Let Her In

"What do you mean no longer themselves?"

Zella was taking her sweet time making her way to the McCall residence where she knew Scott would be and maybe even Kira along with him.

She had a mission to complete and as she has stated multiple times before, nobody would get in her way to complete it, especially not a group of teenagers who had no idea what was already taking place in the town.

On video footage Silverfinger saw the deal go down, between the younger seller and his buyer but what he also saw when his buyer provoked the younger seller, that was not all the younger buyer was intended to be, he was a werewolf.

So this alarmed Silverfinger to look through his other camera footage and he saw what looked like a young woman knocking out his bodyguards and also an older man.

So he knew they were coming for him so he readied himself and pulled out a gun and aimed it at the entrance of the first door.

Soon after Chris Argent stepped foot into the room with his gun held up and stated "All I want to do is talk."

"Taking out my security is not what I call a good conversation starter."

"You don't remember me do you?" Chris asked as he started walking closer to the older man.

Without taking his eye off the man he said, "Allison, take the man's gun" as he already knew his daughter just stepped foot into the new room.

Silverfinger had a late reaction, and as soon as he turned around to face Allison she used a chain rope to snatch the gun out of the man's hand like her father instructed.

"Now, can we talk?" Chris asked as Silver finger faced him again.

And as Chris was about to speak to Silverfinger, Isaac called out.

"Guys, they have a werewolf too." He explained as the other man's claws were already on his throat waiting to claw it out.

Back at the McCall residence Scott and Kira were being questioned by his father.

"Let me help you out here, this kind of thing usually begins with something along the lines of, 'It's not what you think.' or 'I can explain'."

As Rafael was going on about how he wanted them to start explaining to him why there was a picture of Kira and Scott on his laptop, but that wasn't Scott's main priority at the time he was too busy looking out the windows to see when the sun was setting.

"Dad, let me help you out. You need to leave." Scott said as he faced the man who was non – existence most of his life.

But Rafael wasn't leaving till he got what he came for. "I will, with a satisfactory explanation."

"Go get a warrant," Scott said as he was really getting fed up with his father's questions and just wanted him out of the house for his own safety.

"I don't need a warrant, I'm your father."

"No, you're a gene donor. I got my hair color from you, and that's all I got. So you're not allowed to play tough dad with me." Scott said back to his father and soon after that Melissa McCall walked through the door.

"Hey, what's going on?" She asked, sensing the tension in the room.

"Maybe one of you should explain."

And Kira who was still there just awkwardly listening to the whole debacle between Scott and his father, looked out the windows and saw the sun had finally gone down.

She turned and said "Scott.."

The whole house went dark right after she uttered those words, and one oni was standing in the living room.

As Rafael saw the 'man' standing in his old house he said "Who the hell is this?" and started walking forward to the unknown person.

And as he was walking towards the unknown person in his house Scoot turned his head to see what he was talking about and when he saw what his father was talking about his eyes widened and said "Dad, no! Dad, wait"

Then another oni came out of nowhere and pierced it's sword through Rafael McCall's chest.

Kira screamed and Scott called out for his father.

Scott got into his protective mode and half–transformed, then the front door got kicked in and Melissa took that as an advantage to drag Rafael to another room to get him situated.

And Derek Hale popped in wolfed out and all along with Scott. And the oni armed themselves and started fighting.

As Scott was dodging the sword strikes from an oni, he reminded his mother to get the mountain ash.

Kira who was watching the whole fight go down missed the presence of another oni right behind her, and as she finally felt the other oni's presence she turned around and it snarled at her.

But as soon as it was about to attack her two twin wolves jumped in through the McCall's windows and alerted the oni.

And as all the wolves in the house overpowered the oni in that moment and threw them out of the house Scott turned to his mother, "Mom, now! Do it now"

Melissa, who had the bottle of mountain ash, ran to the front door and threw it on the ground creating a barrier.

Kira felt something off about the barrier so she went to go touch it and was shocked by it.

Meanwhile, with Chris in the warehouse.

Chris pulled out something wrapped in a rag and laid it out on Silverfinger's desk and opened it up, which the object was revealed to be a broken oni mask.

"Starting to remember? It was 24 years ago" Chris said as he reminded the man.

"You know what they are, don't you?"

"They're called oni, they are demons and they are unstoppable. Silverfinger explained.

Back at the McCall residence, "All the baseboards are ash wood?" Derek asked, looking around at the floorboards.

"Uh, yeah. It was Deaton's idea, and where the hell did you come from? Scott asked, seeing as he hadn't seen Derek all day and then he just mysteriously popped up at his place at the right time.

"I've been following you" Derek said as if it was the most common thing in the world.

"For how long?"

