My tires squealed as I turned swiftly, following behind Dom and Brian as they led the team into the chase to catch the armored vehicles.

Briskly, we moved through the traffic seeing our targets weren't too far away and with Rome and Tej in the air, we were ready to execute our plan and get Elle back.

Hopefully, Jakob too.

We had Leon, Sean, and Earl in the air, and Rome and Tej were in position in space.

It was go time now.

"I've run thermal imaging. Elle's in the armory truck. And I've got a lock on the Aries signal. It's coming from the beast up ahead. We need to get in there to deactivate it by the time Roman and Tej are in position." Ramsey informed as we stayed our positions

"Ramsey, power us up," Dom demanded as we sped up now closer to our targets

And, of course, gunshots rang out the moment we got in position causing us to peel off to the sides dodging what was being sent our way.

They then tried to corner Dom's car on both sides —which wasn't exactly the best idea speaking of the fact he had a magnet in his backseat the size of an engine— causing him to turn the magnet on which led the two trucks on his sides to react in a split second; smashing and attaching to each side of Dom's Charger before he abruptly turned the magnet settings into deviation mode leaving the trucks to smash over into their appropriate sides now disabled and totaled.

The debris then filled the roads leaving us all carefully following behind one another to keep up as well as not crash as they continued to shoot even though we were now in town which led to people on the sidewalks running everywhere.

"Duch, Brian, Savannah, Gisele, Suki and Han. Split!" Dom said as me, Brian and Savannah took a swift turn to the right while Gisele, Suki, and Han took the left

We were getting in position to take them down from the front. Letty and Mia were staying with Dom to keep too much heat from overwhelming him even though we all knew he could eliminate the issue himself.

"Sidewalks are closed off. Civilians are everywhere, keep the chase on the streets." I announced as I noticed all of the scurrying families running from the people who were actually chasing us

"Too late for that, crazy, Dom's already driving like a bat out of hell," Mia informed causing me to laugh

"Good thing I trust you all enough to not hit civilians," I replied as I downshifted taking another left which also led to me taking a beautiful, smoked-out drift

"Alright, Han, Mia, you're up!" Letty announced letting me know they had made it back to them just in time which was our cue for our last turn that would lead us back to Main Street and the team

My ZR1 whined loudly drowning out Brian and Vannah's cars as I pulled back into the main streets with them following in a Supra and Audi.

Seeing Han's car swiveling on the back of the armored truck due to the heavy-duty magnet his Supra carried let me know our plan had come together perfectly and it was time for action.

"Game time, baby! Mia, Han, Gisele you good?" I asked over the comms

"Something's up. I'm linking into their feed now." Mia said causing my eyebrows to furrow as I sped up a bit seeing Jakob fighting a brute on the top of the main armored vehicle he once was in

"Shit!" I mumbled

"He's gonna fall. Dom, we gotta do something! What's the plan?" Brian then said

"Pull to the right Duch," Dom replied causing me to speed up, cutting in front of Brian and pulling up to the side of the truck as I dropped the top to my Vette

Just as Jakob fell, Dom smashed into a flipped car giving Jakob something to fall onto and me to briskly turn the knob to my magnet to contract causing the car to collide into the side of mine.

"Grab my hand!" I yelled over the wind while reaching out my hand that he immediately grabbed onto causing me to pull him with all my might into my car just as gunshots rang out again

The moment he made it in safe I swiftly put the car in reverse and sped backwards to the end of the armored truck Han was now driving.

"Diana, what are you doing?" Savannah asked causing me to ignore her as I steadied the car next to Han's Supra that was hanging onto the truck

"Go," I told Jakob causing him to nod as he opened the door and climbed into the car just as Dom pulled up next to us just catching eyes with Jakob before they both departed

I couldn't do it. I'd never sell my brother out.

Holding a tight grip on my steering wheel I spent the car a full 180 heading back forward with the team.

"Crank it. If we can't break through we stop it." Dom ordered as we fell in formation following behind Han and Mia watching as cars flew into the truck in front of them due to Dom and Letty's magnets

It still couldn't stop the truck or even slow it down. We need a new plan.

"Guys, that thing is not slowing down and the download's almost done! Dom, we don't get out of here now we're dead" Mia warned

"Brian, line up with back tires. Letty, line up with the front! If we can't slow it and we can't punch through, we flip it and we hit the underside!" Dom said as Brian swiftly turned his car before backing it against the end of the truck

Bullets then rang off once again as I heard the sirens.

