OPHELIA WAS SITTING ANGRILY on the bed that Damon was currently laying at. After getting kidnapped by him, she swore that she would not speak a word to him until he apologized for what he attempted to do to her family.
As Ophelia was folding her arms across her chest, Damon stared at her back, smirking at what he was plotting of doing next.
"You know you have a pretty back," Damon said nonchalantly out of nowhere. Ophelia scrunched her eyebrows in confusion, wondering where that came from, and turned around to face the blue-eyed vampire.
"What?"
"I said you have a -"
"Yeah, I know what you said. I'm just shocked that you still think I will forgive you within the snap of my fingers. I'm still mad at you, Damon. For attempting to murder my family and for stabbing me behind the back for Elena."
Damon just kept quiet as he tried to muster up an explanation. He knew he messed up, but Damon being Damon wouldn't own up to his mistakes just like that. Even if it was for Ophelia.
Ophelia scoffed and went to the other side of the room, trying to get as far away from Damon as possible. Then soon enough, Ophelia decided it was best to leave the hotel room to get some fresh air. As the girl walked through the entire hotel, she let out a long and frustrated sigh.
"Well, I sure hope that sigh wasn't for me." Ophelia whipped her head around to see Kol leaning on the railing with his signature smirk on his face.
"Uncle Kol," Ophelia said, relieved to see someone that she knew would go behind her back. She smiled and ran towards her uncle giving him a love-filled hug. "How did you find me?'
"I have my ways, darling. Anyways, would you like to meet an old friend from our family? Her name is Mary."
Not wanting to be around Damon or the Gilbert's, Ophelia nodded her head in agreement and followed Kol to his car so they can talk to Mary Porter.

Ophelia closed the door to Kol's car as she stared in the house in front of her. The food was rotted, black, and quite frankly, messy.
"Now Ophelia, this lady we are about to see, she can be a little...bloodthirsty, so if she tries to do anything, let me know and I'll rip her head off." She nodded slowly, still a little unsure of what was about to come at her once she goes into the house.
The house was dark and quiet, suspiciously quiet, but Ophelia still kept her guard up. Soon out of nowhere a lady with blonde curly hair, popped in front of Ophelia, making her jump in fear. Kol soon flashed in front of the human girl, putting a protective arm around her body.
"Oh, well hello, Mary. It's been...a long time." Kol looked at the vampire up and down seductively, making Ophelia scrunch her face in an 'ew' expression.
"It's very good to see you too Kol." Mary diverted her attention away from the original and then to Ophelia, making her shift in her place, feeling slightly uncomfy.
"Did you bring food?" Mary asked, making Ophelia's eyes widen. Before Mary could pounce at Ophelia, Kol stood in front of his niece, considering that he was her protection.
"No, no, this is my niece. She's not food." Mary looked at Ophelia up and down once more before turning her attention back to Kol.
Ophelia walked around the house, seeing creepy old paintings and newspapers scattered all over the floor. And I thought my room was messy, Ophelia thought in her head.
Several mice ran across the girl's feet, making her scrunch her nose in disgust. Ophelia then heard the familiar squelching sound of a stake penetrating someone's heart. Hoping it was not Kol, Ophelia hurried to the room where she heard the sound to see Mary pinned on the wall.
A slight weight was lifted off of her chest, knowing that Kol was okay. "Why the frown, darling?" Kol walked up closer to his niece, seeing the fear in her eyes.
"Nothing." Ophelia put on her fake smile. It was pretty obvious to Kol that she was hiding something, but he didn't want to pry, knowing their guests were arriving very soon.

Damon and Elena were slowly walking into Mary's home, getting prepared to find an Original vampire and their human relative. When they walked into a room, Kol turned on the lights, revealing Mary pinned to the wall.
"Quite contrary. Shame about Mary. She used to be a blast. She was a bit of an original groupie." Ophelia glanced at Damon to see him staring at her, uncomfortableness filling the air.
"I spoke to my brother, I know you're trying to find out who you descended from. Now you never will. So, where did we leave off." The tone of Kol's voice made Ophelia's eyes widen. She knew Kol's violent spree had to return somehow.
Kol harshly hit Damon's knee cap, making him fall over in pain. Kol continued to hit Damon in the arms, legs, and stomach. "Elena, Ophelia, get out of here."
Before either of the girls could leave the room, Kol flashed in front of Elena. "According to my brother, you're off-limits. Please don't test me." Kol then pushed Elena into the wall, making Damon flash in front of the original.
"Don't touch her." When Damon said this, Ophelia couldn't help but feel a tinge of jealousy in her chest, seeing how protective he was of Elena.
"Oh dear, I've hit a nerve. Relax, darling, I just want us to be even. You snapped my neck, you killed my brother, and then you humiliated me." Kol hit Damon once more with the aluminum bat. "Now we're even."
Kol took Ophelia's hand and took her out of the house and back to the car. He noticed the glum look on his niece's face and he frowned. "Love, what's wrong?"
Ophelia didn't say anything for a few seconds. But when she finally rummaged the courage to speak, all that came out were tears. Kol immediately pulled her into a tight, warm hug, rubbing the side of her arm trying to comfort her.
"I-I don't think Damon likes me anymore."
Kol's heart broke. He hated to see his niece cry, especially if it is over a stupid boy.
"Would you like me to tear out his heart and feed it to the pigs?" Kol asked, nonchalantly.
"No, No, No, that's not necessary. I need time for myself, can we just go back home, please?" Kol quickly complied and started the engine to the car. before leaving, Kol filled the silence once more.
"Ophelia, just a reminder, you are an extraordinarily radiant young woman that any person deserves to have. Don't waste your precious time on a foolish person who only gives you one side of the relationship. You deserve so much more."
Ophelia smiled at his mini monologue as Kol kissed her forehead. The Mikaelson's soon drive off back to the mansion, comfortable silence filling the air.
"Thank you, uncle Kol, I really needed that."