"All day" Derek said and walked off.

Scott went to go check on his mother and his wounded father, and he was seeing signs that if they didn't get Rafael to a hospital fast then he was going to die soon, and both Scott and his mother also had no idea on how to stop the oni.

With Silverfinger, "Nothing, at least no man–made weapons.The oni are a force of nature. You don't fight a tsunami, you endure it, and you hope that you're not destroyed in its path."

Seeing as no one knew who to kill an oni, Allison asked "Then how do we endure it?"

"One of you already has," Silverfinger said as walked over to Isaac

"This is Japanese kanji for 'self', this means he is still himself." Silverfinger said as he turned Isaac's head to show the marking behind his ear.

"The oni are looking for one who is no longer themselves."

"What do you mean no longer themselves?" Chris questioned

"Possessed by a dark spirit." Silverfinger elaborated.

While hiding in the house waiting for the sun to come up again Kira, Aiden and Ethan were in the kitchen.

And with Aiden being curious to what Kira was because the mountain ash affected her like it did them he decided to ask some questions.

"It's Kira, right?" and she nodded her head yes as he faced her, "You going to tell us what you are?"

"What? What do you mean?" Kira asked as she was a little taken aback by the sudden question.

Aiden grabbed her risk and as he was about to pull her to the barrier, Ethan interrupted "Aiden" he said in a warning tone.

"Watch!" he said back to his twin brother and led Kira to the screen do and put her hand by the barrier and saw it zapped her.

"See that, she can't go through it either, so what are you?" Aiden continued to ask as the twins surrounded her.

And Derek who was walking around the house was about to speak up when all of a sudden they heard a slow clapping.

And the twins, Derek and Kira turned to face where the noise was coming from or should I say who the noise was coming from.

"I'm surprised it took you this long to figure out she was supernatural, I mean you do have eyes to see right, so turn on those color blinders and look. And if that's not enough for you to figure out, then I'll just tell you... She's a kitsune, a very powerful one at that once she trains more." Zella stated looking very intrigued by the young kitsune

The twins did change their eyes and see her fox-fire aura blazing.

"Now that you know what she is, care to let me in. I mean I do strictly remember saying to y'all last time that we would be meeting again, and looky here we meet again." Zella said with a sly smirk

"You know we can't do that" Derek said

"Oh, come on Derek you know we're best buds we can hate you uncle together, actually I think a lot of people hate your uncle so why don't we make a book club already, all you have to do is let me in." Zella said as she was teasing him.

"As much as I dislike my uncle, we're still not letting you in." Derek said as he was leaning against the kitchen counter.

"Fine, don't let me in, that won't stop me from coming in though." Zella said with a blank emotion on her face, and with that Zella disappeared from where she was standing which was the front door.

Silverfinger started to explain to Chris, Allison and Isaac all the different kinds of kitsune. "There are 13 kinds of kitsune, Celestial, Wild, Ocean, Thunder, but there is one, the dark kitsune. They call it Void or Nogitsune." Silverfinger stated.

And that's when Chris realized, "A Kumicho."

"That's right, He was possessed by a nogitsune, it's what helped him rise through the ranks of our yakuza family. Nogitsune draws its power from pain and tragedy, strife and chaos."

When Kira found out what she was, she ran to find Scott and tell him, but now she was having doubts because she thought she was what Zella was looking for.

As Derek was watching the oni Aiden spoke up to say, "I wasn't going to hurt her."

"Not yet," Derek replied back casually.

"Why do you think we're here, Derek? For a study group? We're here to protect Scott." Aiden reasoned.

"We're trying to fight for him." Ethan added.

"I'm sure you are, I'm sure you'd kill for him." and he turned around to face the twins "But are you willing to die for him?"

As a few minutes passed, Melissa McCall was applying pressure to Rafael's wounds when she felt her house shake.

Scott came into the kitchen and saw Zella and an oni hitting the barrier with their swords, "What are they doing?" he asked.

"Testing for weaknesses." Ethan said as he figured it out.

"You won't let me in, so I figured if you wouldn't let me do this the easy way around, then the hard way it is, I told you I'd find my way in even if that means breaking down this house." Zella said as she kept hitting the barrier of mountain ash.

And finally a part of the barrier opened and Zella got her hand through it.

This alarmed Ethan when he saw it, so he decided to point it out to the group of people among him, "Guys? We have a problem."

Zella heard what he said and as she saw everybody looking in her direction she smiled.

And with the quickness Scott called Allison to see if she found out anything new, "Allison, please tell me that you have something. They're here, they're trying to get in and it looks like they're going to be able to do it."

"Okay, look what Zella told us was true, they're Japanese demons called the oni. They're looking for someone possessed, someone with a dark spirit attached to them." Allison said as he spoke over the phone.

