Chapter 51🇰🇷🇮🇳

⚠️Trigger : Little mature but non graphic⚠️

The atmosphere in the royal suite felt electric and charged.

You and Seokjin were entangled in each other’s arms on the bed, your breaths labored, lips swollen from the wild, hungry kisses. His body hovered just above yours, his dark hair falling slightly over his forehead. Your warm brown eyes met his, your eyes that held deep affection, warmth, devotion, and a love that mirrored his own love for you.

Your skin still flared with heat, hearts beating in sync and erratically.

Seokjin slowly lifted himself, pulling you up with him into a tight embrace. His hand entangled in your hair as he pulled you against his chest, your cheek rested against his chest. You could feel the steady thumping of his heart against your ear.

He smirked as he looked down on your serene face and whispered, “Join me for a refreshing shower?” he said huskily. Caressing your soft cheek tenderly.

You inhaled deeply and nodded softly, “Only if you promise to hold me the whole time, as if this is our last time together.” Your eyes held his.

You don't need to talk as his lips feverishly do.

Your discarded clothes, your chiffon black cocktail dress, and Seokjin's half-buttoned white designer silk shirt and black suit pants all lay forgotten on the floor...a witness of your soulmate pulling in working.

Inside the bathroom, the steam swirled around them as the hot water poured down like a refreshing waterfall. Behind foggy shower glass, hidden silhouettes in your own world. Your laughter, soft, breathy, and intimate, was mixed with the sound of running water.

You moved together slowly, as if time itself had paused just for them...you giggle as Seokjin's hands massaged your hair, filled with shampoo bubbles. Nothing existed beyond that moment ... no celebrity titles, no paparazzi, no expectations. Just the two people, bound by fate and love.

When you finally stepped out, skin flushed and smelling like floral and spicy shower gels, and hearts settled again, Seokjin wrapped you in a soft, fluffy white towel with a tender smile. You quickly dressed in comfortable loungewear, you in designer chanel sweatpants and Jin in soft cotton designer  joggers and a white tee. Your skins were glowing and the energy in the room was cracking.

Seokjin then ordered an assortment of food: from Korean favorites to savory pastries and sweet desserts that you come to love. The food was displayed on the flat lounge table to access it easily while you sat on the sofa, barefoot.

Amid giggles you were feeding each other bites between laughter and quiet chatting. He teased you about your love for loved tteokbokki, spicy chicken and you just nudged his arm playfully, insisting he must try the strawberry mochi. You enjoyed your dinner because both of you didn't indulge at the tense luncheon. But now together you enjoyed every moment and every bite.

As you ate, the mood shifted into calmness as you talked about your bond and the coming months when you'll be separated.

Samiya rested her head softly on his chest, their fingers intertwined. “I’ll be busy too,” she murmured. “I’ve registered for language and culture lessons for the three months. I still have a month and a half left and more tests. Then I’ll film that variety show with Alia and some Bollywood celebs. Maybe it can even help Alia with her drama debut. After that, I need to get hyped up… for the crowning of my successor and spend time with my family."

Seokjin brushed her temple tenderly with his lips. “Promise me you’ll rest too while I'm busy. I'm going to miss you so much, baby. I love you." His voice filled with yearning.

You smiled softly. “Me too. I'll rest, but only if you do.”

Our schedules, Mia, are about to get so insane.” Seokjin sighed, leaning back on the sofa, pulling you into his arms. “We'll have fan meetings in Japan, more shows in the US, the Puma collaboration, Run BTS filming, and then the insane. award season, and our comeback… I’ll barely have time to sleep. I feel like taking you and running away from this stress. I NEED TO BREATHE...just a little, Mia." You could sense his dejection in his voice. Your soulmate is mentally exhausted from the soulmate pull, his family, and his idol life.

You smiled gently, resting your hand on his chest, drawing circles. “Baby, that’s the life you worked so hard for, Jin. It's your life. I love you so much. Just remember you need to breathe. I’ll still be cheering for you, always, even from afar. Whatever choice you have to make. I'll support you."

He hesitated, biting his lip, his eyes softening with something he hates to bring up, “Sweetheart, my parents… This afternoon before the luncheon we had a very tense cold war going on. They’re planning to announce my engagement to Noodle soon. They made up their minds. It’ll happen around her birthday, in about two months—the same week you’re shooting that variety show you and Alia talked about.”

You felt your heart sink. The words hit you like a quiet vicious storm, on “You...you really going to get engaged?” You whispered, your eyes started to sting, and you pursed your lips.

He inhaled deeply, took your hand firmly, and said, “It’s not real in my opinion. Mia. I’ll fight this till the end. I promise you, we'll fight till the end...together.” He wipes the soft tear from your cheek. You don't know how you will survive with the knowledge of Noodle wearing your soulmate's ring. He belongs to you.

