Chapter 62

Time passed by very quickly.

Ever since that day when you finally decided to officially marry the water-addict, you can't help but squeal everytime you think about it.

It has been five years now and that moment will always be part of your best ones for the rest of your life and ti'll your last breath.

Your daughter, Hara ran her small feet towards you. She is your only child and currently celebrated her birthday last week, so now she's six years old.

She's only in elementary but you can almost clearly imagine how mature she would be when she reached into highschool— or even college.

You gently hugged her and pecked her forehead, "How was school?" you ask her.

Hara paused for a second, then tried to put words together in a sentence. "It was boring, father said school was boring so it is boring."

A sigh of disbelief escapes your mouth, you gently pat her head with a reassuring smile to her. "Don't say that, your father didn't mean that."

"Ok, mommy." Hara then pulls a paper from her school bag and eunthiastically gave it to you. "Look what I did!"

You glanced at the paper in awe. You saw a drawing of a girl holding hands with a boy, "Who are these people?"

She quickly brings out her index to the paper and points at the girl, "That is me and.."

Then she points at a boy. "..that ..Jallo."

"Who's Jallo?"

Hara seemed hesitated to answer your question, she only pressed both of her index finger to each other with a grin spreading across her face.

You squished her crimson cheeks, now she learns how to blush as well?

"Let me guess.." you giggled at her. "Your crush?"

She aggresively shook her head and started pouting with a sulky expression. "H-He not! He is friend!"

You bursted into laughter, you played with her hair as you smiled softly. "Sweetie, it always starts like that."

Hara gaves you a confused expression. You only chuckled, realizing she won't understand the logic behind finding your true-love— for now.

The door of the room suddenly opens after several knocks, an extremely handsome man appeared at the sight. "Father!!" Hara squeaked and quickly hugs her father's legs.

You stood up and walked towards the two figures, "You're back home early, huh?" you nudge his arm, a tease.

He smirked. "I know you missed me, squid." he quickly kisses your lips.

"I think its the other way around, mister-water."

Hara comes back down on the ground and starts exiting the room. "I'm hungry, I'll eat. Bye-bye." she runs downstairs.

"Hara! Don't run on the stairs! Goodne—" your sentence cuts off when someone pulls your waist and brings your body closer to his.

You blinked in unison, slightly perplexed. "Haru? What is it? Do you need anything or?"

His gaze dramatically changes, and you already know what it means. You chuckled and pushed him off, "Calm yourself down, having one child is enough for me."

You see him also chuckling at what you said, but he doesn't stops there. "That's just for you, what about me?" he pulled you and threw you on the bed.

Dawn started rising through the glimpse of the window. You rubbed your eyes once you woke up, you saw Haruka peacefully sleeping on your right and Hara on your left.

"Dang, my spouse is really wild sometimes. Who taught him all that?"

You yawned and checked the time, it was only five in the morning and its a saturday. Finally, the weekend.

You started blowing Haruka's face, this is your way of waking him up— is it weird? No, maybe, probably, who cares.

He flails his arm, "No, its too early to stop playing animal crossinggg.."

"What the heck is this guy dreaming about?" you tried to hold your loud laughter from coming out. You started shaking his shoulders.

Now he is awake, his eyes flutters open listlessly. "Am I.. late for work?..." he groaned in frustruation.

"No, its saturday."

"What?.. then why'd you wake me up?"

"I wanna ask if you want to come with me to the pool."

"Sure, but.. right now?"

You pulled his sheets and covers, exposing his skin to the cold. "Duh, you owe me this because of last night." you pulled his arms to bring his body to sit up.

"Its cold." he mutters, his eyes still closed and he softly pouts.

You sighed and pushed him back on the bed, "Fine, I'll go to the pool by myself." you stated before leaving the room and preparing yourself.

Your toes touched the warm water of the pool, it was just the right temperature. You slowly and carefully brought your body into the water.

You weren't exactly wearing a swimsuit, but an oversized black shirt with simple swimming shorts instead. It felt nice and comfortable.

"So relaxing.." you said underneath your breath, the water flows all around your skin as you swam and moved around the pool basically.

A couple of minutes later, a loud splashed appeared and you saw Haruka swimming towards you.

"H-Hey! I thought you don't want to swim with me?"

He brushes his fingers on his wet hair, you'd be lying if you said that wasn't deadly attractive. "I never said that." he said then glances back at you.

A smirk creeps his face again, "You're staring at me again, huh. I must be really that handsome."

You rolled your eyes at him. "You just realized that right now?"

Haruka silently laughs at your statement. "I'm glad you love swimming." this random sentence made you lift a brow.

"Why do you say so?"

"Because swimming is my middle name."
