Karna, Ashwasthama, Duryodhana, Yuyutsu, Yudhisthir, Bheem, Arjun, Nakul and Sahdev. Nine young men were on their way to karna's house. Sutnivas. The place where all lower class people live on outskirts of Hastinapur near forest. Now you will be wondering why would royal princes needed to visit there?

This was what discussed by Karna and Yudhisthir in private. And later on Duryodhana too agreed. To be a good yuvraj you need to be aware of current situations of your country. From Sut to kshatriya. And it would be better if you will experience it living in the society of lowest class itself.So that was decided to live in incognito in Sutnivas. But karna was adamant.

He will not let them live anywhere else other then his own home. Though princes were reluctant he said 'If I can live in Royal palace can't you live in my humble abode?'. And that's how it was decided. So after greeting and telling all elders that they are going on important journey of their life they left towards their destination.

The cover was they all are personal attendes of princes and friends of karna who will live with him as princes are off to their important trip alone. They all have always resided in palace itself. So they are new to Sutnivas. It was not that effective but will work according to karna.

These were the name decided after almost fighting world War with each other. Now they were finally facing the big Iron gates with Sutnivas written on them. All were tired a bit except karna. Karna pushed open the gate and signed all of them to enter.

And suddenly Bheem muttered..

Bheem : I am hungry.

And everyone nodded in agreement. Karna was also hungry so his stomach growled at him. He looked down and talked to his stomach

Karna : Shant ho ja. Shant ho ja. Abhi ghar phoch ke pitashree ke hisse ki mithai bhi kha jayenge.

( Calm down. Calm down. After reaching home we will eat pitashree's share of sweets too.)

And every one burst out laughing including karna himself. And then they noticed their surroundings.

There were one storey houses lined methodically on either side of lane. People were busy in day to day work. Children were playing here and there. All glanced at new visitors with astonishment and curiosity. But not anything that will make them uncomfortable. Princes on their habit gave everyone smiles who looked at them. Finally they reach in middle of the community.

Old man : Putra Vasusen. Where were you all this time? And who are they?

Karna : Pranipat kakashri. I was at palace. Royal princes were leaving for their important trip. So I was there to bid them farewell for their trip. And these are their personal attendes. They will stay with us in my house for time being.

He replied smiling. And every one smiled and welcomed and greeted them. All the princes felt like they were at home. And suddenly a young man in his early twenties came their pushing a wheel huffing and puffing. And looking him half dead karna decided to help.He picked up the wheel with ease and said

Karna : Vidhyut come I will drop it till your house. What are you doing with this?

Vidhyut : Thank you Vasu bhaiya. I am newly appointed charioter of prince bheem. And this wheel is from his charriot. His charriot's wheel are especially designed heavier and sturdier to whitstand his weight. So they are heaviest.

Karna : Rajkumar Bheem is truely strong. But what is this wheel doing here?

Vidhyut : Vasu bhaiya, this wheel needs fitting. So I brought it here. Because there were not necessary tools at palace. Once it will be finished I would set it back in palace. Parmeshwar! Abhi toh is pahad ko vapas bhi lejana hai! Maut aa jayengi!

(Oh lord! This has to be returned to the palace also! I swear death will be better!)

And all burst out laughing hearing it. And especially bheem.

Bheem : Don't worry vidhyut. I will tell Rajkumar to feed you too. Warna pata chala yudh ke bich Vrikodar Bheem ka saarthi hava ke jhoke ke saath udd gaya.

( Otherwise people will know that in between war Vrikodar Bheem's charioter flew away with wind)

And every one again burst out laughing. Vidhyut's ears turned pink. And he said

Vidhyut : Thank you Shreeman.

And then they dropped the wheel and vidhyut at his house and started their journey ahead. Suddenly they saw a boy running towards them and he fell in karna's arms. Before anyone could say anything the boy started

Boy : Jyestha Karna! You forgot that mata and pitashree are leaving for sunand kaka's house. Didn't you? Pitashree is so angry! Aaj toh aapki chutney banne se koi nahi rok sakta!

( Today no one can stop your demise!)

Karna : Oh God Shon! Abhi yaad dila raha hai saale! Runnnnn....

(You are making me realize this now!)

And then Shon, Karna and all princes ran towards their house....

Karna's House

Karna with his gang and shon entered a well made mud house. It was one storey with big varandah at first. The varandah was fenced with wood and iron. Karna slowly opened the wooden gate making sure it didn't make any sound. And then putting his finger on his mouth he signed all to keep quite.

And due to all were warriors they understood that they have to be stealth. There was tulsi plant in between the varandah.  And karna bowed to it briefly and approached his home tip toed. And all followed him like they were entering for roberry. And then they entered spacious living room with wooden seattes puted in place organizedly.

Man : Lo ji priye radha ! Aa gaye apke 'Duniya ke sarvashresth danurdhar'.

( Look dear Radha! There came your 'World's best archer.')

Adhirath taunted. And karna literally face palmed. Now he was gone for sure. His gang was amused looking at this.

Shon : Time has came again. Bhar bhar ke gaali khayenge.

( He is gonna get insulted so much.)

And all others snickered. Karna glared at them and immediately smiled at Adhirath.

Karna : And you proud father of 'Duniya ke sarvashreshth dhanurdhar' Haina pitashree?

(Right Father?)

Karna asked with overly sweet smile.

Adhirath: And that title of yours even if you earn ,that is after facing Rajkumar Arjun, is not gonna feed your and your family's stomach. Get a job! How long do you think your old father can work?

