"You two are sadder than a romance movie," Roman said

We then glared toward him before I turned to face Brian again as I asked, "How'd you find me?"

"Bilkins," He replied with a low chuckle causing me to sigh, "We have work to do," I mumbled

"Yeah. I got Jimmy to check the cars out and they're wired up like he'd never seen, then we went over to meet up with Bilkins and Markham decided to grow some brass balls and all hell broke loose. We've got no help from there pretty much..."

"...That's how Markham knew where we were going to be," I said cutting him off

"We got Fuentes in with Verone, Markham tryin' to blow our cover...and we got two wired cars that are no better than that damn ankle bracelet of mine," Rome said walking over to us, "I'ma tell y'all. You let your man Markham do that shit again in front of Verone, that's gonna be our ass." He then concluded

"I know, man. I know. It's gettin' thick real quick, and we may need a way out." Brian said

"We gotta come up with some exit strategy," I spoke

"Exit strategy, huh?" Rome asked

"Yeah."

"I like the way that sounds. What you got in mind?" Rome asked with a smile

"I don't know, man. But we need two more cars." I said as we began making our way back

"But you need a car too?" Brian said

I laughed and lifted up my Corvette's car keys, "I took a scan of my keys and Jimmy got me a new set. Annnnd as we speak he's fixing up my car."

They then laughed and while nodding applauding my work.

"You're such a bad girl," Brian replied laughing

I smirked shrugging my shoulders as Rome said, "I don't want to hear all of that."

I then laughed and said "Alright. We gotta go anyway, hater."

We got Tej, Suki, Jimmy to come out and help us set up this race, which was the easy part now we just needed someone to play the waiting game while the guys Tej called to race against us made their arrival.

"You gonna be careful, baby?" I asked Brian causing him to laugh

"Aren't we always?" He asked with a pursed lip smile

"Yeah...here they come," Tej said causing us to look over seeing he was smiling at us

The same two cars from earlier then pulled up in a 1969 Yenko Camero, a Dodge Challenger R/T, and a beautiful 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona.

By just hearing their engine's rev, I could tell they were running a good 50 grand of specifications under their hoods along with reinforced V12 engines on each.

I turned to Brian and Rome then said, "Look there's no way to beat them straight up, their pushing no way to beat them straight up, V12's along with countless specifications"

Brian nodded and said "I know"

The three cars then stopped with their drivers getting out and to no surprise it was the two assholes from earlier and another lady in the Daytona.

We smirked putting on our game faces looking over at them as three more girls hopped out of the passenger seat of each of their cars.

Rome then said sarcastically "Fonzie and Fabio. Glad you could join us."

Fabio then said "Well we heard you girlies wanted to get rid of those Cracker Jack toys. But it looks like the hottie here already got her a new car, you looking for anything else new?"

I laughed and rolled my eyes as Brian smirked and said, "Actually, we figured those cars you got deserve better drivers, which is why we're going to take 'em off your hands."

The lady with them then laughed and said "You sure, you want your little princess to ride? She doesn't look like she knows her brake from the accelerator."

I laughed and walked over to her lifting 30 bands as I said "Why don't you put your money where your mouth is?"

She laughed sarcastically and said, "You sure about that little girl?"

"Positive," I said gritting my teeth keeping from losing my cool

"Wait. Wait. How about we settle this on the blacktop, huh? Each car does it down and back, tag-team style" Tej said

Suki then walked over to us and said, "For slips. Loser walks home"

I then smiled as Fonzie said, "We came to race."

"Well load 'em up then," Tej rebutted

Brian then said "Come on, let's go get these cars" as we turned walking away a bit as he continued talking to me and Rome, "We're going to have to pull something out of our ass. The only thing I can think of is to save the spray for the return trip, and letting Diana go last against that Daytona because she's pushing a good 425."

I then nodded in agreement as Rome said "Done deal"

They dapped each other, pulling each other into a slight hug before Brian turned to kiss my forehead, and say, "Alright, let's go do this."

"I'm getting that orange one" Rome announced smiling

Rome then walking over getting into his Eclipse as he yelled, "You ain't ready, Fabio!"

Tej walked between Rome and Fabio's cars and said "All right. You each got a barrel to go around down at the end of the road. The second and third waves gotta sit tight till your partner crosses the line right here. First team to go down and back twice wins the race. At which point, the loser will hand over them keys. Otherwise, you'll be eating' breakfast through straws from now on."

"¿Comprende?" Tej asked while looking over to Fabio causing him to reply with a simple, "I get it."

Tej then turned to Rome and said "Oh, this means you too."

"I got it," Rome said with a deadly glare on Fabio

"Alright let's race" Tej said

Rome then began talking trash to Fabio with Suki, Jimmy, and some more of our people on the side cheering Rome on and Fabio then revved up his engine, the car beginning to shake from the pressure, Rome's smile faded.

I gripped my steering wheel ready, ready for this win.

Tej backed up between the cars and put up his arms as he said "Alright here we go."

Suki then walked over and said, "It's all right baby. I'm gonna handle this"

"Handle it," Tej said while wrapping his arms around her waist as Suki lifted her hands in the air and said "Ready and...Go!"

Rome took off and I impatiently waited for him to get back, Rome kept up at first, until then that bitch Fabio got scared and ran into a sign knocking it into Rome's way, causing him to lose control of the car causing Fabio to pass the finish line first and Fonzie to take off.

"Fuck!" I said

"What's wrong, Princess?" The lady said looking over at me through her window

"Your engine isn't as big as your mouth, mamí," I replied looking over at her

She then laughed revving her engine, just as Rome sped past the finish causing Brian to speed off and seeing that Fonzie was on his way back, Brian swerved into the lane he was driving in.

"He's so crazy." I said beginning to laugh lowly

As they raced closer and closer Fonzie finally gave in swerving off to the side to avoid the collision.

I just smiled at his stunt as he caught up, the race getting close with Brian pulling through ahead and me to take off pushing the pedal to the metal reaching 90 miles per hour under 5 seconds.

Hitting her Nos entirely too early to try and catch up, I laughed and said, "Not yet baby, let this little princess show you something"

She then finally caught up on the long stretch causing me to switch gears getting ready for the turn. We both swiftly turned, drifting side by side with hers being too wide.

"Ha!" I cheered as  I switched gears again and took off leaving her in the dust.

And just as she caught up, I pressed my Nos causing it to send me from 120 to about 160mph.

Passing the finish line I did nothing but smile before slowing down as I stopped. I slipped out of my drivers seat happily as Rome yelled, "That's some driving right there, girl, hell yeah!"

He then dapped me as Brian walked over to me, picking me up as he said, "I think your a better trophy than the car."

I smiled kissing him while he sat me down just as big mouth crossed the finish line. She got out of the car, walking over to me before stopping in front of me to shake my hand, "I got mad respect for you girl, you know how to push the whip"

I did nothing but nod with a small smile as she handed me 30 large, her keys and pink slip as the others gave up their keys and slips up as well.

I laughed and said "American Muscle, baby!"
