"All right, so, for this route Ghost is talking about. The only place we stand a chance is right there." Aj said standing in front of this round table we all sat at, planting a mini toy truck down on the map of the tunnels before looking at us all.

"What's there?" Ghost asked

"It's an old subway car turnaround...It's large enough, and it runs parallel to the street. It's kind of perfect...I mean, we can get access on Hope Street, but I say we hold them up at Olive and Fourth." Aaron concluded sitting down on the stool next to me

I looked over at John with a low smile before turning to the rest of the guys and said "And we need to get down there first and get some intel on, you know, street patterns, traffic density, that sort of thing, but it looks good."

"Once we determine the blast radius and street density, I can tell you how much C-4 you're gonna need to score." Jake then said

"What about the exits?" Gordon asked

"Work in progress, G. You know, we got to get down there first, check it out," Aaron said

"Give me some exits." Gordon insisted

"You got it," Aaron answered

"Alright. Get a good night's rest mates, lovely. That means you, Aj and John actually rest!" Gordon joked making me roll my eyes laughing lowly, "Tomorrow's going to be busy." Gordon concluded rising up

"Be careful baby," I said wrapping my arms around Aj

"I'll be careful for you." He replied lifting me bridal style into his arms briskly making me squeal in laughter

"Aaron!" I yelped making him kiss me in response

John then walked out the building with Gordon and Ghost causing Aj to put me down slowly kissing me one last time as John began to walk over.

"You coming home with me tonight, huh?!" He beamed making me smile before he kissed me rough and passionately

"Take care of her." Aj then said

"I will, better than you." He joked

"Yeah, you wish, man," Aj said with a laugh before getting in his car driving off

"Look at the Princess getting treated like a Queen!" Gordon joked making me shoot him a look as Ghost just stared at us with a smug smile and a toothpick rested between his lips

"Whatever, G," I said with a laugh before John bit his lip looking at me with soft eyes grabbing my hand softly before leading me over to his Porsche.

He opened the door before I slid into the passenger seat and closed the door softly behind me.

"I'll see you guys tomorrow!" I heard John say to Gordon and Ghost before he got in the driver's seat next to me

"You ready to go home?" He asked with a small smirk

"I'm always ready," I replied softly making him chuckle lowly before pulling off

Tears ran down my face as I rang the doorbell to John's house in hopes that'd he'd answer as he always does when Ghost puts me out.

I crossed my arms over my chest because of the cold weather surrounding me caused by the pouring rain.

The door swiftly opened and I saw it was John with his gun held by his side, tucking it away as he noticed it was me he said lowly "You alright?"

"No." I sniffled as he softly pulled me in

"What the hell?" He said his facial expression hardening as he noticed the bruises and whip marks on my body

"John...I can't leave, he won't let me. I don't know what to do." I began to cry resting my head on his chest softly as he wrapped his arms around me

"Jade, you can stay here." He said making me pull away shaking my head 'no'

"He'll kill you," I said beginning to wipe my eyes

"It's worth the chance," John said softly resting his hands on my cheeks before pulling me into a long kiss.

I didn't want it to end and I didn't want John to stop.

Trailing my hands into his briefs, he stopped kissing me to pull my crop top off exposing my lacy bra before he threw the shirt to the floor lifting me into his arms beginning to walk me up the stairs toward his bedroom.

"What are you thinking about?" John said as we laid in bed together

"Nothing," I said with a smile as I continued to think about the first time we had sex with each other

"Yeah right, you've been thinking about whatever it is since we left the car and took a shower." He said beginning to chuckle making me slowly turn in his arms, climbing into his lap as his eyes followed my every move

"I'm thinking about our first time," I said leaning down to kiss him properly

"Mmhmm" He replied making me smile before beginning to kiss his neck gently as his hands softly laid on my ass

"Why is it on your mind?" He asked making me laugh and tilt my head back slightly, "Because it was so damn good." I almost moaned

He then lifted from the bed making sure to take me with him, turning us over and pinning me softly to the bed.

"I love you." He said while searing kisses along my jawline making my heartbeat heighten before I wrapped my arms around his body pulling him closer.

"You're so beautiful." He then said after breaking our long gaze to start a long gaze making me smile

"You're handsome." I replied rubbing the bit of stubble that had begun to grow on his cheek, "I want you to hold me...please." I said a few seconds after

John did nothing but lean back and pull me onto his chest, kissing my forehead tenderly as I began to think to myself about this inevitable choice I would have to make between two men I knew I didn't just care about anymore.

I loved them both and had to choose between one or the other.

I couldn't choose and I knew it. The way they both knew how to hold me and what to say to me was compelling.

They knew how to make me smile, laugh, and maybe even live.

That's what Aaron and John were to me...a breath of fresh air.
