CHAPTER FOUR: Sanctuary
Sorgan was a remote planet located in the Outer Rim of the galaxy. The planet was characterized by vast forested swamps, creating a serene and tranquil environment. It was a peaceful green land dotted with shimmering lakes, tranquil ponds, and quaint villages nestled within the lush foliage. On Sorgan, the villagers, mostly farmers, made a living by harvesting krill from the wetlands to produce a popular local beverage known as spotchka. The villages were inhabited by simple folk who relied on limited droids and primitive weapons for their protection, making them vulnerable in the unforgiving wilderness.
The peaceful villages fell victim to the ruthless raiders, who plundered their homes, seized their supplies and food, obliterated their droids, and senselessly harmed innocent civilians. The villagers were left defenseless and without sustenance, their hard-earned homes laid to waste.
After a recent attack by raiders, one of the villages was left in disarray. The aftermath was chaotic, and the villagers were left to deal with the aftermath of the destruction caused by the Klatooinian raiders.
Caben and Stoke, two villagers from a village that had been attacking hours before brought back helpers, the Mandalorian and Cara Dune, an ex-shock-topper. They needed their help because Klatooinian raiders were making a living hell for the villagers in Sorgan. They needed the Raiders gone.
The next day, Cara Dune and the Mandalorian were walking in the forest to find the raiders to see what they were going to do about it. They agreed to help the village with their problems with the raiders. Mando used his range of vision to track the footprints of the Klatooinian.
He stopped in the middle along with Cara doing the same thing too. Mando pressed a button from his vambraces after he saw quite a lot of footprints.
"About 15 or 20 of them came through here on foot." Mando's monotone voice said to Cara, pointing in the direction he saw the footprints in his vision.
The Mandalorian looked around the forest to the ground and tree branches, he saw the red light spark. There was something big that the Klatooinian raiders had.
"And something big sheared off those branches." He also tells her to point right amongst the tree branches and Cara looks right where he is pointing at.
Mando then walks past Cara trying to look for any signs of something big. He spotted a big print on the soil ground and crouched down toward it as well as the woman did. Cara knew right away from the print.
"AT-ST." Cara blurted out. "Imperial walker. What's doing here?" The Mandalorian wondered.
"I don't know. But this is more than I signed up for." Cara tells Mando, seeing in front of their way there are many prints of the Imperial Walker.
The Mandalorian was frustrated after finding out that the raiders had an Imperial walker in their hands. It's made it more difficult to defeat the Klatooinian. He tilted his head a bit when something caught in the corner of his range of vision. He saw that two footprints were heading down to the side of him.
"There's one heading down there," Mando spoke to Cara catching her attention. They were debating if they should follow the tracks of one of the Klatooinian.
"One is better than 20 of them," Cara emphasizes to the Mandalorian.
He nods yes to agree with her. They both take out their blaster and the Mandalorian guides Cara to where the footprints are heading towards. They had to make sure they were extra precautions just in case they were going to run into problems.

They have been following the footprints for a while trying to be quiet as possible. Also making sure to look all around their point for areas, to see if any attacks were going to jump upon them.
Until Mando saw a text was out in the distance and he sightly hit Cara on her arm. She looked at the Mandalorian and he pointed his finger toward a direction. She snapped her head to see the same thing he saw. They both start to walk towards the tent.
Cara and him got behind the tent and he lifted the cover with his blaster. He peeked inside the tent to see only a bed, bag, and food but there was no one inside the tent. Cara quietly walked to the side of the tent and slowly lifted her head to peek in the front. She sees a figure with the hood on sitting on top of the rock crossing the legs facing the other direction.
A whistle caught the attention of Mando and walked over to Cara. She tilted to the side telling him to check it out then moved away from the corner. He peeked his Mandalorian's helmet and saw a warm figure. Mando turns off his range of vision revealing the actual figure. He couldn't see the face because its back was facing them.
"It's meditating." Cara mouthed to her partner and he nodded to respond to her without making a sound.
They both leave the side of the tent and start quietly heading to the figure. Make sure to look down to see if there are any branches, one wrong break of a branch will alert the cloaked figure, and make there are no traps.
Aly was meditating on the rock, it usually calms her down with any stress in her. Weeks, since an unknown someone crept into her dreams telling her that they needed her help and she believed it was the Gods warning her that someone's life was in danger. It was possibly that creature that looked like Yoda.
A voice then blew names into her ears causing her to lose her meditating and opens her eyes to see a view of trees in front of her. Cara Dune and Din Djarin, the Mandalorian, it's said in her ears and indeed felt to presence behind her.
"Cara Dune and Mandalorian," Aly spoke up gently. She didn't say the Mandalorian's name because it's his privacy and no one should know but his family.
The two stop in their tracks after hearing a clear woman's voice. Cara's eyes widened when she heard the woman speak to her and Mandalorian pointing his and the shock-topper blaster towards Aly.
"Please lower your weapons. I did not harm Omera and the villagers." Aly slowly gets up from the rock as the two of them still with blasters draw to her back.
"How do you know my name?" Cara asked Aly then she turned her heel around finally facing them. They could hardly see her face because of the hood.
"I can't tell you that or else your bounty hunter might end up killing me," Aly replied to Cara. She hesitated and brought down her blaster and she looked at Mando.
"Put down the blaster," Cara tells him. Mando did not take orders from anyone if he felt like someone was suspicious and had his weapon as the suspect. He was damned not to put it down.
Aly just stood there standing on top of the rock waiting for the Mandalorian to say something to her. She slowly lifted her hands from inside of her cloak and Mando had his finger on the trigger already shot the person. She understands why Mandalorian doesn't want to drop his gun, he needs her face to be seen by him.
Aly did it at a slow pace set her hand above her hood and took it off.
Mando and Cara see her take off the hood revealing a brown haired young woman with the sun hitting her blue eyes and her cheeks red from the cold.
"Is this enough for you Mandalorian?" Aly asked the Mandalorian. He said nothing and slowly released his finger away from the trigger then finally pulled away his blaster from his belt.
"I'm not part of those raiders you are hunting right now," Aly adds.
"You're coming with us." Din finally said something to her. Cara shoots her eyes towards him. "Why?" She asked her partner.
"There is something not right about her, don't you want to know how she knows your name and she knew we were right behind her?" He stated to Cara.
The Mandalorian's interest in Aly prompts him to pursue further information about her.