You sat in silence, eating snacks, reminiscing about your complicated bond; you could only hear the faint noises of the city outside filling the room. You were lying relaxed in each other's arms on the long sectional sofa, watching the KBS news report about the Legacy Billionaires’ Club Luncheon. No footage of the attendees was shown, only voiceovers.

On the 'who' is who that might be present, but the club’s privacy was fiercely guarded. No faces were revealed...no red carpet. Only that. Asia's CEOs of billion-dollar corporations, royalty, and the elite of the entertainment world like very well-known idols of chaebol families. The mystery added a strange calmness to the whole excitement that was happening at the Lotte hotel; it was their secret world, hidden from the public eye.

When the hours stretched to 11 pm, Seokjin took your hand and led you to the bedroom suite. The soft amber light illuminated across the opulent, cozy room. Soft music played softly in the background, something slow and romantic. You stood against the edge of the bed as Seokjin pulled you against him, brushing your curly hair back and starting to kiss you gently, your lips more quietly and sweetly in sync, and the world around you melted away once more. There in each other's arms, just for a few quiet hours, nothing else mattered. Tonight you belong to each other. The way the system intended you to be.

Meanwhile, in another suite, Noodle just came back from the festivities at the ballroom. The young people took numerous photos, danced, ate desserts, and acquainted themselves with the other families. Noodle was in a very foul mood.

She didn't see Seokjin or his idol friends, so he might be hanging out with them. She saw Alia and the pageant queen left, but when she noticed again, Alia was leaving the room, with a tight expression, the male model trailing behind her.

Noodle murmured, "Gosh! What a 'flower snake.'" By 10:30 there was no sight of Seokjin or his idol friends; his mom told her he might be at the rooftopbar. His whole attitude wasn't in the least positive, so he felt he needed space from them, but she must worry. He'll be at their suite.

When Noodle slid in her key after greeting her parents, she stood frozen in disbelief. Her jaws dropped in shock as her eyes roamed over the impersonal suite. She could still smell the faint scent of Jin's expensive cologne.

Seokjin’s belongings were gone, including his travel bag. his clothing, his chargers, his whole essence—everything.

Her throat tightened in disbelief of his audacity. “He…just left?” She walked through the room, bewildered. Where is he...did he...no, Alia is with that model...maybe they schemed together.

Hot fury overwhelmed Noodles' body. She was shaking with anger.

She opened her Celine clutch bag and grabbed her phone and called her mother immediately. Her mom and the Kims share the two-bedroom presidential suite. Her call was picked up immediately.

Eomma, he’s gone! ...Seokjin is gone... Everything’s gone!”

She heard the sharp intake of her mom's breath and inaudible voices that spoke in the background. His mom was immediately on the phone.

Mrs. Kim’s voice was calm, though filled with concern. “Sweetheart, perhaps Jin just needs some space. I can understand how he must feel about our meeting. You both had an argument, and he can be stubborn. So, just let him cool off.”

But Noodle couldn’t let it slide; she felt something off in her gut. “Aunty...I don’t think so… It’s not just that.” Her knuckles were pale white as she gripped the phone, her voice cracking.

She heard her dad's hoarse voice from across the room. “Tell her he’s probably with those singer friends he spoke to the whole evening or blowing off some steam somewhere in the towers’ gym or bar; he was pretty upset and detached this afternoon.”

Noodle was still uneasy; she quickly changed into denim jeans, a dark pink and silver hoodie, a white bucket hat, and dark glasses, her disguise for a quiet mission on her own.

She won't just sit aside and wait; she will investigate. Her hatred for that Alia flared up again. She just can't fathom why a sane, intelligent man like Seokjin could fall for such a free-spirited girl with no moral compass. He could've just settled with her, but no, he wants to explore the exotic side of life. What an idiot! She is his perfect fit. She just hopes he never meets his true soulmate; then all their plans will be ruined.

She was on her own mission, almost like a scavenger hunt, in the hotel’s main tower; she was slipping through restaurants, bar lounges, and executive floors. The gym, the hot jacuzzi, the spa, even the reading lounge, but no sign of him. It was as if he left the hotel. Like a thief in the night.

At one of the bars, she confronted Alia; she spotted Vidhan, sipping a beer. She recognized him easily. She heard he was betrothed to Alias's friend...Samira or something. She wasn't interested in the beauty queen's name. She noticed a pretty blonde woman with very light hazel-brown eyes sitting two chairs away; their connection was too casual to be accidental. Soft flirty looks and tension. She furrowed her brows at that thought. "Is he cheating...?" she inwardly snorts.

Putting on her sweetest smile, she approached the couple. The girl gave her a side eye, but Noodle didn't care. “Mr. Vidhan, your fiancée's speech today was wonderful. So enlighten youth development. Miss India, well, I must say... she was stunning.” She gave a huge fake smile and friendliness.

