking at Blair who shrugs not knowing.

"We are just worried about you. Especially Tatum who might have told me to watch you," Randy says making Blair chuckle as she shakes her head before taking a deep breath.

"Thanks for rattling me out!" Tatum yells at Randy who shrugs at her trying not to laugh but secretly terrified.

"I know you are all worried I'm going to break, but I'm fine. I should have been prepared for it. I knew people would have opinions about them," Blair says looking at her bump as Randy stares at her sadly watching Blair wipe a stray tear away.

"And Ms.Becker is just grieving. She needs someone to lash out at and the ones she wants to is gone. So that leaves me and them," Blair says as Randy sighs shaking his head.

Stu and Billy swallow at that not even having thought about that. What people would say about Blair and the twins?

"That still gives her no right to tell you that the twins were a mistake you should have died that night not her daughter. No right at all," Randy tells Blair who nods at that not looking at him.

Stuart and Hayden look at each other confused. They knew some people talked about them but not like that. Their Mom never told them anything like that. 

"Ms.Macher reach out again?" Randy questions Blair making her look at him with a deadly glare as Randy swallows at her. She was definitely Tatum's twin.

"Hell no. I told her to stick her money up her ass and to leave me alone. I still can't believe she offered me ten thousand dollars to get rid of my her words exactly "mistake that shouldn't be born"," Blair says angrily as Randy nods remembering Tatum calling him to tell Randy that Blair almost killed the woman and telling her to never show her face on her doorstep again or she would be in the grave next.

"She what?!" Stu screams angrily thinking what his mother said. He knew his mother wasn't the motherly but never would he think she would do that. Never.

"I didn't know what. Did you?" Hayden questions Stuart who shakes his head at her. He remembers the one time he asked about his sperm donor's parents. The look that crossed his Mom's face said plenty. It was a mixture of anger and sadness.

Blair simply told him that the Machers could forgive Stu for his actions and with that never Blair for hers. They blamed her and Stu for his death. They didn't want to be in their life and they were missing out on the best kids ever.

"Randy," Blair calls making him look at her as she looks anywhere but him.

"I'm thinking of something and I need your opinion but you can't tell anyone. Please," Blair says making Randy nod as he walks towards her.

"I'm thinking of leaving after the twins are born," Blair blurts out as Randy looks at her wide-eyed.

Tatum sighs at that but nods knowing that Blair would want to leave. She just would never be left alone. Ever.

"I know this is home, but I don't want them growing up being told they were mistakes and would be just their father. I don't want them to be judged for someone's actions like they already are and they aren't even born yet. What if they look like him? What then? I can't-I won't put them through that. I can handle the whispers and stares but I will never put them through that. Never," Blair says strongly as she sniffles making Randy look at her.

Hayden and Stuart share a look at that. They knew their Mom sacrificed a lot for them and did everything she could to protect them, but they never knew truly how much.

"She's not even safe in her own town, because of us," Stu whispers as Billy nods.

"Blair you do what you think is best for you and those babies. No one knows what's better for them than you. And just know you will never be alone. You have Tatum, Dewey, Sidney, and me. You always will. All three of you," Randy says as Blair nods her head reaching her arms out.

"Help me up so I can hug you now," Blair says making Randy laugh as he grabs her hands lifting Blair out of her chair who goes to wrap her arms around Randy before wincing.

Randy looks at her before looking wide-eyed at Blair.

"Blair-you're bleeding," Randy says making Blair look at him and then down seeing blood run down her legs.

"Randy," Blair whispers terrified before falling unconscious into his arms.

"BLAIR!" Randy screams shaking her slightly as he lowers them to the floor.

Dewey pulls Blair closer to him worriedly. He knew she would be alive and the twins as well but it didn't stop the worry seeing his sister unconscious pregnant and blood around her.

Tatum and Dewey rush into the hospital spotting Randy pacing in the waiting room with blood on his shirt.

"What the hell happened?!" Tatum screams rushing to the boy who turns to her tears in his eyes.

"We were talking and she kept saying the twins were kicking her. But when she stood up she started bleeding," Randy rambles wide-eyed as Dewey and Tatum stare at him.