"Diana, Suki, take 'em out," Brian said causing me to briskly turn into a stop that blocked their way while pulling my gun and shooting at the oncoming cops' tires causing them to flatten and their cars to flip creating a diversion they wouldn't be able to get past without a crane

"Brian, the wires!" I heard Han say

"You read my mind. Get in front of Letty!" Brian replied as me and Suki fell back in line

"Dom, I can't get to you!" Letty then said as she sped up the side of the truck trying to make a move

"But, I can," Jakob said out of nowhere causing me to smile as I thanked God for this miracle

Jakob swerved out pulling to the left of Dom adding full coverage back to the front of the truck just as cops began to flood back onto the streets behind us pulling from alleyways.

Me and Savannah then cranked up our magnets again causing the telephone poles to bend down onto the streets blocking their paths before their cars smacked into the debris flipping and crashing giving us free rein again.

Jakob and Dom then turned their magnets up again smashing into the sides of the front tires before breaking leaving smoke and the smell of gas flooding the air.

The truck then lifted from the back in a straight line from the force causing me to notice Jakob's car being sucked underneath and just before the truck crashed head-on Dom sped under the falling truck and Jakob jumped onto the back of his car.

"Back in position, load up!" I announced as everyone fell in position while Dom and Ramsey evaded their cars jumping onto the truck that was still sliding on its head

They then blew it open and headed inside as I and the team stayed on guard while they headed to disengage the satellite.

"Guys, what's happening up there? We've got seconds left!" Ramsey snapped as we all waited for Tej and Rome's response

"Let's go! Let's do it!" Tej said just before Ramsey began her countdown

A long silence passed as we waited for the word.

"We did it!" Ramsey cheered after a sigh causing me to finally take in a deep breath

"Yes!" Letty then yelled happily

The truck then began to slide off the upcoming cliff causing Ramsey to think fast as Dom helped her jump off of the free-falling truck into the truck Han was driving with Mia, Elle, and Gisele.

Me, Brian, Suki, Savannah, Jakob, and Letty just followed off to the side as the trucks collided into a building structure making a mess of the building material as we sped down the hill.

"Dom!" Letty said now confused on why he wasn't in position as we saw a break that led us back to a road

Seeing a jet incoming I then knew what was up, but if all hostiles were eliminated who could it be?

Dom reached into the bag of explosives before chucking one at the front of the truck before heading back into it.

"Dom, what are you doing, man?" Brian asked stressfully as the truck blew in the front before rolling violently down the hill onto the long stretched road wheels down and now in control causing my heart to regain consciousness

"Yes!" Letty voiced with a sweet chuckle as we drove behind the truck

"Dom, we still have trouble," Gisele said as we all were fixated on what we were going to do about the oncoming jet that had begun shooting missiles at the truck causing explosions to set off around it

Dom then jumped out as the truck began to flip causing it to crash into the oncoming jet with fiery debris filling the air as we all pulled up in an orderly fashion.

Getting out of our cars we all met where Jakob and Dom stood.

"Think these belong to you," Jakob said breaking the tension between the two of them as he held up Dom's car keys

Dom just looked at them for a second before he held that look in his eyes.

"There's gonna be a lot of people coming after you, Jake." Dom then said

"Yeah. This is the world I chose, Dom." Jakob replied simply

"You know, Dad wasn't perfect. And he loved us all the same." Dom said causing me to smile lowly as Mia appeared beside me

"You know, someone once gave me a ten-second car...as a second chance...I owe you that, little brother." Dom said still holding that look in his eye as he handed Jakob the keys

I placed my hand on Brian's chest with him pulling me close innocently while we smiled at the scene unfolding.

Me and Mia then headed over hugging our older brother tightly before pulling away slowly.

"Who taught little Diana to drive like us? She's almost better than me and I remember when we were all way older and she was in diapers." Jakob teased causing me to laugh

"We'll have our day and when we do I'll gap you," I replied causing him to crack a small smile

"Don't learn the hard way about Diana, she's the best drifter in the family, and ever since she started driving imports a bit, she's gotten better," Dom said in a raspy tone

"Aw, imports? Why, D?" Jakob groaned

"I married an import geek. Don't knock it 'till you try it." I replied shrugging my shoulders while laughing

Jakob then looked off into the distance for a short while looking a bit conflicted before sighing and saying, "I have to go."

"Hey, hey. We lost you once. Don't let that happen again, okay?" Mia said as she grabbed his hand

Jakob just smiled causing me to hug him again and say, "Yeah, because you have three nephews and two nieces you have to meet."

