something that would scare away all the werid paranormal shit that's been happening at home that made me the town psycho!

EDDIE:
um, I think the strongest thing you would get are the Ghostbusters.

Loralie was considered the towns local weirdo, psycho, freak, or whatever else they were able to call her. Her favourite nickname was 'cowgirl' due to her origins from the southern states, the place they moved away from, and her southern accent. The girl and her parents moved to Hawkins in 1982, just a year before the missing person case of the young boy, Will Byers.

The teenage girl was actually popular back when they moved to the small town in Indiana. Loralie was one of the best cheerleaders on the team and many people envied her unique looks aswell. She adapted to the life of Hawkins High pretty easily but last year, in 1985, everything came crashing down.

A girl from her past, mostly her mother, decided to sue them for thousands of dollars due to an incident that happend a few years ago back in the south. Loralie and some of her friends decided to go to an abandoned warehouse not far from their home town to explore it, but she tried to talk them out of it. The young girl was considered a gifted child by her grandmother due to her abilty to somehow tell the future. Loralie didn't know how or why she was able to know things that would happen, first she would dream about something and then soon it would actually happen. It freaked her out. Her mother once called a priest on her, thinking that her daughter was possesed by the devil. That's the reason why Loralie didn't want to go to the torn down building since she had a terrible feeling about it.

Let's just say only two of them survived that night.

The whole incident caused havoc in their city and in families. Loralie's friend was completely terrified when they found them and the girl's mother blamed Loralie for whatever happened. She was taken into police custody but was soon claimed innocent due to her family bailing her out and that they never found any evidence that would point to her.

That's when she was casted out by the whole town of Hawkins. Due to a rumour spreading about the past misunderstanding. She was fired from her job, the cheer team wanted nothing to do with her, and the teachers didn't even let her graduate so she had to stay another year. Loralie was confused at first but soon accepted her fate. She turned to all kinds of substances to try and numb the thoughts and tune out the judgemnet of others but it still didn't stop the weird visions that she was having.

But in the year 1986 everything started going even more downhill when she saw something in her dream that terrified her to her core.