Vidhan turned on his chair and stared at the pretty young Korean girl.

He raised a brow, amused. “Thank you, sweetie. Samiya always leaves an impression. Wherever she goes. Can I assist you with something?" He knows she looked too calculated for a casual greeting.

Noodle tilted her head innocently and smiled cutely. “Er, yes... Do you happen to know Alia Bhatt from Konkuk University? We were classmates once. I saw them with you at a table.” She smiled widely.

Vidhan chuckled softly. “Alia? Of course. She’s my dear cousin. And Samiya… is my fiancée… why so interested?" The blonde looked a bit agitated that she took their secret time away.

Noodle’s smile faltered a bit. Fiancée? The puzzle pieces started clicking. So, the friend is truly engaged with this handsome guy. Alia is his cousin; no wonder cheating runs in the family.

He narrowed his eyes at her. “If you’re her so-called friend, why did I hear you two had an altercation this morning?”

Noodle's eyes widen, but she recovers quickly, her voice in a sugary-sweet tone. “Ah, it was just a little misunderstanding. I’d actually wanted to apologize to them. I was out of line, and I feel so bad about it. I actually wanted to invite them for a drink. Could you tell me their room number...if it's not a bother, or...maybe their phone numbers?” she asked coyly.

Vidhan shrugged, distracted by the blonde beside him who murmured that he just give the number, “Oh sure. They’re probably in for the night...we talked about movies, and my fiancée didn’t feel well. So good luck.” He told her the floor level and door number. Noodle thanked him profusely, like bowing repeatedly. The blonde just rolled her eyes.

Feeling a tad triumphant, Noodle headed straight to the elevators. She will make sure Alia doesn't get away with enjoying a forbidden rendezvous with her future husband. She'll fight dirty if she must.

🕌

Meanwhile, in the girls' suite.

Alia had just stepped out of the shower. The hot water was running like a hot spring. She wanted to relax for a few moments in the shower and reminisce about her encounter with Zhang, which she didn't want to entertain. She snorted; the guy wants to make amends for how he treated her and ask her out for a drink later tonight. But she declined. It was late, and she wanted to relax alone in her suite. Seokjin and Sami are getting their well-deserved rest from all these crazy people.

Then she heard an insistent knock on the door. Did Samiya and Seokjin's plan fail? She groaned.

She quickly throws the towel down, runs to the room half naked, and pullsher pink sleep shirt over. The water was still trunking, but she hasn't got time to close it. There's the insistent knock again...must be Sami. She already told herself that after her shower, she'll slip into her bed with her laptop when she heard the knock again.

Maybe it's a hotel staff. She didn't order anything.

"Gosh, who the flipping monkey is assigned to spoil my time?" she murmurs as she reluctantly walks to the door.

She glanced at Samiya’s crown and sash resting on the table, thinking about putting them away in the package, then she sighed and opened the door, still with the safety latch on, not opening it completely—only to find Noodle standing there, smug and uninvited in all her annoying glory.

Seriously?” Alia rolled her eyes with irritation and groaned audibly. “You again...don’t you have a life?”

Noodle stood there without shame. Her eyes bored into Alias's weary ones.

“I just need to know ... is Seokjin here? And don’t lie to me?” She looked haunted.

Alia blinked several times in disbelief, then smirked, “Wow. Noodle, poodle. You’re really losing it big time. No, he is not here; it’s just me and Samiya. We’re about to watch a movie. Just maybe you should really focus on your own life, not his.” she said with a jab.

Noodle’s fake sweetness dissolves, and the real one emerges. “You’re lying...you bloody homewrecker. I know you and Seokjin plan to meet later. Why can’t you just respect our engagement?”

Gosh, just go away, Noodle. I’m so sick of your meddling. Seokjin loves me...” Alia said sharply, closing the door straight in her shocked face.

Alia turned around, still hearing a few bangs on the door. She hopes some guest files a complaint against this disturbance. She quickly slid off her shirt and jumped into the piping hot shower. With total divine satisfaction, she felt alive again under the hot steaming waterfall.

Fuming, Noodle stormed off toward her parents’ presidential suite, ready to rant another round of complaints and indignation. Seokjin must be with Alia, or he just took off back home.

When she storm into the suite, she run up to her mom's arms ,sobbing.

"He chose her...eomma...Seokjin chose Alia!"

🕌

Back in Seokjin’s suite, the two soulmates had a wonderful romantic time together. Not yet ready to sleep, but just to feel that closeness…be together longer, where no family duty...obsessed fiancé could tear them apart.

Outside, Seoul was calm beneath the starry sky; even the city was unaware that two people inside the Lotte Royal Suite were quietly falling deeper into a love the world wasn’t supposed to see...