Jakob then nodded before beginning to walk to the car before stopping and saying, "Tell them about me...and that I'll meet them real soon." and getting in the car, driving off

"Of course," I whispered with a sigh before hugging Dom

"Shit, this family is complicated!" I groaned as I began to look off into the distance seeing Jakob disappear

"Let's go home..." Brian said as he wrapped his arm around me

"Yeah. Let's go." I replied

"And, what about Tej and Forehead?" Suki asked causing me to die of laughter as everyone followed suit

"Yeah, let's get them before Rome shits his pants," I replied

Lᴏs Aɴɢᴇʟᴇs, Cᴀʟɪꜰᴏʀɴɪᴀ

I smiled while sitting on Brian's lap as we all hung out in the backyard of Dom and Letty's home waiting for everyone to arrive.

Dom had taken the kids down to the old race track Dad used to race at, he said he wanted to tell them about Dad, and in the wake of Jakob just arriving it just made sense.

I couldn't tell Meadow, Adeya, Jack, Blake, or Little Brian much about Dad and that would be something that would always break my heart but their Tío's and Tía would always be able to keep his spirit alive in conversation.

"So we just sitting in Space man and I'm wondering how the hell I let y'all talk me into being the one who was actually gonna go up there!" Rome ranted as we laughed and casually drank our beers

"Rome, we trusted you with a big part of the mission, you and Tej came through too!" Brian reassured before Suki said, "We didn't want a headache from all the screaming this time. Keep it real 'foo!"

"See. This is exactly what I be talking about!" Rome said lowly causing me to shake my head

"You, Sean, Tej, Twinkie, and Earl did great Rome. Celebrate it." I said causing his mouth to drop

"Duchess is being nice to me?! What the hell is up with you fam?" Rome asked beginning to smile

"Oh, God." I groaned leaning my head onto Brian's shoulder

"He's never letting this go, baby," Brian said causing me to laugh as I agreed with a fake cry

"You're damn right!" Rome cheered

Han then walked around the corner with Elle and Gisele causing Earl, Twinkie, and Sean to stop in their tracks with a smile.

"What? No way!" Earl mumbled

Sean then headed over hugging him in a tight embrace before letting him go for Earl and Twinkie to hug him as well.

"What's going on?!" Twinkie exclaimed greeting Han

"I couldn't believe it when I heard you were alive," Sean said in disbelief

"It's a long story...But for now, let's just enjoy the moment, huh? Guys, this is Elle." Han said with a smile before introducing Elle to them causing me and Brian to walk away letting them have their moment

"Look at this...remember when this shit scared us?" As I looked over at Santos and Leo who was borderline burning the food on the grill and our family that surrounded us

"Picket fence living? Absolutely." Brian replied beginning to laugh as we watched as Mia introduced Ramsey to Santos and Leo

Dom then pulled up with the kids causing them to run happily over causing everyone to greet them just as happily with smiles.

"Now, having all of this and seeing all of our family together and safe. This will never scare me again." I said looking over into Brian's eyes causing him to press a gentle kiss onto my lips

"We still have one more race." I then said to him with a smile as I wrapped my arms around his neck

"One more?" He asked with a smile

"One more," I repeated as he smiled grabbing his keys as I did the same

"Dom. Me and Brian will be back!" I yelled over the music causing him to nod as we kissed our kids' cheeks and let them know their parents would be back soon as well

"Not too long, you two. Foods almost ready and the kids are saying grace!" Dom announced causing us to smile and nod

"10 minutes!" Brian replied as he slipped into his Skyline as I did my Corvette

Me and Brian drove down the block to an open secluded street before looking over at each other with the same smiles we had after racing one another for the first time.

I used to live my life recklessly, without real reasoning but the moment I met him he brought the life back to me without me even realizing it.

I'm forever thankful and bound to Brian. He got me back to my family, blessed me with three beautiful children, and through it all was my best friend and the love of my life.

No matter where he was or what was in our paths. It'd forever be us and the family we built against everything.

We were gonna be the death of each other as well as the life between one another, no matter where we were, whether it was a quarter-mile away, or halfway across the world.

We'd always be with one another and always be those reckless, crazy, adrenaline-filled junkies we were the same day we met thirteen years ago living day-to-day in the fast lane.

A/N: Alright, you all. This is the end! Years of thinking about what I'd say and I'm speechless. This book will always mean the world to me just like all of you.

I have inspired so many people to make Fast and Furious books over the years and I'm happy to know you guys think that highly of my writing when it all started with me being bored and not knowing how to drive!