       Bas dhanush leke bhatakta rehta hai subha sham! Kaam kaj toh karna nahi! Iss Umar mai hamari shaadi hochuki thi! Are shaadi karne ke liye bhi aur kuch nahi toh ladki chahiye! Konsa baap apni beti sirf shakal dekh kar dega mere nikkame bete ko?

( You only want to roam around with your bow! You don't want to do any work even! We were Married at your age! Even to marry you need a girl if not anything else! Which father will give his daughter by just looking at your face to my useless son?)

Adhirath muttered loudly. And everybody burst out laughing. Karna's ear turned pink. And he retorted.

Karna : Pitashree! I am not ready to get married yet. And now I am Angraj! I don't need to work.

Adhirath: Look at him! That's why I protested for him becoming king! Day by day his pride and ego are increasing.

          Raja ka matlab yeh nahi ki Khao, peeo aur aaram karo! And also, you promised me that you will not use a single penny of what belongs to state. So to do that you have to earn for yourself.

             Aur yeh jo daan karneke chaske hai na uske liye toh jyada kamana padenga. Aur yeh dhanurvidhya sikhneke moh me sut vidhyalay se saarthi vidhya arjit karne mai bhi asafal raha nalayak! Aab tabele saaf karenga. Voh bhi gadho ke. Kyuki ghode toh saaf karne aate nahi shreeman ko!

( Being king doesn't means ki eat, drink and enjoy!...

             And this habit of yours of charity will also need more earnings. And due to this Archery you failed in taking a degree in becoming a charioter from Sut school you useless! Now you will clean stables. That too of donkeys. Because you don't know how to clean horses o great person!)

Adhirath chidded. And again all the princes, Ashwasthama and shon giggled.

Karna : Pitashree first of all, I will not use a penny which does not belong to me. And also will do charity from my own earned money. And also it's not my fault that Gangaputra Bhishma and I didn't get along. He said the rider should not get harmed during the rocky, wet and broken path. Toh zinda toh tha voh sasura! Sirf haath aur nak tuta tha!Fir bhi asafal ghoshit kar diya mujhe!

             And about donkeyyyssss...Toh gadho ke tabele nahi hote pitashree!

( The rider was alive. Only hand and nose were broken. Then also he(Bhishma) declared me as a failure!

Donkeys don't have stables father!)

Karna retorted cheekily. Adhirath was exparted by his son. But before he could say anything further Radha came out of the house and said

Radha : Swami! Why are you scolding our son? Let him breath properly. He has come just now. And also we have guests. You're embrassing our baby.

         Pata nahi yeh pita-putra ka kya karu? Kabhi bhi kahi bhi shuru ho jate hai. Aap sab aiyee shreeman. Asan grahan kijiye. Putra Vasu parichay karao inka.

( What should I do of this father-son? They can get started anytime at anywhere. Come and sit here Sirs. Son Vasu introduce them.)

Radha said gently. She smiled and made all the princes and Ashwasthama seat. She gave them water to drink. And Adhirath, karna and shon also sat there.

Karna : Radha ma they are my mitra. And they will stay here for a month. This is Dharman, Vallabh, Phalgun, Naman, Deva, Suyodh, Vyom and Ashwam.

He introduced. And Adhirath sighed.

Adhirath: Verryyy Good! Ek toh pehlese hi do bacho ke saath apna ghar chod ke jaa raha tha aur aab aur aanth rahenge. Pata nahi mahine bhar baad mere ghar ki halat kya hogi re baba...

( First of all I was gonna leave my house with two kids. And then more eight will stay here. Don't know what will happen to my house after a month!)

Adhirath mumbled under his breath but all heard. And before karna could whine about it Radha glared at Adhirath and said.

Radha : Swaaamiiii!

In overly sweet voice which made Adhirath shut up with his eyes wide. And karna burst out laughing while others giggled. Adhirath glared at karna. Princes and Ashwasthama were feeling at home and loved. And once Radha and Adhirath were ready to depart all 10 children were standing at the gates to bid them bye. Radha's motherly instincs activated and she started saying in loud voice to karna as everyone can hear...

Radha : Karna clean the house every day. Don't forget to take bath. And take care of all the kids as you are elder. Don't order them around. And yes Vrushali will come and make food for you all. I don't want any arguments in this.

                  Aur haroz snan karke vastra dhona bhul mat Jaana. Aur bagiche aur tulsi mai jal dalna. Agar akar maine unhe murjaye hue dekha toh teri khair nahi. Aur bhagwan ke liye jal dalne ke liye aur dusre kaam karne ke liye apni dhanurvidhya ka upyog mat karna. Varna pichli baar ki tarah kapde sukhate sukhate pavan zyada ho gaya tha to kapdo ke saath saath shon bhi udd gaya tha. Yaad hai na?

( Bath everyday. And don't forget to wash your clothes after bathing everyday. Give water to our garden and tulsi. If I came back and saw them dried then no one can save you from me. And for God sake don't use Archery for watering and day to day chores. Otherwise like last time while drying the clothes wind became little stronger and Shon also flew away with wind. You remember that na?)

She said loudly and everyone including neighbors and passersbys burst out laughing at karna and shon. Both were red with embarrassment. Karna whined embarrassed to Adhirath

Karna : Pitashree! Say something.

Adhirath: I heard nothing. Behra ho gaya re tera baap.

And everyone laughed some more. And finally Radha and Adhirath left.

With ten man child alone in the house for a month......