"Bleeding what do you mean bleeding?!" Dewey exclaims running his hands through his hair as Tatum glares before storming towards the front desk.

"Where the hell is my sister?!" Tatum exclaims slamming her hands on the desk as the lady jumps wide-eyed. 

"Why didn't you do that to begin with?"  Randy questions Tatum who shoots him a bird.

"Uhm ma'am-," the nurse begins as Tatum glares at her.

"Don't ma'am me! Blair Riley! Where is she?!" Tatum exclaims angrily as the nurse nods looking at her computer.

"She's in surgery. A doctor will be with you shortly," the nurse tells Tatum as Dewey walks up confused wrapping an arm around his sister.

"Surgery? Why is she in surgery?" Dewey questions wide eyed worried as Tatum clings to Dewey worried.

"That's all I can say. The surgeon will be with you shortly," the nurses tell the two as she gets up to move the two look and share a look worriedly.

"Guess we were so excited to finally meet Mom," Stuart says shrugging making Hayden slap his arm as Blair laughs shaking her head as Tatum and Dewey share a look.

"A lifetime of scares just started didn't they?" Dewey questions Tatum who sighs nodding her head.

"Yep," Tatum says popping the p as Dewey groans.

A little while later Tatum, Dewey, Randy, and Sidney sit in the waiting room all waiting for news regarding Blair and the twins.

Just as Dewey was about to get up demanding answers again the door opened.

"Family of Blair Riley?" A doctor calls making four of them all jump up Dewey first to the doctor.

"Is she okay? I'm her older brother, Dewey," Dewey says worriedly as he looks at the doctor.

"She is. She's resting and should be awake soon. Her placenta started to detach which isn't unusual for twins. Well rushed her to an emergent c-section and you now have a beautiful niece and a handsome nephew," the doctor tells the group who lets out a huge sigh of relief.

"Stop giving me heart attacks," Tatum says glaring at her sister who chuckles as Hayden Sam Tara and Stuart share a look.

"I'll have a nurse show you where she is and once she wakes up I'll have her bring the twins to her," the doctor says smiling as she waves a nurse over before walking away.

A few days later Blair Riley dressed in a pair of leggings with a long t-shirt walks down the paths of headstones before stopping in front of one.

"Is that mine?" Stu questions looking at the t-shirt that he is pretty sure was in his closet as Billy nods slightly.

Squatting down slightly and carefully Blair sighs softly as she wipes down the gravestone that says only "Stuart Macher".

Stu grabs Billy's arm tightly as Billy holds his hand tightly feeling the same way.

"Hi Stuie," Blair whispers with a small smile as tears pool in her eyes.

"I haven't said that in a while," Blair says shaking her head as she takes a deep breath.

"I had twins. A little girl who I named Hayden like you always wanted. And a little boy named Stuart. They look so much like the both of us, but their smiles Stu are yours," Blair whispers as she sniffles rubbing the headstone.

"You would have loved them so much Stu just like I do. They are so perfect. I wish you had the chance to meet them if only once. But you won't and I think that will always hurt the most. I'm sorry Stu that you never will," Blair says as she begins standing up.

"I love you, Stu. Always," Blair whispers before taking a deep breath.

"Goodbye Stuie," Blair says softly as she stares at the headstone before closing her eyes and walking away.

Walking along the graves Blair wipes her checks before smiling as she sees Tatum holding Hayden and Sidney holding Stuart.

"Hey, you ready?" Tatum asks Blair who looks at the four before nodding.

"Yeah let's go," Blair says as the two girls smile at her softly before the window to the SUV behind them rolls down.

"Let's go ladies! We have a long drive ahead of us!" Randy calls out making Tatum glare at him.

"Of course, you ruin the moment!" Tatum exclaims at Randy who glares at her before scoffing. 

"Don't make me yell when I have a baby in my arms," Tatum tells the boy as she smiles down at Hayden as Blair shakes her head.

Getting in the SUV passenger seat after buckling the twins in Tatum and Sidney get in the car behind them as Randy begins driving heading towards the leaving Woodsboro sign.

"You ready?" Randy questions as Blair smiles nodding her head.

"Yeah let's go," Blair tells him looking in the mirror at the twins feeling a sense of peace surround her.