"A nogitsune," Scott pointed out as he remembered reading it from the book Kira brought.

Allison was confused on how he knew that but continued on, "Okay, they won't hurt you, they know you're supernatural but once they do this check, once they realize that you're not carrying with you this dark spirit, then they won't hurt you I promise. All they're looking for is the nogitsune."

"Okay, did the guy say anything about Zella?"

"That's the thing, he doesn't know about any shadow woman or a leader of the oni, the time he faced off with the oni it was just them."

And with that Scott ended the phone call.

"I'm right, aren't I? They're looking for me." Kira said as she was already worried enough.

"They're looking for a dark spirit, and I know it's not you." Scott said as he comforted Kira.

"Scott, we're going to have to do something." Derek spoke aloud.

Before Scott could do anything, Zella ripped through the barrier and stepped right in the McCall residence.

"Now what is it you huma– I mean werewolves say? Ah, right...'I'm coming for you'." Zella said in a sing–song–like voice.

"Don't do anything" Scott said as he was taking the advice Allison gave him.

"Is he serious?" Aiden said as he was blown out of proportion to think Scott would ever say something like that.

Scott stepped up "I said don't do anything" and turned back around to take Kira's hand so they would go through it together.

Zella and one of her oni were standing right in front of Scott and Kira, "Good job Scotty, you've finally made the right move, I'm very proud, now let's get this over with shall we."

She stepped forward and placed her hand on his head and combed through his mind and body, while her eyes turned jet black.

And the oni beside Zella took care of Kira doing the same thing she was doing to Scott.

As Scott and Kira were getting checked Aiden was about to step in but Derek pulled him back.

As the ritual went on Zella and the oni were looking deep into their souls and tilted their heads to indicate they were almost finished.

Zella finished first and when done with Scott she finally marked him behind his ear, and let him drop to the floor followed by Kira.

And just like that the oni disappeared into the shadows, but Zella was still standing in the living room.

"Well seeing as I brought the oni here and they injured Rafael I can heal him as a sign of peace."

And she walked out of the room to go find him.

And when she came into the room with the injured McCall she also saw a woman there applying pressure to his wound.

As Melissa looked up and saw the woman she bagged back, but Zella raised her hands and said "I come in peace, I'm just here to heal him enough, so he won't die on his way to the hospital."

And that's just what Zella did, her shadow healed him.

And after that she left the room to go talk to the group as she knew Scott and Kira were waking up about now.

"Listen I know you think I'm the bad guy in this situation right now, but I'm guessing your other friends went to go find out more about me and the oni and what it is we do, and I'm sure they'll tell you. So when you're ready to talk just say my name out loud and I'll hear you." Zella stated as he was walking out the front door.

"Seriously we just say your name and you appear?" Aiden questioned being skeptical.

"Yeah, just like that," and with that Zella disappeared through the shadows of the night.

Melissa made it to the hospital with Rafael being stable and Scott he was going to go find Stiles.

Stiles who had just woken up from his slumber to go find Melissa wandered down a darker hallway.

And he felt a presence behind and turned around to see two oni's snarling at him. And as he tried to run away a third oni came in front of him and was about to perform a search on him like his friends.

But before Stiles could even think his own arm reached out and grabbed the oni's wrist and something dark came over him as he turned back around to look the oni in the eye.

And with the quickness he stuck his left arm into the oni's chest and ripped out its firefly which killed the oni.

Stiles turned back around to face the other two oni, and as they struck, so did he.

Scott was making his way down to look for Stiles when he heard a thud so he went to go check it out.

When he found Stiles , he was just in a room staring straight forward.

"Stiles? You okay?"

While Scott asked Stiles still had the dark look on his but when he turned around he was regular old Stiles again.

"Yeah, fine. What's been going on?" Stiles said as he and Scott walked out of the unused room.

But Scott missed the dead firefly on the ground.

But the one thing Void didn't know was that the ancestor's made a link to him and his superior (Zella).

And soon after the ambulance picked up Rafael and sent him to the hospital, Zella also went to the hospital that night but not for moral support.

She went there to test Stiles for the nogitsune, but she didn't directly go in the room; she waited out of the door to see what would happen because she already had her suspicions ever since the rave when she danced with him.

The night of the rave she felt a connection, but not a romantic one. She felt the connection of void, but it wasn't a strong one, so she knew she would have to follow up on Stiles eventually.

And at the hospital she did she saw Stiles take down 3 of her oni, and knew it was him.

And as she saw this go down she uttered one word before she left the hospital, "Gotcha."

I'm back, I was under the weather for 2 days, but I'm back now!

I'm ready for more scenes between Zella and the pack!
