"Are you comfortable sleeping in the same bed? If not, I can take the couch—"
"George, you are the athlete who needs his best chance of sleep and second of all," Artemis interrupts and pauses for a moment. "We already shared a bed together, remember?"
Of course George remembers.
"That is true," he says. "So, it is no problem?"
"It is no problem," Artemis reassures with a small smile. She disappears into the bathroom as George catches himself smiling like a total idiot.
Shit.

Artemis emerges from the bathroom after a few minutes and sees George already lying in bed.
     "Laying comfortably already I see," Artemis comments, arching an eyebrow. George sends her a cheesy smile and pats on the empty side of the bed.
     "You should feel for yourself how good this bed lies," George informs. Artemis scoffs and dives under the covers. She wiggles around to get comfortable.
     "That is some well quality mattress," Artemis smiles satisfied. She turns to her right side, facing George as he lies on his left side. Their eyes meet as they remain silent for the moment.
     "We should sleep," Artemis comments softly. George nods, agreeing with her. On the contrary, he could spend the night like this: staring into her eyes, admiring her beauty.
     "Goodnight, George," she whispers.
     "Goodnight, Artemis."
     George resists the urge to kiss her, whether it was on her forehead or lips. He resists the temptation and rolls over to turn off the lights. He closes his eyes and listens to Artemis' breathing.
     With that, sleep consumed him.

During the night, Artemis stirs awake. She slowly opens her eyes when she notices little light in the room. She rubs some sleep out of her eyes before putting her arm back where it laid. She then felt an arm and it wasn't hers. She glanced over her shoulder to see George fast asleep with his arm around her waist.
     A small smile graces her lips before drifting off to sleep once again.

It is only when the lights of the sun hit the room, Artemis jolts awake. Die to her jolting, George began to stir awake as well. He murmured and opened his eyes. It takes several moments to realize how close he is.
     "I am so sorry!" he gasps and rolls to his side of the bed. "I had no intention for this to happen." He looks at Artemis with widening eyes. He was wide awake now.
     "It's okay," Artemis smiles, rolling over to look at him. "It can happen and it happened while you were asleep, meaning you hadn't much control over it."
"I'm sorry," he apologises again.
"Stop apologising," Artemis says.
"Sorry," George says without fully realising he apologised. Artemis rolls her eyes and throws her pillow at him.
     "Hey!" George laughs, blocking the pillow. "You know you are stuck with me for five days."
     "Oh no," Artemis gasps. "I don't know if I'll survive." George grins and throws the pillow back to her.
     "I'm sure you don't mind," George teases.
     "I do not actually," Artemis says.
     "Good, because you are a fun person to be around," George continues. Artemis tilts her head, asking whether she is only funny.
     "Oh, you are far more than funny," he says and starts listing the things she is. "You are smart. Pretty. No, beautiful. Great, great photographer. You are socialising. You are spontaneous. You have an amazing style. You're just amazing."
     Artemis was left speechless.
     "Wow," she breathes. "Flattering for sure, I mean I feel flattered."
     "Don't be," he says. "A queen should not have to feel flattered." His comments always succeed to make her smile and blush.
     "I would almost say you're flirting."
