BREAKING NEWS!

Just in, we've received news that an apartment complex down on 3rd Avenue has seemingly caught fire. As of now the circumstances behind the fire are still unknown, and both the fire department and the NYPD police forces are doing their best to ensure everyone inside is being brought to safety. However it is yet to be confirmed whether or not every single person inside has successfully been evacuated.....

The world around her seemed eerily similar to what her father had once described hell to be like as a little girl, who couldn't have been on this earth for longer than six years, sat sobbing underneath what was once their lovely dining table.

When trying to recall how something like this could have possibly happened, nothing came to mind except the withering, bone-chilling screams and cries of her neighbors and family alike.

There now seemed to be nothing left of the once olive green paper decorating the walls of their living room, other than the peeling, scorched remains mourning the loss of what they once had been. And the floor on which she had once danced oh so happily with her mother, was now the stage of a million different blazing ballet dancers performing their last incandescent act.

....We have been informed that there are indeed still people unable to be evacuated left behind in the building. The fire department as well as the NYPD are trying to find a way to get the people still stuck in the complex out as safe as possible, but so far the situation seems bleak. It seems that all we are currently able to do is pray for the people still stuck inside the building, but we'll be sure to keep you updated on any further taken actions....

With her eyes squeezed shut and her knees pulled as close to her body as physically possible, she tried to tell herself that this had to be a nightmare. However, this fantasy proved to become increasingly difficult to convince herself of as the flames drew closer and closer to where she was hiding, and the thick scorching air began to fill her lungs, clogging up her airways with nothing but soot and smoke. Yet, the moment those blazing hounds were about to start licking at her feet, a loud slam caused her eyes to fly open.

For a short period of time there was no further noise or indication of anything other than the burning flames around her. That is until that same loud noise sounded again. And again. And again. Continuing repetitively, until suddenly the once blocked door of what was once her home flew open with an even louder crash.

With a start, the girl crawled further against the blackened wall, praying to God that somehow she would survive this. That somehow she'd be able to tell her parents how much she loved them once more. And as the sound of rushed yet careful footsteps drew closer and closer to where she was situated, the girl could see a pair of silhouetted feet appear from where she was hidden under the barely standing dining table. 

However before she was able to truly see who it was that had barged in to rescue her from the scorching beast that continued to devour her home, the smoke polluting her airways became too much for her body to bare, and the last thing she would ever recall of that horrid night would be a pair of strong intricately tattooed arms carrying her out of the blazing confinement she had been trapped in moments before.

....As of now there still seems to be nothing the police or firefighters are able to do without causing additional damage to the building and possibly further endangering the victims of the fire still inside the building. It is unclear in what state the victims are in, and- whats that? There seems to be a hooded person carrying two elderly people and a little girl out from the burning building and to one of the ambulances parked in the surrounding area of the complex!
However our hooded savior doesn't seem to leave any time for questioning as they quickly flee the scene...
