in which sunday addams has a
dark side no one saw coming

or

sunday addams, a name derived from her mother's love of a poem called dark sunday by priya pareek, is what some would call bright and bubbly.

they aren't wrong.

while her sister, wednesday, has a bleak outlook on the world, sunday, sunny to most, sees the world in all its beauty.

she smiles upon hearing the birds chirping and the bees buzzing. she laughs along with jokes that aren't all that funny. she hums along to almost any song she hears, whether she knows it or not.

she's an oddity amongst oddities.

yes, sunny is a very nice, bright, and kind girl... but even she has a dark side.

and you don't want to see it.

once, pugsley, the twin's younger brother, had been pushed down on the playground and while wednesday lurked nearby, dishing out well deserved punishments to the kids responsible, sunny took a different route...

with a smile on her face, she took the time to get to know them, finding out what they cherished most whether it was a cool new toy or a beloved family pet – she found out. it was that smile that made them tell her... and the second she knew, oh boy, those kids never messed with pugsley again.

they never messed with
anyone ever again.

and all the while, she wore that bright smile that hid the darkness not even she was willing to admit was deep inside of her.

now, she's being sent to nevermore academy, a school for oddities, and while she's hopeful that she'll make new friends she just might find her closest friend in a local normie

only, it seems he has a dark side as well.

๋࣭⭑⚝  sunny and wednesday are linked, when wednesday has one of her visions, sunny is also sucked into it and she can see what her sister sees

๋࣭⭑⚝ tyler and sunny are slowburn, they definitely become friends first. she's drawn to his dark side and he's drawn to hers even if neither knows that that's what's going on, at least not right away

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny has kept her dark side hidden and pushed down for so long that when she sees something bad happen to someone, usually at the hands of her sister, her stomach knotes up with excitement and the empty feeling inside goes away but she rarely gives into it

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny is older then wednesday but four minutes

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny would eventually give into her dark side and embrace it

๋࣭⭑⚝ kimber is a fairy. she and sunny are
also roommates, this can either aid wednesday or maybe it puts the sisters on different sides, to can choose

๋࣭⭑⚝ cole is a local normie, he's friends with tyler, which is how sunny meets him

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny, kimber and cole all become friends

๋࣭⭑⚝ i don't really have a plan for how sunny reacts when she finds out tyler is the monster killing people, so you can go about that as to see fit

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny goes to see the counselor just like wednesday does

๋࣭⭑⚝ kimber has the power to confirm the elements, at least a little bit. she's not in great control but she is working on it

๋࣭⭑⚝ cole plays video games, he even teaches sunny how to play

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny is good at school, art and music, but she's not great with sports

๋࣭⭑⚝ she likes to wear white, she rarely wears black. when she and wednesday get the nevermore, they give her a black uniform but she asks for a normal one

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny is very proper and poised

๋࣭⭑⚝ kimber is fun-loving, definitely a free spirit and she rubs off of sunny since they share a room

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny and bianca became friends despite the fact that bianca doesn't like wednesday

๋࣭⭑⚝ you can do want you want with the romance part of wednesday's storyline, as long as she and tyler are never a thing. they can be friends but nothing more

๋࣭⭑⚝ sunny tells tyler that he's the only person that has ever truly seen her, dark side and all
