I pushed down on the gas pedal reaching 90 mph in a matter of 5 seconds and then swerved in front of someone.

These races always flew by and it was exhilaration at It's finest.

I switched gears to take a sharp turn and drove up coming towards a lifted bridge, I see what Tej's surprise was.

When I was close enough, I pressed my NOS that sent me speeding up the bridge sending me airborne, before landing on the ground swiftly. With me and Brian side to side as we crossed the finish line.

I then swiftly drifted into a stop my leaving my heart beating vigorously and a smile spilling across my lips.

I got out of the car and saw Tej shaking his head as he watched me and Brian.

"We gotta tie y'all. First in history!" Tej announced as everyone cheered harder

Tej handed us 10 bands each and we handed him a share of our cut at the same time. I always did this and to see that Brian did too, had me substantially intrigued.

Tej then held the money up and said: "This is respect y'all, learn that!"

Me and Brian laughed as Suki pulled up, with her bumper destroyed. But that didn't stop her big smile she hopped out with, as everyone cheered for her.

I took another look at her car and said, "Sis, what happened?"

"That fucking bitch of man" She whined causing me to laugh as I felt a small tap on my shoulder causing me to turn around seeing Brian.

"So uh...what about food?" He asked with a smile

"Hmmm...Sure" I said teasingly

He smiled and said "I know just the spot"

"Alright, don't have me eating pea casseroles." I joked

He did nothing but laugh and reply jokingly "My grandma doesn't even make casseroles"

I did nothing but laugh as Suki had her eyebrow raised "What is this whole food thing about? You finally getting dick?"

I looked around quickly seeing he had left and making sure there was no one close around us as my eyes grew wide, "Suki!" I yelped

She laughed and said "I'm teasing. Just watch out for Brian, he has a streak."

I nodded and said "Thanks, babe. Speaking of dick, isn't yours over there talking to that thot Natalie?"

Suki swung her head back and saw them; then said "Oh hell Nah!"

"Ghetto fabulous!" I cheered as she began walking their way and I laughed. Her and Tej are so damn toxic, but they definitely got love for each other.

"Call me tomorrow mama," I yelled after her

After following Brian for about 5 minutes, we stopped at a soul food joint. We got out and he said, "I know the owner and she cooks the best food in Miami!"

We walked into this place and a black elderly lady engulfed him in a huge hug and said "Brian you finally got a girlfriend and she's beautiful!"

I laughed lowly and he said "Momma Janice, she's not my girlfriend just a friend"

She hugged me and I said, "How are you?"

"Good, how are you?" I replied hugging her back

"Good baby, what would you like?"

I made an indecisive look causing to look at me and smirk before he turned to Momma Janice and said "Give us the works"

She then laughed and said, "Let me guess you want all the french fries I have in the back?"

"You know it," He replied

She nodded and said, "Go sit, you guys want some Sprites or something?"

I nodded and said "That'll be great"

She smiled warmly, as Brian grabbed my hand softly and led me to this back booth and we sat down across from each other.

I smiled and said, "Hmm. I see you get around Miami!"

"Something like that, thank you for letting me take you out" He then said causing me to nod,  "No problem, theres nothing else to do anyways."

He then smiled and said, "So what's your name mystery girl?"

"Diana but my people call me Duchess"

"Diana, that's a beautiful name"

I laughed and said "Oh my God, that was so cliché"

He laughed turning red and said "I know"

"You gonna have to come a little harder than that, bright eyes!" I then teased

"Soul Food is the best thing God has put on this Earth" I moaned out while taking another bite of my Fried Chicken

He laughed reaching over the table to wipe the corner of my mouth, with the pad of his thumb.

"So I heard you just got here from LA, why so suddenly?" I asked

He looked out of the diner window and said "Some situations got out of hand and just a lot of bad history" causing me to nod agreeing with his statement.

"I get it, if I could, I would be a million miles away from my family"

He nodded and said "Come on they can't be that bad"

I laughed replying "Well that depends on how you define bad"

He took a bite of his french fry and said "I have all night"

"That so," I said leaning forward against the table, making him blush as he stared into my eyes

I sighed and picked up one of his french fries and said "Well first you have the Firm Partner, ego-driven step-father. Then the Real Housewife of Miami. And the crazy, manipulative ass demon seed sister"

He laughed and said "Maybe you have a point. What about your dad?"

"I wish I could answer."

He nodded and said, "Well I guess we both have family issues."

I laughed and said, "This issue is a big problem, she's trying to train me to be a little housewife and I'm not that...I'll never be that."

As he nodded and I said eagerly "Enough about me, what about you Blondie?"

"Well I'm 23, I grew up here and I don't know you put me on the spot" He replied beginning to laugh

I laughed and exclaimed "I didn't mean to...But it doesn't bother you I'm 18 going on 19 right? I just don't want it to be awkward,"

He laughed and said, "No it does not."

I looked down and said, "I also have to tell you..um my parents made me get together with this dude, so I have a boyfriend, but I am definitely going to break up with him graduation."

He nodded and said, "Well I appreciate your honesty."

I nodded before checking my phone seeing the time and said "Damn it's 2:30"

He gave me a cheeky smile "Time flies when you are having fun."

I smiled and said "Yeah", as Momma Janice came around the corner and said "Alright Brian, beautiful lady. It's time for me to close up"

We nodded and I reached in my purse and Brian said "I got this Diana"

"No, it's fine"

Momma Janice laughed and said, "You babies are fine, look at you guys just arguing like a married couple: No charge, I tell Brian this all the time."

He rolled his eyes playfully and said "Well here's some gratuity"

I then slipped 500 dollars into her apron and she said, "I saw that!"

I laughed and we got up getting ready to leave and she hugged us.

"Y'all be safe!" She urged as we began to walk out of the restaurant causing Brian to say "Aren't I always?" causing her to laugh while we walked out.

"You wanna go watch a movie or chill somewhere? We can go over to my Avó's or the beach?"

He smiled and said, "Well you trusted me to take you out, so I will trust you for the rest of the night."

Me and Brian were now walking the sandy beaches of Miami Beach and conversing about everything.

"I've just always been bent on this idea of adrenaline. When I'm behind a wheel nothing matters. Those 10 seconds are freedom."

Brian looked like he was in deep thought and I laughed "You good?"

He looked over down at me and said "Yeah, you just reminded me of someone."

I nodded and said "You're such a mystery"

He laughed and said, "Yeah, I'm probably a serial killer and don't even know it."

I laughed hardly at his response and said, "Then, I would have to kick your ass."

He stopped and said, "Sounds like, I may enjoy that."

I rolled my eyes and turned towards him and stuck my tongue out.

"Trust me you won't" I teased

"Anyone ever tell you, you're different, in a good way though?" he asked

"All the time, but I'm pretty sure everyone meant it in a bad way, because I'm not an ass kisser."

He laughed and said "Well, I mean it in the greatest way possible"

I got close to him and said "Thank you."

"I hope someone's telling you how good you look doing everything." He then said looking down at me with a small smile

I bit my lip and said, "Yeah, I get it a lot, playboy."

He laughed and said, "I'm glad."

I smirked and said, "Me too."

Brian was now sleeping beside me in my bed, at my Avó's. We had talked each other's head off before we both fell asleep and he was definitely more than that pretty face of his.

No boy has ever made me feel this special in my life, it may be because he's older.

I fought with myself not to touch him or cuddle into his huge body, so I turned over to avoid any contact now missing the moonlight that was glistening over his closed eyes.

Moments later I felt his arms wrap around me pulling me closer.

"All you had to do was ask," he said in a low sleepy tone

I held onto his palm as he moved closer toward me his body pressing closer against mines causing me to feel all of him and the fact he wasn't even hard was sending me farther over the edge.

I began to panic at the fact I was now sexually frustrated and couldn't do anything about it.

This is going to be a long but mentally pleasing night.
